The LTC2051/LTC2052 are dual/quad zero-drift operational amplifiers available in the MS8 and SO-8/GN16 and S14 packages. For space limited applications, the LTC2051 is available in a 3mm ? 3mm ? 0.8mm dual fine pitch leadless package (DFN). They operate from a single 2.7V supply and support ?5V applications. The current consumption is 750?A per op amp.The LTC2051/LTC2052, despite their miniature size, feature uncompromising DC performance. The typical input offset voltage and offset drift are 0.5?V and 10nV/?C. The ADF4196 frequency synthesizer can be used to implement local oscillators (LO) in the upconversion and downconversion sections of wireless receivers and transmitters. Its architecture isspecifically designed to meet the GSM/EDGE lock time requirements for base stations, and the fast settling feature makes theADF4196 suitable for pulse Doppler radar applications.The ADF4196 consists of a low noise, digital phase frequency detector (PFD) and a precision differential charge pump. A differential amplifier converts the differential charge pump output to a single-ended voltage for the external voltage controlled oscillator (VCO). The sigma-delta (?-?) based fractional interpolator, working with the N divider, allows programmable modulus fractional-N division. Additionally, the 4-bit reference (R) counter and on-chip frequency doubler allow selectable reference signal (REFIN) frequencies at the PFD input.A complete phase-locked loop (PLL) can be implemented if the synthesizer is used with an external loop filter and a VCO. The switching architecture ensures that the PLL settles within the GSM time slot guard period, removing the need for a second PLL and associated isolation switches. The AD5233 is a quad-channel nonvolatile memory,1 digitally controlled potentiometer2 with a 64-step resolution. The device performs the same electronic adjustment function as a mechanical potentiometer with enhanced resolution, solid-state reliability, and remote controllability. The AD5233 has versatile programming using a serial peripheral interface (SPI) for 16 modes of operation and adjustment, including scratchpad programming, memory storing and restoring, increment/decrement, ?6 dB/step log taper adjustment, wiper setting readback, and extra EEMEM for user-defined information such as memory data for other components, look-up tables, or system identification information.In the scratchpad programming mode, a specific setting can be programmed directly to the RDAC register, which sets the resistance between Terminal W to Terminal A and Terminal W to Terminal B. This setting can be stored into the EEMEM and is transferred automatically to the RDAC register during system power-on.The EEMEM content can be restored dynamically or through external PR strobing. A WP function protects EEMEM contents. To simplify the programming, independent or simultaneous increment or decrement commands can be used to move the RDAC wiper up or down, one step at a time. For logarithmic ?6 dB step changes in wiper settings, the left or right bit shift command can be used to double or halve the RDAC wiper setting.The AD5233 is available in a thin 24-lead TSSOP package.
