The ADRF5549 is a dual-channel, integrated, RF front-end multichip module designed for time division duplexing (TDD) applications that operates from 1.8 GHz to 2.8 GHz. The ADRF5549 is configured in dual channels with a cascading, two-stage, low noise amplifier (LNA) and a high power, silicon single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch.In high gain mode, the cascaded two-stage LNA and switch offer a low noise figure of 1.4 dB and a high gain of 35 dB with an output third-order intercept point (OIP3) of 32 dBm typical.In low gain mode, one stage of the two-stage LNA is in bypass mode providing 17 dB of gain at a lower current of 35 mA. In power-down mode, the LNAs are turned off, and the device draws 12 mA.In transmit operation, when RF inputs are connected to a termination pin (TERM-ChA or TERM-ChB), the switch provides a low insertion loss of 0.6 dB and handles a long-term evolution (LTE) full lifetime average (9 dB peak to average ratio (PAR)) of 40 dBm and 43 dBm for a 9 dB PAR LTE single event (ApplicationsWireless InfrastructureTDD massive multiple input and multiple output (MIMO) and active antenna systemsTDD-based communication systems

The ADPD4200 operates as a complete multimodal sensor front end, stimulating up to four light emitting diodes (LEDs) and measuring the return signal on up to four separate current inputs. Twelve time slots are available, enabling 12 separate measurements per sampling period.The data output and functional configuration utilize a serial port interface (SPI) on the ADPD4200. The control circuitry includes flexible LED signaling and synchronous detection. The device uses a 1.8 V analog core and 1.8 V or 3.3 V compatible digital input/output (I/O).The analog front end (AFE) rejects signal offsets and corruption from asynchronous modulated interference, typically from ambient light, eliminating the need for optical filters or externally controlled dc cancellation circuitry. The ADuM7703 is a high performance, second-order, ?-? analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with an integrated low dropout (LDO) regulator that converts an analog input signal into a high speed, single-bit data stream with on-chip digital isolation based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler? technology. The device operates from a 4.5 V to 20 V power supply range (VDD1) and accepts a pseudo differential input signal of ?250 mV (?320 mV full-scale). The pseudo differential input is ideally suited to shunt voltage monitoring in high voltage applications where galvanic isolation is required.The analog input is continuously sampled by a high performance analog modulator and converted to a ones density digital output stream with a data rate of up to 21 MHz. The original information can be reconstructed with an appropriate sinc3 digital filter to achieve an 86 dB signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) at 78.1 kSPS with a 256 decimation rate and a 20 MHz master clock. The serial input and output operates from a 5 V or a 3.3 V supply (VDD2).The serial interface is digitally isolated. High speed complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) technology, combined with monolithic transformer technology, results in the on-chip isolation providing outstanding performance characteristics, superior to alternatives such as optocoupler devices.
