The LTC2323-14 is a low noise, high speed dual 14-bit + sign successive approximation register (SAR) ADC with differential inputs and wide input common mode range. Operating from a single 3.3V or 5V supply, the LTC2323-14 has an 8VP-P differential input range, making it ideal for applications which require a wide dynamic range with high common mode rejection. The LTC2323-14 achieves ?1LSB INL typical, no missing codes at 14 bits and 80dB SNR.The LTC2323-14 has an on-board low drift (20ppm/?C max) 2.048V or 4.096V temperature-compensated reference. The LTC2323-14 also has a high speed SPI-compatible serial interface that supports CMOS or LVDS. The fast 5Msps per channel throughput with one-cycle latency makes the LTC2323-14 ideally suited for a wide variety of high speed applications. The LTC2323-14 dissipates only 38mW per channel and offers nap and sleep modes to reduce the power consumption to 5?W for further power savings during inactive periods. The EVAL-ADL5902-ARDZ shield illustrates the functionality of the ADL5902, a 50 MHz to 9 GHz 65 dB TruPwr™ RMS responding RF power detector. The voltage outputs of the ADL5902 are routed to the ANALOG IN connector of the Arduino base board. This allows the RF power detector’s output voltage to be easily digitized and processed by the Arduino base board’s integrated six-channel ADC. The output of the ADL5902’s on-board temperature sensor is also routed to one of the ANALOG IN pins.

The HMC996LP4E is a GaAs PHEMT MMIC analog variable gain amplifier and / or driver amplifier which operates between 5 and 12 GHz. Ideal for microwave radio applications, the amplifier provides up to 18.5 dB of gain, output P1dB of up to +23 dBm, and up to +34 dBm of output IP3 at maximum gain, while requiring only 170 mA from a +5V supply. Gain control voltage pin (Vctrl) is provided to allow variable gain control up to 22 dB. Gain flatness is excellent making the HMC996LP4E ideal for EW, ECM and radar applications.
