The LTC2383-16 is a low noise, low power, high speed 16-bit successive approximation register (SAR) ADC. Operating from a 2.5V supply, the LTC2383-16 has a ?2.5V fully differential input range. The LTC2383-16 consumes only 13mW and achieves ?2LSB INL max, no missing codes at 16-bits and 92dB SNR. The LTC2383-16 has a high speed SPI-compatible serial interface that supports 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5V logic while also featuring a daisychain mode. The fast 1Msps throughput with no cycle latency makes the LTC2383-16 ideally suited for a wide variety of high speed applications. An internal oscillator sets the conversion time, easing external timing considerations. The LTC2348-18 is an 18-bit, low noise 8-channel simultaneous sampling successive approximation register (SAR) ADC with differential, wide common mode range inputs. Operating from a 5V low voltage supply, flexible high voltage supplies, and using the internal reference and buffer, each channel of this SoftSpan? ADC can be independently configured on a conversion-by-conversion basis to accept ?10.24V, 0V to 10.24V, ?5.12V, or 0V to 5.12V signals. Individual channels may also be disabled to increase throughput on the remaining channels.The wide input common mode range and 118dB CMRR of the LTC2348-18 analog inputs allow the ADC to directly digitize a variety of signals, simplifying signal chain design. This input signal flexibility, combined with ?3LSB INL, no missing codes at 18 bits, and 96.7dB SNR, makes the LTC2348-18 an ideal choice for many high voltage applications requiring wide dynamic range.The LTC2348-18 supports pin-selectable SPI CMOS (1.8V to 5V) and LVDS serial interfaces. The AD8030 is a dual, rail-to-rail input and output high speed amplifier with a quiescent current of only 1.3 mA per amplifier. Despite its low power consumption, the amplifier provides excellent performance with 125MHz small signal bandwidth and 60 V/?s slew rate. ADI's proprietary XFCB process enables high speed and high performance on low power.This amplifier exhibits true single-supply operation with rail-to-rail input and output performance for supply voltages ranging from 2.7V to 12V. The input voltage range extends 200 mV beyond each rail without phase reversal. The dynamic range of the output extends to within 40 mV of each rail.The AD8030 provides excellent signal quality with minimal power dissipation. At G=+1, SFDR is -72dBc at 1MHz and settling time to 0.1% is only 80 ns. Low distortion and fast settling performance makes this amplifier a suitable driver for single-supply A/D converters.The versatility of the AD8030 allows the user to operate the amplifier on a wide range of supplies while consuming less than 6.5 mW of power. This feature extends the operation time in applications ranging from battery-powered systems with large bandwidth requirements to high speed systems where component density requires lower power dissipation.The AD8030 is the only low power, rail-to-rail input and output high speed amplifier available in SOT23 and SC70 micro packages. The amplifier is rated over the extended industrial temperature range, -40?C to +125?C.

ADP150 Signal Chain Evaluation Board | Dual Boost/Inverting Converter

Demonstration circuit SCP-ADP150-EVALZ features the ADP150, an ultralow noise (9μV), low dropout, linear regulator that operates from 2.2V to 5.5V and provides up to 150mA of output current. ADP150AUJZ-3.3-R7 fixed volt-age IC is installed on this board. Like all boards in the Signal Chain Power series, this board is designed to be easily plugged into other SCP boards to form a complete signal chain power system, enabling fast evaluation of low power signal chains. To evaluate this board, some universal SCP hardware is required, namely: SCP-INPUT-EVALZ SCP-OUTPUT-EVALZ SCP-FILTER-EVALZ SCP-THRUBRD-EVALZ SCP-1X2BKOUT-EVALZ SCP-1X5BKOUT-EVALZ SCP-5X1-EVALZ   To properly evaluate SCP series demo boards, you will need the SCP Configurator companion software. The ADXL1001/ADXL1002 deliver ultralow noise density over an extended frequency range with two full-scale range options, and are optimized for industrial condition monitoring. Both accelerometer devices have stable and repeatable sensitivity, which is immune to external shocks up to 10,000 g.The ADXL1001/ADXL1002 have an integrated full electrostatic self test (ST) function and an overrange (OR) indicator that allow advanced system level features and are useful for embedded applications.
