The LTM4650A is a dual 25A or single 50A output switching mode step-down DC/DC ?Module? (micromodule) regulator with ?1% total DC output error. Included in the package are the switching controllers, power FETs, inductors and all supporting components. Operating from an input voltage range of 4.5V to 16V, the LTM4650A supports two outputs with an output voltage range of 0.6V to 5.5V, each set by a single external resistor. Its high efficiency design delivers up to 25A continuous current for each output. Only a few input and output capacitors are needed. Fast internal control loop compensation allows for fast transient response to minimize output capacitance when powering FPGAs, ASICs, and processors.Fault protection features include overvoltage and overcurrent protection. The LTM4650A is offered in 16mm ? 16mm ? 5.01mm BGA package. Demonstration circuits 1053A-E through 1053A-H exercise the LTC3526L family of high efficiency synchronous boost converters, and are capable of operating with an input voltage range from 0.8V to 5.5V. The 2 × 2 mm DFN thermally enhanced package, high switching frequency (1MHz or 2MHz) and 550mA internal power switches provide a very tiny solution. The LTC3526L family also features output disconnect, and the input voltage can be greater or less than the output voltage. DC1053A-G features the LTC3526L-2 (Burst mode operation) and the DC1053A-H features the LTC3526LB-2 (Burst mode defeated). Both have a 2MHz switching frequency and use a 2.2µH inductor.

The HMC454ST89(E) is a high dynamic range GaAs InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) 1?2 watt MMIC amplifier operating between 0.4 and 2.5 GHz. Packaged in a low cost industry standard SOT89, the amplifier gain is typically 17.8 dB from 0.8 to 1.0 GHz and 12.5 dB from 1.8 to 2.2 GHz. Utilizing a minimum number of external components and a single +5V supply, the amplifier output IP3 can be optimized to +40 dBm at 0.9 GHz or +42 dBm at 2.0 GHz.
