The LTC1503-1.8/LTC1503-2 are switched capacitor step-down DC/DC converters that produce a regulated output from a 2.4V to 6V input. The parts use switched capacitor fractional conversion to achieve high efficiency over the entire input range. No inductors are required. Internal circuitry controls the step-down conversion ratio to optimize efficiency as the input voltage and load conditions vary. Typical efficiency is 25% higher than that of a low dropout (LDO) linear regulator.Regulation is achieved by sensing the output voltage and enabling the internal switching network as needed to maintain a fixed output voltage. This method of regulation enables the parts to achieve high efficiency at extremely light loads. Low operating current (25?A with no load, 5?A in shutdown) and low external parts count (two 1?F flying capacitors and two 10?F bypass capacitors) make the LTC1503-1.8/LTC1503-2 ideally suited for space constrained battery-powered applications. The AD7705?/ AD7706 are complete analog front ends for low frequency measurement applications. These 2-/3-channel devices can accept low level input signals directly from a transducer and produce serial digital output. The devices employ a ?-? conversion technique to realize up to 16 bits of no missing codes performance. The selected input signal is applied to a proprietary, programmable-gain front end based around an analog modulator. The modulator output is processed by an on-chip digital filter. The first notch of this digital filter can be programmed via an on-chip control register, allowing adjustment of the filter cutoff and output update rate. The AD7705 / AD7706 devices operate from a single 2.7 V to 3.3 V or 4.75 V to 5.25 V supply. The AD7705 features two fully differential analog input channels; the AD7706 features three pseudo differential input channels. Both devices feature a differential reference input. Input signal ranges of 0 mV to 20 mV through 0 V to 2.5 V can be incorporated on both devices when operating with a VDD of 5 V and a reference of 2.5 V. They can also handle bipolar input signal ranges of ?20 mV through ?2.5 V, which are referenced to the AIN(?) inputs on the AD7705 and to the COMMON input on the AD7706.The AD7705 / AD7706 devices, with a 3 V supply and a 1.225 V reference, can handle unipolar input signal ranges of 0 mV to 10 mV through 0 V to 1.225 V. The devices can accept bipolar input ranges of ?10 mV through ?1.225 V. Therefore, the AD7705 / AD7706 devices perform all signal conditioning and conversion for a 2-channel or 3-channel system. The AD7705 / AD7706 are ideal for use in smart, microcontroller, or DSP-based systems. The devices feature a serial interface that can be configured for 3-wire operation. Gain settings, signal polarity, and update rate selection can be configured in software using the input serial port. The parts contains self-calibration and system calibration options to eliminate gain and offset errors on the part itself or in the system. CMOS construction ensures very low power dissipation, and the power-down mode reduces the standby power consumption to 20 ?W typ. These parts are available in a 16-lead, wide body (0.3 inch), plastic dual in-line package (DIP); a 16-lead, wide body (0.3 inch), standard small outline (SOIC) package; and a low profile, 16-lead, thin shrink small outline package (TSSOP).

Demonstration circuits 1053A-E through 1053A-H exercise the LTC3526L family of high efficiency synchronous boost converters, and are capable of operating with an input voltage range from 0.8V to 5.5V. The 2 × 2 mm DFN thermally enhanced package, high switching frequency (1MHz or 2MHz) and 550mA internal power switches provide a very tiny solution. The LTC3526L family also features output disconnect, and the input voltage can be greater or less than the output voltage. DC1053A-G features the LTC3526L-2 (Burst mode operation) and the DC1053A-H features the LTC3526LB-2 (Burst mode defeated). Both have a 2MHz switching frequency and use a 2.2µH inductor.

The ADATE324 is a complete, single-chip, quad-channel automatic test equipment (ATE) solution that performs the pin electronics (PE) functions of a driver, a comparator, and an active load (DCL). The device also features a high voltage (VHH) drive capability per chip to support flash memory testing applications. Dedicated 16-bit digital-to-analog converters (DACs) with on-chip calibration registers provide all the necessary dc levels for operation of the device.The voltage driver features three active states: high, low, and terminate mode, as well as a high impedance inhibit state. The inhibit state, in conjunction with the integrated dynamic clamps, facilitates significant attenuation of transmission line reflections when the driver is not actively terminating the line. The open circuit drive capability is ?1.5 V to +4.5 V to accommodate the standard range of ATE and instrumentation applications.The ADATE324 can be used as a quad, single-ended, pin electronics channel or as a dual differential channel. In additional to per channel, high speed window comparators, the ADATE324 provides two programmable threshold differential comparators for differential ATE applications.All dc levels for DCL functions are generated by dedicated on-chip 16-bit DACs. To facilitate accurate programming levels, the ADATE324 also includes an integrated calibration function to correct for gain and offset errors of each functional block. Correction coefficients can be stored on chip, and any values written to the DACs are automatically adjusted using the appropriate correction factors.The ADATE324 uses a serial programmable interface (SPI) bus to program all functional blocks, DACs, and on-chip calibration constants. The AD9512 provides a multi-output clock distribution function for input signals up to 1.6 GHz. The design emphasizes low jitter and low phase noise in order to maximize data converter clocking performance. Three independent LVPECL and two LVDS clock outputs operate to 1.2 GHz and 800 MHz respectively. Optional CMOS clock outputs available to 250 MHz. Each output has a programmable divider, which may be bypassed or set to divide by any integer up to 32.Each divider allows the user to change the phase of one clock output relative to another clock output. This phase select functions as a coarse timing adjustment. One output also features a programmable delay element with a user-selected, fullscale range to 10 ns. This fine tuning delay block is programmed with a 5-bit word, which gives the user 32 possible delays from which to choose.The AD9512 is ideally suited for data converter clocking applications where maximum converter performance is achieved with sub-picosecond jitter encode signals.The AD9512 is available in a 48-lead LFCSP and is specified from -40?C to +85?C.
