The LTC2341-18 is an 18-bit, low noise 2-channel simultaneous sampling successive approximation register (SAR) ADC with differential, wide common mode range inputs. Operating from a 5V supply and using the internal reference and buffer, both channels of this SoftSpan? ADC can be independently configured on a conversion-by-conversion basis to accept ?4.096V, 0V to 4.096V, ?2.048V, or 0V to 2.048V signals. One channel may also be disabled to increase throughput on the other channel.The wide input common mode range and 105dB CMRR of the LTC2341-18 analog inputs allow the ADC to directly digitize a variety of signals, simplifying signal chain design. This device provides a small signal conversion gain of 15 dB with a noise figure of 2.5 dB and 25 dBc of image rejection across the frequency band. The HMC967LP4E utilizes an LNA followed by an image reject mixer which is driven by an active x2 multiplier. The image reject mixer eliminates the need for a filter following the LNA, and removes thermal noise at the image frequency. I and Q mixer outputs are provided and an external 90? hybrid is needed to select the required sideband. The AD97481 is an 8-bit resolution, wideband, third generation member of the TxDAC series of high performance, low power CMOS digital-to-analog converters (DACs). The TxDAC family, consisting of pin-compatible 8-, 10-, 12-, and 14-bit DACs, is specifically optimized for the transmit signal path of communication systems. All of the devices share the same interface options, small outline package, and pinout, providing an upward or downward component selection path based on performance, resolution, and cost. The AD9748 offers exceptional ac and dc performance while supporting update rates up to 210 MSPS. The AD9748?s low power dissipation makes it well suited for portable and low power applications. Its power dissipation can be further reduced to 60 mW with a slight degradation in performance by lowering the full-scale current output. In addition, a power-down mode reduces the standby power dissipation to approximately 15 mW. A segmented current source architecture is combined with a proprietary switching technique to reduce spurious components and enhance dynamic performance. Edge-triggered input latches and a 1.2 V temperature-compensated band gap reference have been integrated to provide a complete monolithic DAC solution. The digital inputs support 3 V CMOS logic families. PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS 32-lead LFCSP. The AD9748 is the 8-bit member of the pin-compatible TxDAC family, which offers excellent INL and DNL performance. The LT1511 current mode PWM battery charger is the simplest, most efficient solution to fast charge modern rechargeable batteries including lithium-ion (Li-Ion), nickel-metal-hydride (NiMH) and nickel-cadmium (NiCd) that require constant-current and/or constant-voltage charging. The internal switch is capable of delivering 3A* DC current (4A peak current). Full-charging current can be programmed by resistors or a DAC to within 5%. With 0.5% reference voltage accuracy, the LT1511 meets the critical constant-voltage charging requirement for Li-Ion cells. A third control loop is provided to regulate the current drawn from the AC adapter. This allows simultaneous operation of the equipment and battery charging without overloading the adapter. Charging current is reduced to keep the adapter current within specified levels. The LT1511 can charge batteries ranging from 1V to 20V. Ground sensing of current is not required and the battery?s negative terminal can be tied directly to ground. A saturating switch running at 200kHz gives high charging efficiency and small inductor size. The AD7745/AD7746 are a high resolution, ?-? capacitance-to-digital converter (CDC). The capacitance to be measured is connected directly to the device inputs. The architecture fea-tures inherent high resolution (24-bit no missing codes, up to 21-bit effective resolution), high linearity (?0.01%), and high accuracy (?4 fF factory calibrated). The AD7745/AD7746 capacitance input range is ?4 pF (changing), while it can accept up to 17 pF common-mode capacitance (not changing), which can be balanced by a programmable on-chip, digital-to-capacitance converter (CAPDAC). The AD7745 has one capacitance input channel, while the AD7746 has two channels. Each channel can be configured as single-ended or differential. The AD7745/AD7746 are designed for floating capacitive sensors. For capacitive sensors with one plate connected to ground, the AD7747 is recommended. The parts have an on-chip temperature sensor with a resolution of 0.1?C and accuracy of ?2?C. The on-chip voltage reference and the on-chip clock generator eliminate the need for any external components in capacitive sensor applications. The parts have a standard voltage input, which together with the differential reference input allows easy interface to an external temperature sensor, such as an RTD, thermistor, or diode. The AD7745/AD7746 have a 2-wire, I2C-compatible serial interface. Both parts can operate with a single power supply from 2.7 V to 5.25 V.
