The?ADP1047?/ ADP1048 are digital power factor correction (PFC) controllers that provide accurate input power metering capability and inrush current control for ac/dc systems. The ADP1047 is designed for single phase PFC applications; the ADP1048 is designed especially for interleaved and bridgeless PFC applications.The digital PFC function is based on a conventional boost PFC with multiplication of the output voltage feedback combined with the input current and voltage to provide optimum harmonic correction and power factor for ac/dc systems. All signals are converted into the digital domain to provide maximum flexibility; all key parameters can be reported and adjusted via the PMBus? interface. The ADP1047 / ADP1048 allow users to optimize system performance, maximize efficiency across the load range, and reduce design time to market.The ADP1047 / ADP1048 provide accurate rms measurement of input voltage, current, and power. The EVAL-ADL5902-ARDZ shield illustrates the functionality of the ADL5902, a 50 MHz to 9 GHz 65 dB TruPwr™ RMS responding RF power detector. The voltage outputs of the ADL5902 are routed to the ANALOG IN connector of the Arduino base board. This allows the RF power detector’s output voltage to be easily digitized and processed by the Arduino base board’s integrated six-channel ADC. The output of the ADL5902’s on-board temperature sensor is also routed to one of the ANALOG IN pins.

The ADE12011 is a single channel, configurable, isolated?digital input monitoring solution for energy transmission and?distribution applications. The ADE1201 is configured through?the serial port interface (SPI) to perform an isolated measurement?of the digital input that is also called binary input or contact?input. The ADE1201 digital output signal on the DOUT1 pin?reflects the state of the input signal after user configurable?signal conditioning. The SPI protocol supports addressing to?allow up to eight devices sharing one 4-wire SPI port.The ADE1201 application circuit accepts a wide range of input?voltages from ?10 V dc to ?300 V dc, or 8 V rms to 240 V rms.?The programmable wetting current and robust application?circuit enable the device to meet stringent, system level?electromagnetic capability (EMC) requirements.The ADE1201 includes an isoPower? integrated, isolated dc-to-dc?converter that eliminates the need for an external isolated power?supply. The iCoupler? chip scale transformer technology is?used to isolate the logic signals between the high voltage,?isolated side and the low voltage, nonisolated side of the?digital input monitor.
