The ADP1712?/ ADP1713 / ADP1714, available in a tiny, 5-lead TSOT package, are low dropout linear regulators that operate from 2.5 V to 5.5 V and provide up to 300 mA of output current. The low 170 mV dropout voltage at a 300 mA load improves efficiency and allows operation over a wide input voltage range. Using a novel scaling architecture, ground current is a very low 75 ?A when driving a 100 ?A load, making the ADP1712 / ADP1713 / ADP1714 ideal for battery-operated portable equipment.The ADP1712 / ADP1713 / ADP1714 are available in 16 fixed output voltage options. The ADP1712 is also available in an adjustable version, which allows output voltages that range from 0.8 V to 5 V via an external divider. The ADP1712 fixed version allows an external capacitor to be connected to program the soft-start time. The ADP1713 allows a reference bypass capacitor to be connected, which reduces output voltage noise and improves power supply rejection. The ADP1714 includes a tracking feature, which allows the output to follow an external voltage rail or reference.The ADP1712 / ADP1713 / ADP1714 are optimized for stable operation with small 2.2 ?F ceramic output capacitors, allowing good transient performance while occupying minimal board space. An enable pin controls the output voltage on all devices, and an undervoltage lockout circuit disables the regulator if IN drops below a minimum threshold. The variable soft start uses an external capacitor at SS to control the output voltage ramp. The AD8155 is an asynchronous, protocol-agnostic, dual-lane 2:1 switch with a total of six differential CML inputs and six differential CML outputs. The signal path supports NRZ signaling with data rates up to 6.5 Gbps per lane. It requires the same board area as a typical single instrumentation amplifier yet doubles the channel density and offers a lower cost per channel without compromising performance.Designed to meet the needs of high performance, portable instrumentation, the AD8224 has a minimum common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 86 dB at dc and a minimum CMRR of 80 dB at 10 kHz for G = 1. Maximum input bias current is 10 pA and typically remains below 300 pA over the entire industrial temperature range. Despite the JFET inputs, the AD8224 typically has a noise corner of only 10 Hz.With the proliferation of mixed-signal processing, the number of power supplies required in each system has grown.Designed to alleviate this problem, the AD8224 can operate on a ?18 V dual supply, as well as on a single +5 V supply. The device?s rail-to-rail output stage maximizes dynamic range on the low voltage supplies common in portable applications. Its ability to run on a single 5 V supply eliminates the need for higher voltage, dual supplies. The AD8224 draws 750 ?A of quiescent current per amplifier, making it ideal for battery powered devices.In addition, the AD8224 can be configured as a single-channel, differential output, instrumentation amplifier. Differential outputs provide high noise immunity, which can be useful when the output signal must travel through a noisy environment, such as with remote sensors.
