The LTC3882 is a dual, PolyPhase DC/DC synchronous step-down switching regulator controller with PMBus compliant serial interface. It uses a constant frequency, leading-edge modulation, voltage mode architecture for excellent transient response and output regulation. Each PWM channel can produce output voltages from 0.5V to 5.25V using a wide range of 3.3V compatible power stages, including power blocks, DrMOS or discrete FET drivers. Up to four LTC3882s can operate in parallel for 2-, 3-, 4-, 6- or 8-phase operation.LTC3882 system configuration and monitoring is supported by the LTpowerPlay? software tool. The device?s serial interface can be used to read back input voltage, output voltage and current, temperature and fault status. A wide range of operating parameters can be set via the digital interface or stored in internal EEPROM for use at power up. Switching frequency and phase, output voltage and device address can also be programmed using external configuration resistors. The LTC1550/LTC1551 are switched capacitor charge pump voltage inverters which include internal linear post-regulators to minimize output ripple. Output voltages are fixed at ?4.1V, with ripple voltages typically below 1mVP-P. The LTC1550 is also available in an adjustable output voltage version. The LTC1550/LTC1551 are ideal for use as bias voltage generators for GaAs transmitter FETs in portable RF and cellular telephone applications. The LTC1550/LTC1551 operate from single 4.5V to 6.5V supplies and draw typical quiescent currents of 4.25mA with a 5V supply. Each device includes a TTL compatible Shutdown pin which drops supply current to 0.2?A typically. The LTC1550 Shutdown pin is active low (SHDN), while the LTC1551 Shutdown pin is active high (SHDN). Only four external components are required: an input bypass capacitor, two 0.1?F charge pump capacitors and a filter capacitor at the linear regulator output. The adjustable LTC1550 requires two additional resistors to set the output voltage. The LTC1550/LTC1551 will supply up to 10mA output current with a 5V supply, while maintaining guaranteed output regulation of ?5%. The fixed voltage LTC1550/LTC1551 are available in S0-8 plastic packages. The AD9913 is a complete direct digital synthesizer (DDS) designed to meet the stringent power consumption limits of portable, handheld, and battery-powered equipment. The AD9913 features a 10-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) operating up to 250 MSPS. The AD9913 uses advanced DDS technology, coupled with an internal high speed, high performance DAC to form a complete, digitally-programmable, high frequency synthesizer capable of generating a frequency agile analog output sinusoidal waveform at up to 100 MHz.The AD9913 provides fast frequency hopping and fine tuning resolution. The AD9913 also offers fine resolution phase offset control. Control words are loaded into the AD9913 through the serial or parallel I/O port. The AD9913 also supports a user-defined linear sweep mode of operation for generating highly linearized swept waveforms of frequency. To support various methods of generating a system clock, the AD9913 includes an oscillator, allowing a simple crystal to be used as the frequency reference, as well as a high speed clock multiplier to convert the reference clock frequency up to the full system clock rate. The AD9094 is an 8-bit, 1 GSPS, quad analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The device has an on-chip buffer and a sample-and-hold circuit designed for low power, small size, and ease of use. The device is designed to sample wide bandwidth analog signals up to 1.4 GHz. The AD9094 is optimized for wide input bandwidth, a high sampling rate, high works linearity, and low power in a small package. The quad-ADC cores feature multistage, differential pipelined architecture with integrated output error correction logic. Each ADC features wide bandwidth inputs that support a variety of user-selectable input ranges. An integrated voltage reference facilitates design considerations. The analog inputs and clock signals are differential inputs. Users can configure each pair of intermediate frequency (IF) receiver outputs onto either one or two lanes of JESD204B Subclass 1 or Subclass 0, high speed, serialized outputs, depending on the sample rate and the acceptable lane rate of the receiving logic device. Multiple device synchronization is supported through the SYSREF?, SYNCINB?AB, and SYNCINB?CD input pins. The AD9094 has flexible power-down options that allow significant power savings when desired. To program the power down options, use the 1.8 V capable, serial port interface (SPI). The AD9094 is available in a Pb-free, 72-lead, lead frame chip scale package (LFCSP) and is specified over a junction temperature range of ?40?C to +105?C. This product may be protected by one or more U.S. or international patents. The LTC2325-16 is a low noise, high speed quad 16?bit successive approximation register (SAR) ADC with differential inputs and wide input common mode range. Operating from a single 3.3V or 5V supply, the LTC2325-16 has an 8VP-P differential input range, making it ideal for applications which require a wide dynamic range with high common mode rejection.
