The ADP199 is a high-side load switch designed for operation between 0.9 V to 3.6 V. A load switch provides power domain isolation, thereby helping to keep subsystems isolated and powered independently, and enabling reduced power consumption.The ADP199 contains a low on-resistance, N-channel MOSFET to minimize power loss, and supports over 500 mA of continuous load current. The low 6 ?A quiescent current and ultralow shutdown current make the ADP199 ideal for battery-operated portable equipment. The ADA4855-3 (triple) is a single-supply, rail-to-rail output operational amplifier. It provides excellent high speed performance with 410 MHz, ?3 dB bandwidth and a slew rate of 870 V/?s. It has a wide input common-mode voltage range that extends from 0.2 V below ground to 1 V below the positive rail.In addition, the output voltage swings within 100 mV of either supply rail, making this rail-to-rail operational amplifier easy to use on single-supply voltages as low as 3.3 V. The LT1533 is a new class of switching regulator designed to reduce conducted and radiated electromagnetic interference (EMI). Ultralow noise and EMI are achieved by providing user control of the output switch slew rates. Voltage and current slew rates can be independently programmed to optimize switcher harmonic content versus efficiency. The LT1533 can reduce high frequency harmonic power by as much as 40dB with only minor losses in efficiency. The LT1533 utilizes a dual output switch current mode architecture optimized for low noise topologies. The IC includes two 1A power switches along with all necessary oscillator, control and protection circuitry. Unique error amp circuitry can regulate both positive and negative voltages. The internal oscillator may be synchronized to an external clock for more accurate placement of switching harmonics. Protection features include cycle by cycle current limit protection, undervoltage lockout and thermal shutdown. Low minimum supply voltage and low supply current during shutdown make the LT1533 well suited for portable applications. The part may also be forced into a 50% duty cycle mode for unregulated applications. The ADF4002 frequency synthesizer is used to implement local oscillators in the up-conversion and down-conversion sections of wireless receivers and transmitters. It consists of a low-noise digital phase frequency detector (PFD), a precision charge pump, a programmable reference divider and programmable N divider. The 14-bit reference counter (R counter), allows selectable REFIN frequencies at the PFD input.A complete phase-locked loop (PLL) can be implemented if the synthesizer is used with an external loop filter and voltage controlled oscillator (VCO). In addition, by programming R and N to 1, the device can be used as a standalone PFD and charge pump.The ADF4002-EP supports defense and aerospace applications (AQEC standard).
