ADP2114-2PH-EVALZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADP2114 is a highly versatile, synchronous step-down, switching regulator that can be configured to satisfy a wide range of customer point of load requirements. The two PWM channels can be configured to deliver independent outputs at 2 A and 2 A (or 3 A/1 A) or can be configured as a single interleaved output capable of delivering 4 A. The two PWM channels are 180? phase shifted to reduce input ripple current and reduce input capacitance. The ADP2114 provides high efficiency performance at full loads, enabling high switching frequencies at up to 1.2 MHz. At light loads, the ADP2114 can be set to operate in pulse skip mode for higher efficiency or in forced PWM mode to reduce EMI.The device is designed with an optimized gate slew rate to reduce ENI emissions, allowing the device to supply sensitive, high performance signal chain applications. The frequency can be set to 300 kHz, 600 kHz and 1.2 MHz and can be synchronized to an external clock signal, minimizing the system noise between converters. The bidirectional synchronization pin is also configurable as a 90? out-of-phase output clock, providing the possibility for a stackable multiphase power solution. The ADP2114 input voltage range is from 2.75 V to 5.5 V, and it converts to fixed outputs of 0.8 V, 1.2 V, 1.5 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, or 3.3 V that can be set independently for each channel using external resistors. Using a resistor divider, it is also possible to set the output voltage as low as 0.6 V. The ADP2114 operates over the ?40?C to +125?C junction temperature range.ApplicationsPoint-of-load regulationTelecom and networking systemsConsumer electronicsIndustrial and InstrumentationMedical

EV1HMC908ALC5
Analog Devices Inc.
The HMC908A is a compact, gallium arsenide (GaAs), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), inphase/quadrature (I/Q) downconverter in a leadless, RoHS compliant ceramic leadless chip carrier. This device provides a small signal conversion gain of 11 dB with a noise figure of 2 dB and 25 dB of image rejection at 100 MHz. The HMC908A utilizes a low noise amplifier (LNA) followed by an image rejection mixer that is driven by a local oscillator (LO) buffer amplifier. The image rejection mixer eliminates the need for a filter following the LNA, and removes thermal noise at the image frequency. I and Q mixer outputs are provided and an external 90? hybrid is needed to select the required sideband. The HMC908A is a much smaller alternative to hybrid style image rejection mixer downconverter assemblies, and it eliminates the need for wire bonding by allowing the use of surface-mount manufacturing techniques.Applications Point to point radios Point to multipoint radios and very small aperture terminals (VSATs) Test equipment and sensors Military end use

AMC-ADA4945-1EBZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADA4945-1 is a low noise, low distortion, fully differential amplifier with two selectable power modes. The device operates over a broad power supply range of 3 V to 10 V. The low dc offset, dc offset drift, and excellent dynamic performance of the ADA4945-1 makes it well suited for a variety of data acquisition and signal processing applications. The device is an ideal choice for driving high resolution, high performance successive approximation register (SAR) and ?-? analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) on 4 mA of quiescent current (full power mode). The device can also be selected to operate on 1.4 mA of quiescent current (low power mode) to scale the power consumption to the desired performance necessary for an ADC drive application. The adjustable common-mode voltage allows the ADA4945-1 to match the input common-mode voltage of multiple ADCs. The internal common-mode feedback loop provides exceptional output balance, as well as suppression of even order harmonic distortion products. With the ADA4945-1, differential gain configurations are achieved with a simple external feedback network of four resistors determining the closed-loop gain of the amplifier. The ADA4945-1 is fabricated using Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary, silicon germanium (SiGe), complementary bipolar process, enabling the device to achieve low levels of distortion with an input voltage noise of only 1.8 nV/?Hz (full power mode). The ADA4945-1 is available in a RoHS-complaint, 3 mm ? 3 mm, 16-lead LFCSP. The ADA4945-1 is specified to operate from ?40?C to +125?C.Applications Low power ?-?, PulSAR?, and SAR ADC drivers Single-ended to differential converters Differential buffers Medical imaging Process control Portable electronics
