The ADXL1001/ADXL1002 deliver ultralow noise density over an extended frequency range with two full-scale range options, and are optimized for industrial condition monitoring. The ADXL1001 (?100 g) and the ADXL1002 (?50 g) have typical noise densities of 30 ?g/?Hz and 25 ?g/?Hz, respectively. Both accelerometer devices have stable and repeatable sensitivity, which is immune to external shocks up to 10,000 g.The ADXL1001/ADXL1002 have an integrated full electrostatic self test (ST) function and an overrange (OR) indicator that allow advanced system level features and are useful for embedded applications. With low power and single-supply operation of 3.3 V to 5.25 V, the ADXL1001/ADXL1002 also enable wireless sensing product design. The ADXL1001/ ADXL1002 are available in a 5 mm ? 5 mm ? 1.80 mm LFCSP package, and are rated for operation over a ?40?C to +125?C temperature range.Applications Condition monitoring Predictive maintenance Asset health Test and measurement Health usage monitoring system (HUMS)

Electrical Evaluation for LTC6560 Single Channel Transimpedance Amplifier with Output Multiplexing

Demonstration circuit 2807A features the LTC6560 single channel transimpedance amplifier (TIA) with output multiplexing. The DC2807A accepts voltage pulses and
converts them to current for the TIA. The LTC6560, which features 74kΩ transimpedance gain and 30µA linear input current range, is ideal for LIDAR receivers using avalanche photodiodes (APD). The LTC6560 operates from 5V single supply and consumes only 90mW. Utilizing the LTC6560’s output MUX, multiple LTC6560 devices can combine into a single output. The LTC6560’s fast overload recovery makes it well suited for LIDAR receivers. The LTC6560’s single-ended output can swing 2VP-P into a 100Ω load.
The LTC6560 is packaged in a compact 3mm × 3mm 16-pin leadless QFN package with an exposed pad for
thermal management and low inductance.

The LTC3773 is a high performance, 3-phase, triple output synchronous step-down switching regulator controller with output voltage power up/down tracking capability. The controller allows for sequential, coincident or ratiometric tracking.This 3-phase controller drives its output stages with 120? phase separation at frequencies of up to 700kHz per phase minimizing the RMS input current. Light load efficiency can be maximized by using selectable Burst Mode operation.
