The LTM4631 is a dual 10A or single 20A output switching mode step-down DC/DC ?Module? (power module) regulator. Included in the package are the switching controller, power FETs, inductors and all supporting components. Operating from an input voltage range of 4.5V to 15V, the LTM4631 supports two outputs each with an output voltage range of 0.6V to 1.8V, each set by a single external resistor. Its high efficiency design delivers up to 10A continuous current for each output. Only a few input and output capacitors are needed.The device supports frequency synchronization, multiphase operation, Burst Mode operation and output voltage tracking for supply rail sequencing and has an onboard temperature diode for device temperature monitoring. High switching frequency and a current mode architecture enable a very fast transient response to line and load changes without sacrificing stability.Fault protection features include overvoltage and overcurrent protection. The LTM4631 is offered in an ultrathin 16mm ? 16mm ? 1.91mm LGA and 16mm x 16mm x 2.51mm BGA packages. LTM4668 Tiny Quad 1.2A Output Step-Down µModule Regulator

Demonstration circuit 2785A-A features the LTM4668 µModule® regulator, a Quad 1.2A high efficiency step-down regulator. DC2785A-A has an operating input voltage range of 2.7V to 17V and can provide an output current of up to 1.5A. The output voltage can be programmed from 0.6V up to 1.8V. The LTM4668 is a complete DC/DC point of load regulator in a thermally enhanced 6.25mm × 6.25mm × 2.1mm BGA package requiring only a few input and output capacitors.
External clock synchronization is available through the CLKIN turret. The LTM4668 data sheet must be read in conjunction with this demo manual for working on or modifying demo circuit 2785A-A.

The ADXL367 is an ultralow power, 3-axis microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) accelerometer that consumes only 0.89 ?A at a 100 Hz output data rate and 180 nA when in motion-triggered wake-up mode. Unlike accelerometers that use power duty cycling to achieve low power consumption, the ADXL367 does not alias input signals by undersampling, but samples the full bandwidth of the sensor at all data rates.The ADXL367 always provides 14-bit output resolution. 8-bit formatted data is offered for more efficient single-byte transfers when a lower resolution is sufficient. 12-bit formatted data is also provided for ADXL362 design compatibility. Measurement ranges of ?2 g, ?4 g, and ?8 g are available, with a resolution of 0.25 mg/LSB on the ?2 g range.In addition to its ultralow power consumption, the ADXL367 has many features to enable true system level power reduction. It includes a deep multimode output first in, first out (FIFO), a built-in micropower temperature sensor, an internal analog-to-digital converter (ADC) for synchronous conversion of an additional analog input with interrupt capability, single-tap and double-tap detection that can operate at any output data rate with only an added 35 nA of current, and a state machine to prevent a false triggering. In addition, the ADXL367 has provisions for external control of the sampling time and/or an external clock.The ADXL367 operates on a wide 1.1 V to 3.6 V supply range, and can interface, if necessary, to a host operating on a separate supply voltage.
