The ADXL375 is a small, thin, 3-axis MEMS accelerometer that provides low power consumption and high resolution measurement up to ?200?g. The digital output data is formatted as 16-bit, twos complement data and is accessible through a SPI (3- or 4-wire) or I2C digital interface.An integrated memory management system with a 32-level first in, first out (FIFO) buffer can be used to store data to minimize host processor activity and lower overall system power consumption.Low power modes enable intelligent motion-based power management with threshold sensing and active acceleration measurement at extremely low power dissipation.The ADXL375 is supplied in a small, thin, 3 mm ? 5 mm ? 1 mm, 14-lead LGA.APPLICATIONS Concussion and head trauma detection High force event detection

The LTC3862-2 is a two-phase constant frequency, current mode boost and SEPIC controller that drives N-channel power MOSFETs. Two-phase operation reduces system filtering capacitance and inductance requirements.The operating frequency can be set with an external resistor over a 75kHz to 500kHz range and can be synchronized to an external clock using the internal PLL. Multiphase operation is possible using the SYNC input, the CLKOUT output and the PHASEMODE control pin allowing 2-, 3-, 4-, 6- or 12-phase operation.Other features include an internal 10V LDO with undervoltage lockout protection for the gate drivers, a precision RUN pin threshold with programmable hysteresis, soft-start and programmable leading edge blanking and maximum duty cycle. The?ADuM4470?/ ADuM4471 /?ADuM4472?/?ADuM4473?/?ADuM4474 are quad-channel, digital isolations with a regulated DC/DC isolated power supply controller with an internal MOSFET driver. The DC/DC controller has an internal isolated PWM feedback from the secondary side based on the iCoupler? chip scale transformer technology and complete loop compensation. This eliminates the need to use an optocoupler for feedback and compensates the loop for stability.The ADuM447x isolator provides a more stable output voltage and higher efficiency compared to?unregulated isolated dc-to-dc power supplies. The fully integrated feedback and loop compensation in a wide-body SOIC package provide a smaller form factor and 8.3 mm creepage distance solution.The regulated feedback provides a relatively flat efficiency curve over the full output power range. The ADuM3070 enables a DC/DC converter with a 3.3 V to 24 V isolated output voltage range from either a 5.0 V or a 3.3 V input voltage, with an output power of up to 2.5 W.The ADuM447x isolators provide four independent isolation channels in a variety of channel configurations and data rates. The ADN8833 is a monolithic H-bridge TEC driver with integrat-ed 1 A power MOSFETs. It has a linear power stage with the linear driver (LDR) output and a pulse-width modulation (PWM) power stage with the SW output. Depending on the control voltage at the CONT input, the ADN8833 drives current through a TEC to settle the temperature of a laser diode or a passive component attached to the TEC module to the programmed target temperature.The control voltage applied to the CONT input is generated by a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) closing the digital proportional, integral, derivative (PID) loop of temperature control system.The internal 2.5 V reference voltage provides a 1% accurate output that is used to bias a voltage divider network to program the maximum TEC current and voltage limits for both the heating and cooling modes.
