The ADP1614 is a step-up, dc-to-dc switching converter with an integrated power switch capable of providing an output voltage as high as 20V. The ADP1614 is available with a pin-adjustable current limit that is set via an external resistor with the boost switching frequency fixed to either 650kHz or 1.3MHz. Alternatively, theADP1614 is also available with fixed 3A current limit and a pin-selectable frequency.With a package height of 0.8mm, the ADP1614 is optimal for space constrained applications, such as portable devices or thin film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal displays (LCDs).The ADP1614 operates in current-mode pulse-width modulation (PWM) with up to 94% efficiency. Adjustable soft start prevents inrush currents when the part is enabled. The PWM current-mode architecture allows excellent transient response, easy noise filtering, and the use of small, cost-saving external inductors and capacitors. The HMC832A is a 3.3 V, high performance, wideband, fractional-N, phase-locked loop (PLL) that features an integrated voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) with a fundamental frequency of 1500 MHz to 3000 MHz and an integrated VCO output divider (divide by 1, 2, 4, 6, ? 62) that enables the HMC832A to generate continuous frequencies from 25 MHz to 3000 MHz. The integrated phase detector (PD) and ?-? modulator, capable of operating at up to 100 MHz, permit wider loop bandwidths and faster frequency tuning with excellent spectral performance.Industry leading phase noise and spurious performance, across all frequencies, enable the HMC832A to minimize blocker effects, and to improve receiver sensitivity and transmitter spectral purity. The LT5528 is a direct I/Q modulator designed for high performance wireless applications, including wireless infrastructure. It allows direct modulation of an RF signal using differential baseband I and Q signals. It supports PHS, GSM, EDGE, TD-SCDMA, CDMA, CDMA2000, W-CDMA and other systems. It may also be con? gured as an image reject up-converting mixer, by applying 90? phase-shifted signals to the I and Q inputs. The I/Q baseband inputs consist of voltage-to-current converters that in turn drive double-balanced mixers. The outputs of these mixers are summed and applied to an on-chip RF transformer, which converts the differential mixer signals to a 50? single-ended output. The four balanced I and Q baseband input ports are intended for DC coupling from a? source with a common-mode voltage level of about 0.5V. The LO path consists of an LO buffer with single-ended input, and precision quadrature generators that produce the LO drive for the mixers. The HMC439QS16G(E) is a digital phase-frequency detector intended for use in low noise phase-locked loop applications for inputs from 10 to 1300 MHz. Its combination of high frequency of operation along with its ultra low phase noise floor make possible synthesizers with wide loop bandwidth and low N resulting in fast switching and very low phase noise. When used in conjunction with a differential loop amplifier, the HMC439QS16G(E) generate output voltages that can be used to phase lock a VCO to a reference oscillator.
