The HMC1019ALP4E is a broadband 5-bit GaAs IC digital attenuator in a low cost leadless surface mount package. Covering 0.1 to 30.0 GHz, the insertion loss is less than 4.0 dB typical. The attenuator bit values are 0.5 (LS B), 1, 2, 4, 8 for a total attenuation of 15.5 dB. Attenuation accuracy is excellent at ?0.3 dB typical step error with an IIP3 of +45 dBm. The control interface is CMOS/TTL compatible and accepts a three wire serial input. The ADP1051 is an advanced digital controller with a PMBus? interface targeting high density, high efficiency dc-to-dc power conversion. This controller implements voltage mode control with high speed, input line feedforward for enhanced transient and improved noise performance. The ADP1051 has six programmable pulse-width modulation (PWM) outputs capable of controlling most high efficiency power supply topologies, with added control of synchronous rectification (SR). The device includes adaptive dead time compensation to improve efficiency over the load range, and programmable light load mode operation, combined with low power consumption, to reduce system standby power losses.The ADP1051 implements several features to enable a robust system of parallel and redundant operation for customers that require high availability or parallel connection. The ADXRS453 is an angular rate sensor (gyroscope) intended for industrial, instrumentation, and stabilization applications in high vibration environments. An advanced, differential, quad sensor design rejects the influence of linear acceleration, enabling the ADXRS453 to offer high accuracy rate sensing in harsh envi-ronments where shock and vibration are present.The ADXRS453 uses an internal, continuous self-test architec-ture. The integrity of the electromechanical system is checked by applying a high frequency electrostatic force to the sense structure to generate a rate signal that can be differentiated from the base-band rate data and internally analyzed.The ADXRS453 is capable of sensing an angular rate of up to ?300?/sec. The ADXL363 is an ultralow power, three-sensor combination consisting of a 3-axis MEMS accelerometer, a temperature sensor, and an on-board analog-to-digital converter (ADC) input for synchronous conversion of an external signal.
