The ADuM7703 is a high performance, second-order, ?-? analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with an integrated low dropout (LDO) regulator that converts an analog input signal into a high speed, single-bit data stream with on-chip digital isolation based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler? technology. The device operates from a 4.5 V to 20 V power supply range (VDD1) and accepts a pseudo differential input signal of ?250 mV (?320 mV full-scale). The pseudo differential input is ideally suited to shunt voltage monitoring in high voltage applications where galvanic isolation is required.The analog input is continuously sampled by a high performance analog modulator and converted to a ones density digital output stream with a data rate of up to 21 MHz. The original information can be reconstructed with an appropriate sinc3 digital filter to achieve an 86 dB signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) at 78.1 kSPS with a 256 decimation rate and a 20 MHz master clock. The serial input and output operates from a 5 V or a 3.3 V supply (VDD2).The serial interface is digitally isolated. High speed complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) technology, combined with monolithic transformer technology, results in the on-chip isolation providing outstanding performance characteristics, superior to alternatives such as optocoupler devices. The ADuM7703 device is available in a 16-lead, wide-body SOIC with an operating temperature range of ?40?C to +125?C and an 8-lead, wide-body SOIC with an operating temperature range of ?40?C to +105?C.Applications Shunt current monitoring AC motor controls Power and solar inverters Wind turbine inverters Analog-to-digital and optoisolator replacement

The LTC4063 is a standalone linear charger for single cell lithium-ion batteries with an adjustable low dropout linear regulator (LDO). The adjustable LDO regulates an output voltage between 1.2V to 4.2V at up to 100mA load current. When the input supply (wall adapter or USB supply) is removed, the LDO regulates the output voltage without interruption. The battery charger and LDO regulator can be enabled individually.No external sense resistor or external blocking diode is required for charging due to the internal MOSFET architecture. Internal thermal feedback regulates the charge current to maintain a constant die temperature during high power operation or high ambient temperature conditions. The float voltage is fixed at 4.2V and the charge current is programmed with an external resistor. Charge termination methods include minimum charge current or maximum time. With power applied, the LTC4063 can be put into shutdown mode to reduce the supply current to 35?A and the battery drain current to less than 2?A.Other features include smart recharge, undervoltage lockout, LDO current limiting and a charge status pin to indicate when the charge cycle has completed.Applications Handheld Computers Portable MP3 Players Digital Cameras

The ADM2795E is a 5 kV rms signal isolated RS-485 transceiver that features up to ?42 V of ac/dc peak bus overvoltage fault protection on the RS-485 bus pins. The device integrates Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler? technology to combine a 3-channel isolator, RS-485transceiver, and IEC electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) transient protection in a single package. The ADM2795E is aRS-485/RS-422 transceiver that integrates IEC 61000-4-5 Level 4surge protection, allowing up to ?4 kV protection on the RS-485bus pins (A and B). The device has IEC 61000-4-4 Level 4 EFTprotection up to ?2 kV and IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection on the bus pins, allowing this device to withstand up to ?15 kV on the transceiver interface pins without latching up. This device has an extended common-mode input range of ?25 V to improve data communication reliability in noisy environments. TheADM2795E is capable of operating over wide power supply ranges, with a 1.7 V to 5.5 V VDD1 power supply range, allowing interfacing to low voltage logic supplies. The ADM2795E is also fully TIA/EIA RS-485/RS-422 compliant when operated over a3 V to 5.5 V VDD2 power supply. Demonstration circuit 1379B is a step-down DC/DC switching regulator featuring the LTM8025 μModule® regulator. The demo board is designed to deliver a 3.3V @ 3A output from a 5.5V to 36V input. The wide input range of the LTM8025 allows a variety of input sources such as automotive batteries, wall adaptors and industrial supplies. The modes of operation (Burst Mode® operation or synchronization) are jumper-selectable. Burst Mode operation improves efficiency at light loads. The LTM8025 can be synchronized over a 250kHz to 2MHz range.
