The LTC2664 is a family of four-channel, 16-/12-bit ?10V digital-to-analog converters with integrated precision references. They are guaranteed monotonic and have built-in rail-to-rail output buffers. These SoftSpan? DACs offer five output ranges up to ?10V. The range of each channel is independently programmable, or the part can be hardware-configured for operation in a fixed range.The integrated 2.5V reference is buffered separately to each channel; an external reference can be used for additional range options. Demonstration circuit 2397A features the LTC3130-1, a wide input voltage, wide output voltage operating range, high efficiency, low noise monolithic DC/DC buck-boost converter that provides 600mA of output current when in buck mode. The LTC3130-1 has 4-pin selectable output voltages (1.8V, 3.3V, 5V and 12V) and operates from input voltages of 2.4V to 25V. The LTC3130-1 incorporates a proprietary low noise switching algorithm which optimizes efficiency with input voltages above, below, or equal to the output voltage and ensures seamless transitions between operating modes.

LTM8074 1.2A Step-Down Silent Switcher µModule Regulator

Demonstration circuit 2753A features the LTM8074EY µModule regulator, a tiny high performance high efficiency step-down regulator with Silent Switcher® architecture. DC2753A has an operating input voltage range of 3.4V to 40V and is able to provide an output current of up to 1.2A. The output voltage can be programmed from 0.78V up to 15V. The LTM8074EY is a complete DC/DC point of load regulator in a thermally enhanced 4mm × 4mm × 1.82mm BGA package requiring only a few input and output capacitors. The radiated EMI performances of the board (with EMI filter) are shown in Figure 6 and Figure 7. The demo board also has a conducted EMI filter installed. To use the conducted EMI filter, the input should be tied to VEMI, not VIN. An inductor L2, which is a 0Ω jumper on the board by default now, can be added in the EMI filter to further reduce the conducted emission. The LTM8074 data sheet must be read in conjunction with this demo manual for working on or modifying DC2753A.

LTC7841 | 60V Dual-Phase Single Output Synchronous Boost Controller with PMBus

Demonstration circuit 2798A is a high voltage, dual-phase single output boost converter with 10V to 16V input range. The output voltage is adjustable from VIN to 48V. And the output can supply a 10A maximum load current. The demo board has a LTC7841 controller, which is a 60V dual-phase single output boost controller with digital power system management. Please see the LTC7841 data sheet for more detailed information. The DC2798A powers up to default settings and produces power based on the command from the serial bus communication. This allows easy evaluation of the DC/DC converter. To fully explore the extensive power system management features of the part, download the GUI software LTpowerPlay® onto your PC and use ADI’s I2C/SMBus/PMBus dongle DC1613A to connect to the board. LTpowerPlay allows the user to reconfigure the part on-the-fly, view telemetry of voltage, current, temperature and fault status.

The LTC6560 is a low-noise, transimpedance amplifier (TIA) with 220MHz bandwidth. The LTC6560?s low noise, high transimpedance and low power dissipation are ideal for LIDAR receivers using avalanche photodiodes (APDs). The LTC6560 features 74k? transimpedance gain and 30?A linear input current range. Using an input circuit with a total input capacitance of 2pF, the input current noise density is 4.8pA/?Hz at 200MHz. With lower capacitance, noise and bandwidth improve further. The LTC6560 operates from a single 5V supply and consumes only 90mW. Utilizing the LTC6560?s output MUX, multiple LTC6560 devices can be combined to a single output. The LTC6560?s fast overload recovery and fast output MUXing make it well suited for LIDAR receivers with multiple APDs. Its single-ended output can swing 2VP-P on a 100? load.
