The HMC783LP6CE is a fully functioned Fractional-N Phase-Locked-Loop (PLL) with an Integrated Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO). The input reference frequency range is 100 kHz to 220 MHz while the advanced delta-sigma modulator design in the fractional PLL allows both ultra-fine step sizes and very low spurious products. The highly integrated structure provides excellent phase noise performance over temperature, shock and process. The HMC783LP6CE is packaged in a leadless QFN 6 x 6 mm surface mount package. The ADIN1200 is a low power, single-port, 10 Mbps and 100 Mbps Ethernet transceiver with low latency specifications designedfor industrial Ethernet applications.This design integrates an energy efficient Ethernet (EEE) physical layer device (PHY) core with all associated common analog circuitry, input and output clock buffering, management interface and subsystem registers, and media access control (MAC) interface and control logic to manage the reset, clock control and pin configuration.The ADIN1200 is available in a 5 mm ? 5 mm, 32-lead leadframe chip scale package (LFCSP) and can operate with a single3.3 V supply, assuming the use of a 3.3 V MAC interface supply.For maximum flexibility in system level design, a separate VDDIOsupply enables the management data input/output (MDIO) andMAC interface supply voltages to be configured independentlyof the other circuitry on the ADIN1200 allowing operation at1.8 V, 2.5 V, or 3.3 V. At power-up, the ADIN1200 is held inhardware reset until each of the supplies has crossed its minimumrising threshold value and the power is considered good. Brownoutprotection is provided by monitoring the supplies to detect ifone or more of them drops below a minimum falling thresholdand holding the device in hardware reset until the power suppliesreturn and satisfy the power-on-reset (POR) circuit.The MII management interface (also referred to as MDIOinterface) provides a 2-wire serial interface between a hostprocessor or MAC and the ADIN1200, allowing access tocontrol and status information in the PHY core managementregisters. The ADF7020-1 is a low power, highly integrated FSK/ GFSK/ ASK/ OOK/ GOOK transceiver designed for operation in thelow UHF and VHF bands. The ADF7020-1 uses an externalVCO inductor that allows users to set the operating frequencyanywhere between 135 MHz and 650 MHz. Using the divide-by-2circuit allows users to operate the device as low as 80 MHz.The typical range of the VCO is about 10% of the operatingfrequency. A complete transceiver can be built using a smallnumber of external discrete components, making the ADF7020-1 very suitable for price-sensitive and area-sensitiveapplications.The transmit section contains a VCO and low noisefractional-N PLL with output resolution of <1 ppm. Thisfrequency agile PLL allows the ADF7020-1 to be used infrequency-hopping spread spectrum (FHSS) systems. The VCOoperates at twice the fundamental frequency to reduce spuriousemissions and frequency pulling problems.The transmitter output power is programmable in 63 steps from?20 dBm to +13 dBm. The transceiver RF frequency, channelspacing, and modulation are programmable using a simple 3-wire interface. The device operates with a power supply range of2.3 V to 3.6 V and can be powered down when not in useA low IF architecture is used in the receiver (200 kHz),minimizing power consumption and the external componentcount and avoiding interference problems at low frequencies.The ADF7020-1 supports a wide variety of programmablefeatures, including Rx linearity, sensitivity, and IF bandwidth,allowing the user to trade off receiver sensitivity and selectivityfor current consumption, depending on the application. Thereceiver also features a patent-pending automatic frequencycontrol (AFC) loop, allowing the PLL to compensate forfrequency error in the incoming signal.An on-chip ADC provides readback of an integrated temperaturesensor, an external analog input, the battery voltage, or theRSSI signal, which provides savings on an ADC in someapplications. The temperature sensor is accurate to ?10?C overthe full operating temperature range of ?40?C to +85?C. Demonstration circuit 516A-B is a low output voltage, synchronous boost converter featuring the LTC3424. The LTC3424 is ideal for applications that require an output voltage between 1.5V to 2.6V from a single alkaline or NiCd/NiMH cell. A bias voltage (VDD) of 2.7V to 5.5V is required to power the internal circuitry. The input voltage (VIN) range is 1V to 1.6V, but once up and running, the device can operate with an input voltage as low as 0.5V. The output voltage is set at 1.8V. For a 1V minimum battery voltage, the LTC3424 can provide 600mA.
