The LTC2325-14 is a low noise, high speed quad 14-bit + sign successive approximation register (SAR) ADC with differential inputs and wide input common mode range. Operating from a single 3.3V or 5V supply, the LTC2325-14 has an 8VP-P differential input range, making it ideal for applications which require a wide dynamic range with high common mode rejection. The LTC2325-14 achieves ?1LSB INL typical, no missing codes at 14 bits and 81dB SNR.The LTC2325-14 has an onboard low drift (20ppm/?C max) 2.048V or 4.096V temperature-compensated reference. The LTC2325-14 also has a high speed SPI-compatible serial interface that supports CMOS or LVDS. The fast 5Msps per channel throughput with one cycle latency makes the LTC2325-14 ideally suited for a wide variety of high speed applications. The ADM1066 Super Sequencer? is a configurable supervisory/ sequencing device that offers a single-chip solution for supply monitoring and sequencing in multiple-supply systems. In addition to these functions, the ADM1066 integrates a 12-bit ADC and six 8-bit voltage output DACs. These circuits can be used to implement a closed-loop margining system that enables supply adjustment by altering either the feedback node or reference of a dc-to-dc converter using the DAC outputs. Supply margining can be performed with a minimum of external components. The AD7747 is a high-resolution, ?-? capacitance-to-digital converter (CDC). The capacitance to be measured is connected directly to the device inputs. The architecture features inherent high resolution (24-bit no missing codes, up to 19.5-bit effective resolution), high linearity (?0.01%), and high accuracy (?10 fF factory calibrated). The AD7747 capacitance input range is ?8 pF (changing), and it can accept up to 17 pF common-mode capacitance (not changing), which can be balanced by a programmable on-chip digital-to-capacitance converter (CAPDAC).The AD7747 is designed for single-ended or differential capacitive sensors with one plate connected to ground. For floating (not grounded) capacitive sensors, the AD7745 or AD7746 are recommended.The part has an on-chip temperature sensor with a resolution of 0.1?C and accuracy of ?2?C. The on-chip voltage reference and the on-chip clock generator eliminate the need for any external components in capacitive sensor applications. Both Devices use current mode, constant frequency pulse-width modulation (PWM) control scheme for excellent stability and transient response. Under light load condition, they can be configured to operate in pulse frequency modulation (PFM) mode that reduces switching frequency to save power.The ADP2119/ADP2120 can support input voltages from 2.3V to 5.5V. The output voltage can be adjusted from 0.6V to input voltage (VIN) for the adjustable version, while the fixed output version is available in preset output voltage options of 3.3V, 2.5V, 1.8V, 1.5V ,1.2V and 1.0V. The ADP2119/ADP2120 require minimal external parts and provide a high efficiency solution with their integrated power switches, synchronous rectifier, and internal compensation. Each IC draws less than 3 ?A current from the input source when it is disabled. The LTC4063 is a standalone linear charger for single cell lithium-ion batteries with an adjustable low dropout linear regulator (LDO). The adjustable LDO regulates an output voltage between 1.2V to 4.2V at up to 100mA load current. When the input supply (wall adapter or USB supply) is removed, the LDO regulates the output voltage without interruption. The battery charger and LDO regulator can be enabled individually.No external sense resistor or external blocking diode is required for charging due to the internal MOSFET architecture. Internal thermal feedback regulates the charge current to maintain a constant die temperature during high power operation or high ambient temperature conditions. The float voltage is fixed at 4.2V and the charge current is programmed with an external resistor. Charge termination methods include minimum charge current or maximum time.
