The LTC3875 is a dual output current mode synchronous step-down DC/DC controller that drives all N-channel power MOSFET stages. It employs a unique architecture that enhances the signal-to-noise ratio of the current sense signal, allowing the use of very low DC resistance (DCR) power inductors to maximize efficiency in high current applications. This feature also reduces the switching jitter commonly found in low DCR applications with current mode control.The LTC3875 features two high speed differential amplifiers which can be used to compensate for the voltage drop from the LTC3875 to the load. Its DCR temperature compensated adjustable over current trip points from 10mV to 30mV limits the maximum output current precisely over temperature.A unique thermal balancing function adjusts per phase current to minimize the thermal stress for multichip single output applications. The ADN4654/ADN4655/ADN46561? are signal isolated, low voltage differential signaling (LVDS) buffers that operate at up to 1.1 Gbps with low jitter. The devices integrate Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler? technology, enhanced for high speed operation to provide galvanic isolation of the TIA/EIA-644-A compliant LVDS drivers and receivers. This integration allows drop-in isolation of an LVDS signal chain.The ADN4654/ADN4655/ADN4656 comprise multiple channel configurations, and the LVDS receivers on the ADN4655 and ADN4656 include a fail-safe mechanism to ensure a Logic 1 on the corresponding LVDS driver output when the inputs are floating, shorted, or terminated but not driven.For high speed operation with low jitter, the LVDS and isolator circuits rely on a 2.5 V supply. An integrated on-chip low dropout (LDO) regulator can provide the required 2.5 V from an external 3.3 V power supply. The CC1352P device is a true multi band wireless MCU supporting long range applications with the industry’s lowest power integrated +20 dBm power amplifier (PA). The CC1352P enables concurrent operation at both 2.4  GHz and Sub-1 GHz frequencies with PA support determined by external RF matching components.

To kick start your development, we offer two LAUNCHXL-CC1352P LaunchPads with optimized external RF components, one for Sub-1GHz PA and another for 2.4GHz PA wireless operations:

The ADuCM322 is a fully integrated, single package device that incorporates high performance analog peripherals together with digital peripherals controlled by an 80 MHz ARM? Cortex?-M3 processor and integral flash for code and data.The ADC on the ADuCM322 provides 12-bit, 1 MSPS data acquisition on up to 16 input balls. Additionally, chip temperature and supply voltages can be measured.The ADC input voltage range is 0 V to VREF. A sequencer is provided, which allows a user to select a set of ADC channels to measure in sequence without software involvement during the sequence. The sequence can optionally repeat automatically at a user selectable rate. Up to eight VDACs are provided with output ranges that are programmable to one of two voltage ranges.The ADuCM322 can be configured so that the digital and analog outputs retain their output voltages through a watchdog or software reset sequence. Thus, a product can remain functional even while the ADuCM322 is resetting itself.The ADuCM322 has a low power ARM Cortex-M3 processor and a 32-bit RISC machine that offers up to 100 MIPS peak performance. Also integrated on-chip are 2 ? 128 kB Flash/EE memory blocks and 32 kB of SRAM. The flash comprises two separate 128 kB blocks supporting execution from one flash block and simultaneous writing/erasing of the other flash block.The ADuCM322 operates from an on-chip oscillator or a 16 MHz external crystal and a PLL at 80 MHz. This clock can optionally be divided down to reduce current consumption. Additional low power modes can be set via software. In normal operating mode, the ADuCM322 digital core consumes about 300 ?A per MHz.The device includes an MDIO interface capable of operating at up to 4 MHz. The capability to simultaneously execute from one flash block and write/erase the other flash block makes the ADuCM322 ideal for 10G, 40G, and 100G optical applications. In addition, the nonerasable kernel code plus flags in user flash provide assistance by allowing user code to robustly switch between the two blocks of user flash code and data spaces.The ADuCM322 integrates a range of on-chip peripherals that can be configured under software control, as required in the application. These peripherals include 1 ? UART, 2 ? I2C, and 2 ? SPI serial input/output communication controllers, GPIO, 32-element PLA, three general-purpose timers, plus a wake-up timer and system watchdog timer. A 16-bit PWM with seven output channels is also provided.GPIO balls on the device power up in high impedance input mode. In output mode, the software chooses between open-drain mode and push-pull mode. The pull-up resistors can be disabled and enabled in software. In GPIO output mode, the inputs can remain enabled to monitor the balls. The GPIO balls can also be programmed to handle digital or analog peripheral signals; in such cases, the ball characteristics are matched to the specific requirement.A large support ecosystem is available for the ARM Cortex-M3 processor to ease product development of the ADuCM322. Access is via the ARM serial wire debug port (SW-DP). On-chip factory firmware supports in-circuit serial download via MDIO. The AD9649 is a monolithic, single channel 1.8 V supply, 14-bit, 20/40/65/80 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC). It features a high performance sample-and-hold circuit and an on-chip volt-age reference.The product uses multistage differential pipeline architecture with output error correction logic to provide 14-bit accuracy at 80 MSPS data rates and to guarantee no missing codes over the full operating temperature range.The ADC contains several features designed to maximize flexibility and minimize system cost, such as programmable clock and data alignment and programmable digital test pattern generation. The available digital test patterns include built-in deterministic and pseudorandom patterns, along with custom user-defined test patterns entered via the serial port interface (SPI).A differential clock input with optional 1, 2, or 4 divide ratios controls all internal conversion cycles.The digital output data is presented in offset binary, gray code, or twos complement format. A data output clock (DCO) is provided to ensure proper latch timing with receiving logic. Both 1.8 V and 3.3 V CMOS levels are supported.The AD9649 is available in a 32-lead RoHS-compliant LFCSP and is specified over the industrial temperature range (?40?C to +85?C).PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS The AD9649 operates from a single 1.8 V analog power supply and features a separate digital output driver supply to accommodate 1.8 V to 3.3 V logic families. The sample-and-hold circuit maintains excellent performance for input frequencies up to 200 MHz and is designed for low cost, low power, and ease of use. A standard serial port interface (SPI) supports various product features and functions, such as data output formatting, internal clock divider, power-down, DCO, data output (D13 to D0) timing and offset adjustments, and voltage reference modes.
