LT3483 Signal Chain Evaluation Board | Inverting μPower DC/DC Converter

Demonstration circuit SCP-LT3483-EVALZ is an inverting converter featuring the LT3483ES6. The converter generates –15V at 8mA to 40mA from a 2.7–12V input using a dual coupled inductor in an inverting flyback topology. Like all boards in the Signal Chain Power series, this board is designed to be easily plugged into other SCP boards to form a complete signal chain power system, enabling fast evaluation of low power signal chains. To evaluate this board, some universal SCP hardware is required, namely: SCP-INPUT-EVALZ SCP-OUTPUT-EVALZ SCP-1X5BKOUT-EVALZ SCP-THRUBRD-EVALZ SCP-FILTER-EVALZ SCP-1X2BKOUT-EVALZ SCP-5X1-EVALZ   To properly evaluate SCP series demo boards, you will need the SCP Configurator companion software. SCP Configurator can help you choose the right board and to-pology for your design. Note that the Demo Manual does not cover details important to the operation and configuration regarding the LT3483 buck regulator. LT8330 Signal Chain Evaluation Board | Boost Converter w/ 1A, 60V Switch

Demonstration circuit SCP-LT8330-EVALZ features the LT8330, a boost/SEPIC/inverting converter with a 1A, 60V switch. The demo circuit is specifically a boost converter with an operating input voltage range from 10V to 36V and an output voltage of 48V. With a 12V input, the maximum output current is 135mA. Like all boards in the Signal Chain Power series, this board is designed to be easily plugged into other SCP boards to form a complete signal chain power system, enabling fast evaluation of low power signal chains. The SSM2315 is a fully integrated, high efficiency, Class-D audioamplifier. It is designed to maximize performance for mobilephone applications. The application circuit requires a minimumof external components and operates from a single 2.5 V to 5.5 Vsupply. It is capable of delivering 3 W of continuous output powerwith 103 dB.Spread-spectrum pulse density modulation is used to providelower EMI-radiated emissions compared with other Class-Darchitectures.The SSM2315 has a micropower shutdown mode with a typicalshutdown current of 20 nA. Shutdown is enabled by applyinga logic low to the SD pin.The device also includes pop-and-click suppression circuitry.This suppression circuitry minimizes voltage glitches at theoutput during turn-on and turn-off, reducing audible noiseon activation and deactivation.The fully differential input of the SSM2315 provides excellentrejection of common-mode noise on the input. Input couplingcapacitors can be omitted if the dc input common-mode voltageis approximately VDD/2.The default gain of the SSM2315 is 6 dB, but users can reduce thegain by using a pair of external resistors.The SSM2315 is specified over the industrial temperature range of?40?C to +85?C. It has built-in thermal shutdown and outputshort-circuit protection. It is available in a 9-ball, 1.5 mm ? 1.5 mmwafer level chip scale package (WLCSP). Demonstration circuit 1807A is a dual output, dual phase synchronous buck converter featuring the LTC3869EUFD. The input voltage range is 4.5V to 14V, output voltages and currents are 1.5V/15A and 1.2V/15A. Two versions of the board are available. DC1807A-A has an on-board sense resistor for current feedback, while the DC1807A-B is configured with a DCR sense circuit that allows the converter to use the inductors DCR as the sense element instead of the on-board sense resistors to save cost and board space and improves efficiency.
