The LTC4227 offers ideal diode-OR and Hot Swap? functions for two power rails by controlling external Nchannel MOSFETs. MOSFETs acting as ideal diodes replace two high power Schottky diodes and the associated heat sinks, saving power and board area. A Hot Swap control MOSFET allows a board to be safely inserted and removed from a live backplane by limiting inrush current. The supply output is also protected against short-circuit faults with a fast acting current limit and internal timed circuit breaker.The LTC4227 regulates the forward voltage drop across the MOSFETs to ensure smooth current transfer from one supply to the other without oscillation. The ideal diodes turn on quickly to reduce the load voltage droop during supply switchover. If the input supply fails or is shorted, a fast turn-off minimizes reverse-current transients.The LTC4227 allows turn-on/off control, and reports fault and power good status for the supply. The AD7686 is a 16-bit, charge redistribution, successive approximation, analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that operates from a single 5 V power supply, VDD. It contains a low power, high speed, 16-bit sampling ADC with no missing codes, an internal conversion clock, and a versatile serial interface port. The part also contains a low noise, wide bandwidth, short aperture delay track-and-hold circuit. The ADF7021-V is a high performance, low power, narrow-band RF transceiver based on the ADF7021-N. The architecture of the ADF7021-V transceiver is similar to that of the ADF7021-N except that an external VCO is used by the on-chip RF synthesizer for applications that require improved phase noise performance.The ADF7021-V is designed to operate in both the license-free ISM bands and in the licensed bands from 80 MHz to 960 MHz.To minimize RF feedthrough and spurious emissions, the external VCO operates at 2? or 4? the desired RF frequency; the ADF7021-V supports a maximum VCO frequency operation of 1920 MHz. The LTC7103-1 is a high efficiency, monolithic synchro-nous step-down DC/DC converter utilizing a constant frequency, average current mode control architecture. It operates from an input voltage range of 4.4V to 105V and provides an adjustable regulated output voltage from 1V to VIN while delivering up to 2.3A of output current.The LTC7103-1 features high frequency operation and a low minimum on-time that reduce inductor size and enable constant-frequency operation even at very high step-down ratios. Demonstration circuit 1392A features the LTM4604AEV, the high efficiency, high density switch mode step-down μModule® regulator. The input voltage range is from 2.375V to 5.5V with a jumper selectable output voltage from 0.8V to 3.3V. The rated load current is 4A, while derating is necessary for certain VIN, VOUT and thermal conditions. By using the TRACK pin, the output can be set to coincidentally or ratiometrically track to another voltage rail.

The HMC641ALC4 is a broadband non-reflective GaAs pHEMT SP4T switch in a compact 4x4 mm ceramic package. Covering DC to 20 GHz, this switch offers high isolation, low insertion loss and on-chip termination of isolated ports. The LTC4063 is a standalone linear charger for single cell lithium-ion batteries with an adjustable low dropout linear regulator (LDO). The adjustable LDO regulates an output voltage between 1.2V to 4.2V at up to 100mA load current. When the input supply (wall adapter or USB supply) is removed, the LDO regulates the output voltage without interruption. The battery charger and LDO regulator can be enabled individually.No external sense resistor or external blocking diode is required for charging due to the internal MOSFET architecture. Internal thermal feedback regulates the charge current to maintain a constant die temperature during high power operation or high ambient temperature conditions. The float voltage is fixed at 4.2V and the charge current is programmed with an external resistor. Charge termination methods include minimum charge current or maximum time.
