The AD5310R?/ AD5311R, members of the nanoDAC? family, are low power, single-channel, 10-bit buffered voltage-out DACs. The devices include a 2.5 V, 2 ppm/?C internal reference. The output span can be programmed to be 0 V to VREF or 0 V to 2 ? VREF. All devices operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply and are guaranteed monotonic by design. The devices are available in 10-lead MSOP packages.The AD5310R / AD5311R also incorporate a power-on resetcircuit that ensures that the DAC output powers up to zeroscaleand remains there until a valid write takes place. The AD5337?/?AD5338?/ AD5339 are dual 8-, 10-, and 12-bit buffered voltage output DACs, respectively. Each part is housed in an 8-lead MSOP package and operates from a single 2.5 V to 5.5 V supply, consuming 250 ?A at 3 V. On-chip output amplifiers allow rail-to-rail output swing with a slew rate of 0.7 V/?s. A 2-wire serial interface operates at clock rates up to 400 kHz. This interface is SMBus compatible at VDD < 3.6 V. Multiple devices can be placed on the same bus.The references for the two DACs are derived from one reference pin. The outputs of all DACs can be updated simultaneously using the software LDAC function. The parts incorporate a power-on reset circuit to ensure that the DAC outputs power up to 0 V and remain there until a valid write to the device takes place. A software clear function resets all input and DAC registers to 0 V. A power-down feature reduces the current consumption of the devices to 200 nA @ 5 V (80 nA @ 3 V).The low power consumption of these parts in normal operation makes them ideally suited to portable battery-operated equipment. The LTC2348-18 is an 18-bit, low noise 8-channel simultaneous sampling successive approximation register (SAR) ADC with differential, wide common mode range inputs. Operating from a 5V low voltage supply, flexible high voltage supplies, and using the internal reference and buffer, each channel of this SoftSpan? ADC can be independently configured on a conversion-by-conversion basis to accept ?10.24V, 0V to 10.24V, ?5.12V, or 0V to 5.12V signals. Individual channels may also be disabled to increase throughput on the remaining channels.The wide input common mode range and 118dB CMRR of the LTC2348-18 analog inputs allow the ADC to directly digitize a variety of signals, simplifying signal chain design. This input signal flexibility, combined with ?3LSB INL, no missing codes at 18 bits, and 96.7dB SNR, makes the LTC2348-18 an ideal choice for many high voltage applications requiring wide dynamic range.The LTC2348-18 supports pin-selectable SPI CMOS (1.8V to 5V) and LVDS serial interfaces. Demonstration circuit 2094A shows the proper way to drive the LTC®2348 family of ADCs. The LTC2348/LTC2347/LTC2343 are low noise, high speed, simultaneous sampling 16-/18-bit successive approximation register (SAR) ADCs. The demo manual refers to the LTC2348-18 but applies to all parts in the family, the only differences being the number of bits, number of channels and the maximum sample rate. The LTC2348-18 has a flexible SoftSpan™ interface that allows conversion-by-conversion control of the input voltage span on a per-channel basis. An internal 2.048V reference and 2X buffer simplify basic operation while an external reference can be used to increase the input range and the SNR of the ADC.

The LTC3897 is a synchronous boost DC/DC controller with surge stopper and ideal diode controller.The boost controller drives two N-channel power MOSFET stages out-of-phase to reduce input and output capacitor?requirements, allowing the use of smaller inductors than the single-phase equivalent. Synchronous rectification reduces power loss and eases thermal requirements.The surge stopper controls the gate of an external N-channel MOSFET to protect against high voltage input transients and provides in-rush current control, overcurrent protection and output disconnect for the boost converter. The integrated ideal diode controller drives another N-channel MOSFET to replace a Schottky diode for reverse input protection and voltage holdup or peak detection. The LTC3649 is a high efficiency 60V, 4A synchronous monolithic step-down regulator. The regulator features a single resistor programmable output voltage, internal compensation and high efficiencies over a wide VOUT range.The step-down regulator operates from an input voltage range of 3.1V to 60V and provides an adjustable rail-to-rail output range from (VIN ? 0.5V) to ground while delivering up to 4A of output current. The switching frequency is also adjusted with an external resistor. A user-selectable mode input is provided to allow the user to trade off ripple noise for efficiency at light loads; Burst Mode operation provides the highest efficiency at light loads, while forced continuous mode provides low output ripple. The MODE/SYNC pin can also be used to allow the user to synchronize the switching frequency to an external clock.The LTC3649 operates with a peak current mode architecture that allows for fast transient response with inherent cycle-to-cycle current limit protection. The LTC4079 is a low quiescent current, high voltage linear charger for most battery chemistry types including Li-Ion/Polymer, LiFePO4, Lead-Acid or NiMH battery stacks up to 60V. The maximum charge current is adjustable from 10mA to 250mA with an external resistor. The battery charge voltage is set using an external resistor divider.With an integrated power device, current sensing and reverse current protection, a complete charging solution using the LTC4079 requires very few external components. Thermal regulation ensures maximum charge current up to the specified limit without the risk of overheating. Charging can be terminated by either C/10 or adjustable timer.Input voltage regulation reduces charge current when the input voltage falls to an adjustable level or the battery voltage, making it well suited for energy harvesting applications. Other features include temperature qualified charging, bad battery detection, automatic recharge with sampled feedback in standby for negligible battery drain, and an open-drain CHRG status output.
