The LTC7132 is a dual output PolyPhase DC/DC synchronous step-down monolithic regulator with an I2C-based PMBus compliant serial interface. The regulator employs a constant-frequency current mode architecture, together with a unique scheme to provide excellent performance in sub-milliohm DCR applications. The LTC7132 is supported by the LTpowerPlay? software development tool with graphical user interface (GUI).Programmable loop compensation allows the regulator to be compensated digitally. The switching frequency, channel phasing and device address can be programmed both by the digital interface as well as the external configuration resistors. Additionally, parameters can be set via the digital interface and stored in EEPROM. Both outputs have independent power good indicators and FAULT function.The LTC7132 can be configured to operate in discontinuous (pulse-skipping) mode or forced continuous conduction mode. The LTM4638 is a complete 15A step-down switching mode ?Module (power module) regulator in a tiny 6.25mm ? 6.25mm ? 5.02mm BGA package. Included in the package are the switching controller, power FETs, inductor and support components. Operating over an input voltage range of 3.1V to 20V, the LTM4638 supports an output voltage range of 0.6V to 5.5V, set by a single external resistor. The LTC3766 is a PolyPhase-capable secondary-side controller for synchronous forward converters. When used in conjunction with the LTC3765 active-clamp forward controller and gate driver, the part creates a complete isolated power supply that combines the power of multiphase operation with the speed of secondary-side control.The LTC3766 has been designed to simplify the design of active clamp forward converters. Working in concert with the LTC3765, the LTC3766 forms a robust, self-starting converter that eliminates the need for the separate bias regulator that is commonly used in secondary-side control applications. A precision current-limit coupled with clean start-up into a pre-biased load make the LTC3766 an excellent choice for high-power battery charger applications.The LTC3766 provides extensive remote sensing and output protection features, while Direct Flux Limit guarantees no transformer saturation without compromising transient response. Demonstration Circuit DC1702A is a Li-Ion/Polymer Shunt Battery Charger system with Low Battery Disconnect featuring the LTC4071EDDB. The LTC4071 allows simple charging of Li-Ion/Polymer batteries from very low current, intermittent or continuous charging sources. The DC1702 provides up to 50mA of output current at 4.1V from a 10V to 16V input supply. A near-zero current low battery latching disconnect function protects even the lowest capacity batteries from deep discharge and potentially irreparable damage. The 550nA to 50mA operating current makes charging possible from previously unusable sources. With its low operating current the LTC4071 is well suited to charge low capacity Li-Ion or thin film batteries in energy harvesting applications.

The ADG1634L is a monolithic industrial CMOS (iCMOS?) analog switch comprising four independently selectable single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switches, respectively.All channels exhibit break-before-make switching action that prevents momentary shorting when switching channels. An EN input on the ADG1634L is used to enable or disable the device. When disabled, all channels are switched off. The switch is enabled with a Logic 1 EN input, while the INx input defines the state of the SPDT switch (see Table 12 in the data sheet).The ultralow on resistance and on-resistance flatness of the switch makes it an ideal solution for data acquisition and gain switching applications, where low distortion is critical. iCMOS construction ensures ultra low power dissipation, making the device ideally suited for portable and battery-powered instruments.An external VL supply provides flexibility for lower logic control.
