The ADA4700-1 is a high voltage, precision, single-channel operational amplifier with a wide operating voltage range (?5 V to ?50 V) and relatively high output current drive. Its advanced design combines low power (170 mW for a ?50 V supply), high bandwidth (3.5 MHz), and a high slew rate with unity-gain stability and phase inversion free performance. The ability to swing near rail to rail at the output enables designers to maximize signal-to-noise ratios (SNRs).The ADA4700-1 is designed for applications requiring both ac and dc precision performance, making the ADA4700-1 useful in a wide variety of applications, including high voltage test equipment and instrumentation, high voltage regulators and power amplifiers, power supply control and protection, and as an amplifier or buffer for transducers with wide output ranges. It is particularly well suited for high intensity LED testing applications where it provides highly accurate voltage and current feedback as well as a predriver to provide accurate voltage and/or current sourcing stimulus to the LED string under test.The ADA4700-1 is specified over the industrial temperature range of ?40?C to +85?C and includes thermal regulation at a junction temperature greater than 145?C and an integrated current limit. The AD9910 is a direct digital synthesizer (DDS) featuringan integrated 14-bit DAC and supporting sample rates up to1 GSPS. The AD9910 employs an advanced, proprietary DDStechnology that provides a significant reduction in power consumptionwithout sacrificing performance. The DDS/DACcombination forms a digitally programmable, high frequency,analog output synthesizer capable of generating a frequencyagile sinusoidal waveform at frequencies up to 400 MHz.The user has access to the three signal control parameters thatcontrol the DDS: frequency, phase, and amplitude. The DDSprovides fast frequency hopping and frequency tuning resolutionwith its 32-bit accumulator. With a 1 GSPS sample rate, thetuning resolution is ~0.23 Hz. The DDS also enables fast phaseand amplitude switching capability.The AD9910 is controlled by programming its internal controlregisters via a serial I/O port. The ADM1293 and ADM1294 are high accuracy integrated digital power monitors that offer digital current, voltage, and power monitoring using an on-chip, 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), communicated through a PMBus? compliant I2C interface.These devices acquire the current by measuring the voltage difference across the external sense resistor. This voltage is amplified and digitized by an internal 12-bit ADC. The same ADC can also sample the primary input voltage and an auxiliary input voltage. The internal digital block can perform multiplication of the current and primary input voltage for power calculation. The ADM1293/ADM1294 also feature a power accumulator for energy metering. An industry-standard PMBus interface allows a master controller to read back these data from the device. The master controller can then combine this information with a known sense resistor value to calculate the current, voltage, power, and energy consumption over time on the monitored rail.In conditions such as overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, and overpower, the ADM1293/ADM1294 devices can generate an interrupt signal to the microprocessor through the GPOx/ALERTx outputs. The threshold for these conditions is digitally programmed via PMBus.The ADM1293 is designed for high-side supply monitoring with a voltage monitoring range from 0 V to 20 V. The ADM1294 is designed for low-side supply monitoring. The LTC2000 is a family of 16-/14-/11-bit 2.5Gsps current steering DACs with exceptional spectral purity.The single (1.25Gsps mode) or dual (2.5Gsps mode) port source synchronous LVDS interface supports data rates of up to 1.25Gbps using a 625MHz DDR data clock, which can be either in quadrature or in phase with the data. An internal synchronizer automatically aligns the data with the DAC sample clock.Additional features such as pattern generation, LVDS loopout and junction temperature sensing simplify system development and testing.A serial peripheral interface (SPI) port allows configuration and read back of internal registers.
