The AD9144 is a quad, 16-bit, high dynamic range digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that provides a maximum sample rate of 2.8 GSPS, permitting a multicarrier generation up to the Nyquist frequency. The DAC outputs are optimized to interface seamlessly with the ADRF6720 analog quadrature modulator (AQM) from Analog Devices, Inc. Demonstration circuit 2268A-F is a high efficiency, high density, dual 8A, switch mode step-down power supply on a compact 1.5' × 1.2' PCB. It features the LTM4630A μModule® regulator. The input voltage is from 4.5V to 15V. The output voltage is programmable from 0.6V to 5.3V. DC2268A-F can deliver up to 18A maximum in each channel. As explained in the data sheet, output current derating is necessary for certain VIN, VOUT, and thermal conditions. The board operates in continuous conduction mode in heavy load conditions. For high efficiency at low load currents, the resistor jumper (R1/R2) selects pulse-skipping mode for noise sensitive applications or Burst-Mode® in less noise sensitive applications. Two outputs can be connected in parallel for a single 36A output solution with optional jumper resistors. The board allows the user to program how its output ramps up and down through the TRACK/SS pin. Remote output voltage sensing is available for improved output voltage regulation at the load point. An optional input inductor L1 reduces the EMI noise for noise sensitive applications. DC2268A can be easily inserted to an edge connector for testing and debugging. These features and the availability of the LTM4630A in a compact 16mm × 16mm × 4.41mm LGA package make it ideal for use in many high-density point-of-load regulation applications. The LT3479 is a current mode, fixed frequency step-up DC/DC converter with an internal 3A, 42V switch. Efficiencies of up to 89% can be achieved in typical applications. It features a programmable soft-start function to limit inductor current during start-up and inrush current protection to protect the LT3479 during shorts and line transients. Both inputs of the error amplifier are available to the user allowing positive and negative output voltages. Through an external resistor, the user can program the switching frequency from 200kHz to 3.5MHz. Demonstration circuit 2638A-A is a high efficiency, high density, μModule regulator with 4.5V to 16V input range. The output voltage is adjustable from 0.5V to 3.3V, and it can supply 100A maximum load current. The demo board has two LTM4678 μModule® regulators, and the LTM4678 is a dual 25A or single 50A step-down regulator with PMBus power system management. DC2638A-A powers up to default settings and produce power based on configuration resistors without the need for any serial bus communication. This allows easy evaluation of the DC/DC converter. Demonstration circuit SCP-LT8330-EVALZ features the LT8330, a boost/SEPIC/inverting converter with a 1A, 60V switch. The demo circuit is specifically a boost converter with an operating input voltage range from 10V to 36V and an output voltage of 48V. With a 12V input, the maximum output current is 135mA. The ADF4355 allows implementation of fractional-N or integer-N phase-locked loop (PLL) frequency synthesizers when used with an external loop filter and an external reference frequency. A series of frequency dividers permits operation from 54 MHz to 6800 MHz.The ADF4355 has an integrated VCO with a fundamental output frequency ranging from 3400 MHz to 6800 MHz.
