ADP5034-1-EVALZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADP5034 combines two high performance buck regulators and two low dropout (LDO) regulators in a small, 24-lead 4 mm ? 4 mm LFCSP (QFN) to meet demanding performance and board space requirements. The high switching frequency of the buck regulators enables tiny multilayer external components and minimizes the board space. When the MODE pin is set high, the buck regulators operate in forced PWM mode. When the MODE pin is set low, the buck regulators operate in PWM mode when the load is around the nominal value. When the load current falls below a predefined threshold, the regulator operates in power save mode (PSM), improving the light-load efficiency. The two bucks operate out of phase to reduce the input capaci-tor requirement. The low quiescent current, low dropout voltage, and wide input voltage range of the ADP5034 LDOs extend the battery life of portable devices. The ADP5034 LDOs maintain power supply rejection greater than 60 dB for frequencies as high as 10 kHz while operating with a low headroom voltage.Regulators in the ADP5034 are activated though dedicated enable pins. The default output voltages can be externally set in the adjustable version, or factory programmable in the fixed voltage version, and can be set to a wide range of preset valuesAPPLICATIONSPower for processors, ASICS, FPGAs, and RF chipsetsPortable instrumentation and medical devicesSpace constrained devices

LTC3204EDC-3.3 Demo Board | Low Noise Regulated Charge Pump in 2 × 2 DFN, Burst Mode, VIN = 1.8V to 4.5V, VOUT = 3.3V/(40mA to 50mA Max)
Analog Devices Inc.
Demonstration circuit 761 is a low noise regulated charge pump featuring the LTC3204 (Burst Mode operation) in the 2 × 2 DFN package. There are two assembly versions, DC761A-A and DC761A-B for the LTC3204-5 (5V output) and LTC3204-3.3 (3.3V output) respectively. The DC761A-B produces a regulated 3.3V output from a 1.8V to 4.5V input. The guaranteed output current is 50mA from VIN between 1.9V and 4.5V, and 40mA for VIN less than 1.9V.
The circuit requires only three tiny 0603 surface mount capacitors and uses minimal board space. No inductor or diodes are needed. The circuit features automatic Burst Mode® operation at light loads to maintain low supply current.
