The ADXL367 is an ultralow power, 3-axis microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) accelerometer that consumes only 0.89 ?A at a 100 Hz output data rate and 180 nA when in motion-triggered wake-up mode. Unlike accelerometers that use power duty cycling to achieve low power consumption, the ADXL367 does not alias input signals by undersampling, but samples the full bandwidth of the sensor at all data rates.The ADXL367 always provides 14-bit output resolution. 8-bit formatted data is offered for more efficient single-byte transfers when a lower resolution is sufficient. 12-bit formatted data is also provided for ADXL362 design compatibility. Measurement ranges of ?2 g, ?4 g, and ?8 g are available, with a resolution of 0.25 mg/LSB on the ?2 g range.In addition to its ultralow power consumption, the ADXL367 has many features to enable true system level power reduction. It includes a deep multimode output first in, first out (FIFO), a built-in micropower temperature sensor, an internal analog-to-digital converter (ADC) for synchronous conversion of an additional analog input with interrupt capability, single-tap and double-tap detection that can operate at any output data rate with only an added 35 nA of current, and a state machine to prevent a false triggering. In addition, the ADXL367 has provisions for external control of the sampling time and/or an external clock.The ADXL367 operates on a wide 1.1 V to 3.6 V supply range, and can interface, if necessary, to a host operating on a separate supply voltage. The ADP5055 combines three high performance buck regulators in a 43-terminal land grid array (LGA) package to meet demanding performance and board space requirements. The device enables direct connection to high input voltages up to 18 V with no preregulators. All channels integrate both high-side and low-side power metal-oxide semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs) to achieve an efficiency optimized solution. Channel 1 and Channel 2 deliver a programmable output current of 3.5 A or 7 A or provide a single output with up to 14 A of current in parallel operation. Channel 3 delivers a programmable output current of 1.5 A or 3 A.The switching frequency of the ADP5055 can be programmed or synchronized to an external clock. The ADP5055 contains an enable pin (ENx) on each channel for simple power-up sequencing or adjustable undervoltage lockout (UVLO) threshold.The ADP5055 integrates a high precision 8-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) to enable the output voltage dynamic voltage scaling (DVS) via the PMBus?-compatible, 2-wire interface. The PMBus interface provides other flexible configurations, such as start-up and shutdown sequence control, individual forced pulse-width modulation or power saving mode (FPWM or PSM) selection, an output discharge switch, and a power-good signal.The ADP5055 is rated at ?40?C to +150?C junction temperature. The LT3641 is a dual channel, current mode monolithic buck switching regulator with a power-on reset and a watchdog timer. Both regulators are synchronized to a single oscillator with an adjustable frequency (350kHz to 2.5MHz). At light loads, both regulators operate in low ripple Burst Mode? to maintain high effi ciency and low output ripple.The high voltage channel is a nonsynchronous buck with an internal 2.4A top switch that operates from an input of 4V to 42V and input transient protection to 55V. The low voltage channel operates from an input of 2.5V to 5.5V. Internal synchronous power switches provide high effi ciency without the need of external Schottky diode. Both channels have cycle-by-cycle current limit, providing protection against shorted outputs.The power-on reset and watchdog timeout periods are both adjustable using external capacitors. Demonstration circuit 1516A is a 1.5V/15A synchronous buck converter operating with a switching frequency of 300kHz over an input voltage range of 4.5V to 24V. The demo board comes in two versions. The -A version uses inductor DCR current sensing with an iron powder inductor for highest efficiency. The -B version uses a 2.5mΩ/1% sense resistor for accurate current sensing with a low DCR ferrite inductor. The fixed on-time valley current mode control of the LTC3833 allows for a fast load step response.

The LT1766/LT1766-5 are 200kHz monolithic buck switching regulators that accept input voltages up to 60V. A high efficiency 1.5A, 0.2? switch is included on the die along with all the necessary oscillator, control and logic circuitry. A current mode control architecture delivers fast transient response and excellent loop stability.Special design techniques and a new high voltage process achieve high efficiency over a wide input range. Efficiency is maintained over a wide output current range by using the output to bias the circuitry and by utilizing a supply boost capacitor to saturate the power switch. The ADP5070 is a dual high performance dc-to-dc regulator that generates independently regulated positive and negative rails.The input voltage range of 2.85 V to 15 V supports a wide variety of applications. The integrated main switch in both regulators enables generation of an adjustable positive output voltage up to +39 V and a negative output voltage down to ?39 V below input voltage.The ADP5070 operates at a pin selected 1.2 MHz/2.4 MHz switching frequency. The ADP5070 can synchronize with an external oscillator from 1.0 MHz to 2.6 MHz to ease noise filtering in sensitive applications. Both regulators implement programmable slew rate control circuitry for the MOSFET driver stage to reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI).Flexible start-up sequencing is provided with the options of manual enable, simultaneous mode, positive supply first, and negative supply first.The ADP5070 includes a fixed internal or resistor programmable soft start timer to prevent inrush current at power-up.
