AD8030ARJ-EBZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8030 is a dual, rail-to-rail input and output high speed amplifier with a quiescent current of only 1.3 mA per amplifier. Despite its low power consumption, the amplifier provides excellent performance with 125MHz small signal bandwidth and 60 V/?s slew rate. ADI's proprietary XFCB process enables high speed and high performance on low power. This amplifier exhibits true single-supply operation with rail-to-rail input and output performance for supply voltages ranging from 2.7V to 12V. The input voltage range extends 200 mV beyond each rail without phase reversal. The dynamic range of the output extends to within 40 mV of each rail. The AD8030 provides excellent signal quality with minimal power dissipation. At G=+1, SFDR is -72dBc at 1MHz and settling time to 0.1% is only 80 ns. Low distortion and fast settling performance makes this amplifier a suitable driver for single-supply A/D converters. The versatility of the AD8030 allows the user to operate the amplifier on a wide range of supplies while consuming less than 6.5 mW of power. This feature extends the operation time in applications ranging from battery-powered systems with large bandwidth requirements to high speed systems where component density requires lower power dissipation. The AD8030 is the only low power, rail-to-rail input and output high speed amplifier available in SOT23 and SC70 micro packages. The amplifier is rated over the extended industrial temperature range, -40?C to +125?C.

EVAL-ADXL362Z
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADXL362 is an ultralow power, 3-axis MEMS accelerometer that consumes less than 2 ?A at a 100 Hz output data rate and 270 nA when in motion triggered wake-up mode. Unlike accelerometers that use power duty cycling to achieve low power consumption, the ADXL362 does not alias input signals by undersampling; it samples the full bandwidth of the sensor at all data rates. The ADXL362 always provides 12-bit output resolution; 8-bit formatted data is also provided for more efficient single-byte transfers when a lower resolution is sufficient. Measurement ranges of ?2 g, ?4 g, and ?8 g are available, with a resolution of 1 mg/LSB on the ?2 g range. For applications where a noise level lower than the normal 550 ?g/?Hz of the ADXL362 is desired, either of two lower noise modes (down to 175 ?g/?Hz typical) can be selected at minimal increase in supply current. In addition to its ultralow power consumption, the ADXL362 has many features to enable true system level power reduction. It includes a deep multimode output FIFO, a built-in micropower temperature sensor, and several activity detection modes including adjustable threshold sleep and wake-up operation that can run as low as 270 nA at a 6 Hz (approximate) measurement rate. A pin output is provided to directly control an external switch when activity is detected, if desired. In addition, the ADXL362 has provisions for external control of sampling time and/or an external clock. The ADXL362 operates on a wide 1.6 V to 3.5 V supply range, and can interface, if necessary, to a host operating on a separate, lower supply voltage. The ADXL362 is available in a 3 mm ? 3.25 mm ? 1.06 mm package.APPLICATIONS Hearing aids Home healthcare devices Motion enabled power save switches Wireless sensors Motion enabled metering devices

EV-ADUCM322IQSPZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADuCM322 is a fully integrated, single package device that incorporates high performance analog peripherals together with digital peripherals controlled by an 80 MHz ARM? Cortex?-M3 processor and integral flash for code and data. The ADC on the ADuCM322 provides 12-bit, 1 MSPS data acquisition on up to 16 input balls. Additionally, chip temperature and supply voltages can be measured. The ADC input voltage range is 0 V to VREF. A sequencer is provided, which allows a user to select a set of ADC channels to measure in sequence without software involvement during the sequence. The sequence can optionally repeat automatically at a user selectable rate. Up to eight VDACs are provided with output ranges that are programmable to one of two voltage ranges. The ADuCM322 can be configured so that the digital and analog outputs retain their output voltages through a watchdog or software reset sequence. Thus, a product can remain functional even while the ADuCM322 is resetting itself. The ADuCM322 has a low power ARM Cortex-M3 processor and a 32-bit RISC machine that offers up to 100 MIPS peak performance. Also integrated on-chip are 2 ? 128 kB Flash/EE memory blocks and 32 kB of SRAM. The flash comprises two separate 128 kB blocks supporting execution from one flash block and simultaneous writing/erasing of the other flash block. The ADuCM322 operates from an on-chip oscillator or a 16 MHz external crystal and a PLL at 80 MHz. This clock can optionally be divided down to reduce current consumption. Additional low power modes can be set via software. In normal operating mode, the ADuCM322 digital core consumes about 300 ?A per MHz.The device includes an MDIO interface capable of operating at up to 4 MHz. The capability to simultaneously execute from one flash block and write/erase the other flash block makes the ADuCM322 ideal for 10G, 40G, and 100G optical applications. In addition, the nonerasable kernel code plus flags in user flash provide assistance by allowing user code to robustly switch between the two blocks of user flash code and data spaces. The ADuCM322 integrates a range of on-chip peripherals that can be configured under software control, as required in the application. These peripherals include 1 ? UART, 2 ? I2C, and 2 ? SPI serial input/output communication controllers, GPIO, 32-element PLA, three general-purpose timers, plus a wake-up timer and system watchdog timer. A 16-bit PWM with seven output channels is also provided.GPIO balls on the device power up in high impedance input mode. In output mode, the software chooses between open-drain mode and push-pull mode. The pull-up resistors can be disabled and enabled in software. In GPIO output mode, the inputs can remain enabled to monitor the balls. The GPIO balls can also be programmed to handle digital or analog peripheral signals; in such cases, the ball characteristics are matched to the specific requirement.A large support ecosystem is available for the ARM Cortex-M3 processor to ease product development of the ADuCM322. Access is via the ARM serial wire debug port (SW-DP). On-chip factory firmware supports in-circuit serial download via MDIO. These features are incorporated into a QuickStart? development system, supporting this precision analog microcontroller family.APPLICATIONS Optical networking

Three analog video input channels accept standard composite, S-video, or component video signals, supporting a wide range of consumer video sources. AGC and clamp-restore circuitry allow an input video signal peak-to-peak range to 1.0 V. Alternatively, these can be bypassed for manual settings. The line-locked clock output allows the output data rate, timing signals, and output clock signals to be synchronous, asynchronous, or line locked even with ?5% line length variation. Output control signals allow glueless interface connections in many applications. The ADV7180 is programmed via a 2-wire, serial bidirectional port (I2C? compatible) and is fabricated in a 1.8 V CMOS process. Its monolithic CMOS construction ensures greater functionality with lower power dissipation. LFCSP package options makes the decoder ideal for space-constrained portable applications. A 64-lead LQFP package is pin compatible with the ADV7181C.The 48-Lead LQFP, 40-lead LFCSP, and 32-lead LFCSP use one pin to output VS or FIELD.APPLICATIONS Digital camcorders and PDAs Low cost SDTV PIP decoder for digital TVs Multichannel DVRs for video security AV receivers and video transcoding PCI-/USB-based video capture and TV tuner cards Personal media players and recorders Smartphone/multimedia handsets In-car/automotive infotainment units Rearview camera/vehicle safety systems
