The AD9083 is a 16-channel, 125 MHz bandwidth, continuous time ?-? (CTSD) ADC. The device features an on-chip, programmable, single-pole antialiasing filter and termination resistor that is designed for low power, small size, and ease of use. The 16 ADC cores features a first-order, CTSD modulator architecture with integrated, background nonlinearity correction logic and self cancelling dither. Each ADC features wide bandwidth inputs supporting a variety of user-selectable input ranges. An integrated voltage reference eases design considerations. The analog input and clock signals are differential inputs. Each ADC has a signal processing tile to filter out of band shaped noise from the ?-? ADC and reduce the sample rate. Each tile contains a cascaded integrator comb (CIC) filter, a quadrature digital downconverter (DDC) with multiple finite input response (FIR) decimation filters (decimate by J block), or up to three quadrature DDC channels with averaging decimation filters for data gating applications. Users can configure the Subclass 1 JESD204B based, high speed serialized output in a variety of lane configurations (up to four), depending on the DDC configuration and the acceptable lane rate of the receiving logic device. Multiple device synchronization is supported through the SYSREF?, TRIG?, and SYNCINB? input pins. The AD9083 has flexible power-down options that allow significant power savings when desired. All of these features can be programmed using a 1.8 V capable 3-wire serial port interface (SPI). The AD7688 is a 16-bit, 500 kSPS, charge redistribution successive-approximation Analog-to-Digital Converter which operates from a single 5V power supply, VDD. It contains a very low power high-speed 16-bit sampling ADC with no missing codes, an internal conversion clock and a versatile serial interface port. The part also contains a low noise, wide bandwidth, very short aperture delay track/hold circuit. On the CNV rising edge, it samples the voltage difference between IN+ and IN- pins. The voltages on these pins usually swing in opposite phase between 0 V to REF. The reference voltage REF is applied externally and can be set up to the supply voltage.Its power scales linearly with throughput.The SPI compatible serial interface also features the ability, using the SDI input, to ?Daisy chain? several ADCs on a single 3 wire bus and provides an optional Busy indicator. The ADPD2211 is an optical sensor optimized for biomedical applications. Very low power consumption and near theoretical signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) are achieved by packaging an ultralow capacitance deep junction silicon photodiode operated in zero bias photoconductive mode with a low noise current amplifier. The ADPD2211 offers a typical 400 kHz bandwidth performance, which is well suited for use with pulsed excitation. The ADPD2211 uses very little power during operation and incorporates a power-down pin, enabling power cycling to optimize battery life in portable applications. The ADPD2211 provides shot noise limited performance, making it an excellent choice for measuring signals with the highest possible fidelity in low light conditions. The Analog Devices, Inc., amplifier mezzanine card (AMC) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) driver evaluates the performance of amplifiers in 8-lead, single and dual SOIC, 6-lead single SOT23, 8-lead dual MSOP, and 16-lead LFCSP
packages. This add on board can be inserted on ADC evaluation boards using its 7-pin header. Figure 1 shows the AMC mounted on an Analog Devices, Inc., ADC evaluation board.
The AMC can support any of Analog Devices operational amplifiers and ADC drivers in different packages. The user can configure the ADC driver as a Sallen-Key low-pass, high-pass, or band-pass filter, as a multiple feedback low-pass, high-pass, or band-pass filter, or as an inverting and noninverting operational amplifier. The user can also configure the AMC to drive a single-ended, fully differential, or a single-ended signal to a differential ADC.
Optimized power and ground planes ensure low noise and high speed operation. Component placement and power supply bypassing are optimized for maximum circuit flexibility and performance. The AMC evaluation board accepts 0402 or 0603 surface mount technology (SMT) components, 1206 bypass capacitors, and 2.54 mm headers.
All components are placed on the primary side. No components are placed on the secondary side.

The AD8146/AD8147/AD8148 are high speed triple, differential or single-ended input to differential output drivers. The AD8146 and AD8147 have a fixed gain of 2, and the AD8148 has a fixed gain of 4. They are all specifically designed for the highest resolution component video signals but can be used for any type of analog signals or high speed data transmission over either Category 5 UTP cable or differential printed circuit board (PCB) transmission lines.These drivers can be used with the AD8145 triple differential-to-singled-ended receiver, and the AD8117 crosspoint switch to produce a video distribution system capable of supporting UXGA or 1080p signals.Manufactured on the Analog Devices, Inc. second generation XFCB bipolar process, the drivers have large signal bandwidths of 700 MHz and fast slew rates. They have an internal common-mode feedback feature that provides output amplitude and phase matching that is balanced to ?60 dB at 50 MHz, suppressing even-order harmonics and minimizing radiated electromagnetic interference (EMI).The common-mode voltage of each AD8146 output can be set to any level, allowing transmission of signals over the common-mode voltages. The AD8147 and AD8148 encode the vertical and horizontal sync signals on the common-mode voltages of the outputs. The AD7147 CapTouch? controller is designed for use with capacitance sensors implementing functions such as buttons, scroll bars, and wheels. The sensors need only one PCB layer, enabling ultrathin applications.The AD7147 is an integrated CDC with on-chip environmental calibration. The CDC has 13 inputs channeled through a switch matrix to a 16-bit, 250 kHz sigma-delta (?-?) converter. The CDC is capable of sensing changes in the capacitance of the external sensors and uses this information to register a sensor activation. The ADN8833 is a monolithic H-bridge TEC driver with integrat-ed 1 A power MOSFETs. It has a linear power stage with the linear driver (LDR) output and a pulse-width modulation (PWM) power stage with the SW output. Depending on the control voltage at the CONT input, the ADN8833 drives current through a TEC to settle the temperature of a laser diode or a passive component attached to the TEC module to the programmed target temperature.The control voltage applied to the CONT input is generated by a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) closing the digital proportional, integral, derivative (PID) loop of temperature control system.The internal 2.5 V reference voltage provides a 1% accurate output that is used to bias a voltage divider network to program the maximum TEC current and voltage limits for both the heating and cooling modes.
