The LT3477 is a current mode, 3A DC/DC step-up converter with dual rail-to-rail current sense amplifiers and an internal 3A, 42V switch. It combines a traditional voltage feedback loop and two unique current feedback loops to operate as a constant-current, constant-voltage source. Both current sense voltages are set at 100mV and can be adjusted independently using the IADJ1 and IADJ2 pins. Efficiency of up to 93% can be achieved in typical applications. The LT3477 features a programmable soft-start function to limit inductor current during start-up. Both inputs of the error amplifier are available externally allowing positive and negative output voltages (boost, inverting, SEPIC, Flyback). The switching frequency is programmable from 200kHz to 3.5MHz through an external resistor.Available in thermally enhanced 20-pin (4mm ? 4mm) QFN and 20-pin TSSOP packages, the LT3477 provides a complete solution for both constant-voltage and constantcurrent applications.Applications High Power LED Driver DSL Modems Distributed Power Input/Output Current Limited Boost, SEPIC, Inverting, Flyback Converters Constant-Voltage, Constant-Current Source

The LTC2758 is a dual 18-bit multiplying serial-input, current-output digital-to-analog converter. LTC2758A provides full 18-bit performance (INL and DNL of ?1LSB maximum) over temperature without any adjustments. 18-bit monotonicity is guaranteed in all performance grades. This SoftSpan? DAC operates from a single 3V to 5V supply and offers six output ranges (up to ?10V) that can be programmed through the 3-wire SPI serial interface or pin-strapped for operation in a single range.Any on-chip register (including DAC output-range settings) can be read for verification in just one instruction cycle; and if you change register content, the altered register will be automatically read back during the next instruction cycle.Voltage-controlled offset and gain adjustments are also provided; and the power-on reset circuit and CLR pin both reset the DAC outputs to 0V regardless of output range.Applications Instrumentation Medical Devices Automatic Test Equipment Process Control and Industrial Automation

Amplifier Mezzanine Card for ADA4807-2
Analog Devices Inc.
The Analog Devices, Inc., amplifier mezzanine card (AMC) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) driver evaluates the performance of amplifiers in 8-lead, single and dual SOIC, 6-lead single SOT23, 8-lead dual MSOP, and 16-lead LFCSP
packages. This add on board can be inserted on ADC evaluation boards using its 7-pin header. Figure 1 shows the AMC mounted on an Analog Devices, Inc., ADC evaluation board.
The AMC can support any of Analog Devices operational amplifiers and ADC drivers in different packages. The user can configure the ADC driver as a Sallen-Key low-pass, high-pass, or band-pass filter, as a multiple feedback low-pass, high-pass, or band-pass filter, or as an inverting and noninverting operational amplifier. The user can also configure the AMC to drive a single-ended, fully differential, or a single-ended signal to a differential ADC.
Optimized power and ground planes ensure low noise and high speed operation. Component placement and power supply bypassing are optimized for maximum circuit flexibility and performance. The AMC evaluation board accepts 0402 or 0603 surface mount technology (SMT) components, 1206 bypass capacitors, and 2.54 mm headers.
All components are placed on the primary side. No components are placed on the secondary side.

The LTC6900 is a precision, low power oscillator that is easy to use and occupies very little PC board space. The oscillator frequency is programmed by a single external resistor (RSET). The LTC6900 has been designed for high accuracy operation (?1.5% frequency error) without the need for external trim components. The LTC6900 operates with a single 2.7V to 5.5V power supply and provides a rail-to-rail, 50% duty cycle square wave output. The CMOS output driver ensures fast rise/fall times and rail-to-rail switching. The frequency-setting resistor can vary from 10k? to 2M? to select a master oscillator frequency between 100kHz and 20MHz (5V supply). The three-state DIV input determines whether the master clock is divided by 1, 10 or 100 before driving the output, providing three frequency ranges spanning 1kHz to 20MHz (5V supply). The LTC6900 features a proprietary feedback loop that linearizes the relationship between RSET and frequency, eliminating the need for tables to calculate frequency.
