The ADP5091/ADP5092 are intelligent, integrated energy harvesting, ultralow power management unit (PMU) solutions that convert dc power from PV cells or TEGs. These devices charge storage elements such as rechargeable Li-Ion batteries, thin film batteries, super capacitors, or conventional capacitors, and power up small electronic devices and battery free systems.The ADP5091/ADP5092 provide efficient conversion of the harvested limited power from a 6 ?W to 600 mW range with submicrowatt operation losses. With the internal cold start circuit, the regulator can start operating at an input voltage as low as 380 mV. After cold startup, the regulator is functional at an input voltage range of 0.08 V to 3.3 V. An additional 150 mA regulated output can be programmed by an external resistor divider or the VID pin.The MPPT control keeps the input voltage ripple in a fixed range to maintain stable dc-to-dc boost conversion. The dynamic sensing mode and no sensing mode, both programming regulation points of the input voltage, allow extraction of the highest possible energy from the harvester. A programmable minimum operation threshold enables boost shutdown during a low input condition.As a low light indicator for a microprocessor, the LLD pin of the ADP5091 is the MINOP comparator output. However, the REG_GOOD flag of the ADP5092 monitors the REG_OUT voltage. In addition, the DIS_SW pin can temporarily shut down the boost regulator and is RF transmission friendly.The charging control function of the ADP5091/ADP5092 protects the rechargeable energy storage, which is achieved by monitoring the battery voltage with the programmable charging termination voltage and the shutdown discharging voltage. LTC6955/LTC6955-1: Ultralow Jitter 11 Output Fanout Buffer

Demonstration Circuit 2611A features the LTC6955, Ultralow Jitter 11 Output Fanout Buffers.
By default, the DC2611A is powered from a single 3.3V supply. An option is provided to power to the DC2611A from dual supplies, allowing for the LTC6955’s output supply pins to connect to an LTC Silent Switcher® and the LTC6955 input supply pin to connect to a low noise LDO.
The differential inputs and six of the differential outputs are populated with 0.5" spaced SMA connectors. These outputs are AC-coupled with 50Ω transmission lines making them suitable to drive 50Ω impedance instruments. All registered trademarks and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
The remaining four differential outputs are terminated with 100Ω.
A calibration path is provided to aid in accurate LTC6955 propagation delay measurements. The calibration path can be also reconfigured as a DC path, which allows for a convenient method of locking the LTC6955 outputs to an external PLL/VCO.

Demonstration circuit 1212A-B is a monolithic step-dwon DC/DC switching regulatro featuring the LT3685 in the 3x3 DFN-10 package. The demo board provides 5V@2A from a 6.3V to 38V input and has transient protection up to 60V. The demo boards default switching frequency is 800kHz, but the LT3685 has a SYNC pin which allows frequency synchronization to an external clock over a 250kHz to 2MHz range. The LT3685's quiescent current is 0.9mA, while the LT3480 has a 70uA quiescent current.
An EMC filter at the input makes the circuit compatible with EMC standard EN55022 Class B.

The LTC3106 is a highly integrated, ultralow voltage buck-boost DC/DC converter with automatic PowerPath management optimized for multisource, low power systems. At no load, the LTC3106 draws only 1.6?A while creating an output voltage up to 5V from either input source.If the primary power source is unavailable, the LTC3106 seamlessly switches to the backup power source. The LTC3106 is compatible with either rechargeable or primary cell batteries and can trickle charge a backup battery whenever there is an energy surplus available. Optional maximum power point control ensures power transfer is optimized between power source and load. The output voltage and backup voltage, VSTORE, are programmed digitally, reducing the required number of external components. The AD5235 is a dual-channel, nonvolatile memory, digitallycontrolled potentiometer with 1024-step resolution, offeringguaranteed maximum low resistor tolerance error of ?8%.The device performs the same electronic adjustment functionas a mechanical potentiometer with enhanced resolution, solidstate reliability, and superior low temperature coefficient performance.The versatile programming of the AD5235 via anSPI?-compatible serial interface allows 16 modes of operationand adjustment including scratchpad programming, memorystoring and restoring, increment/decrement, ?6 dB/step log taperadjustment, wiper setting readback, and extra EEMEM for user-definedinformation such as memory data for other components,look-up table, or system identification information.In the scratchpad programming mode, a specific setting canbe programmed directly to the RDAC register, which sets theresistance between Terminal W and Terminal A and Terminal Wand Terminal B. This setting can be stored into the EEMEMand is restored automatically to the RDAC register duringsystem power-on.The EEMEM content can be restored dynamically or throughexternal PR strobing, and a WP function protects EEMEMcontents. To simplify the programming, the independent orsimultaneous linear-step increment or decrement commandscan be used to move the RDAC wiper up or down, one step ata time. For logarithmic ?6 dB changes in the wiper setting, theleft or right bit shift command can be used to double or halve theRDAC wiper setting.The AD5235 patterned resistance tolerance is stored in theEEMEM. The actual end-to-end resistance can, therefore, beknown by the host processor in readback mode.
