The LTC3246 is a switched capacitor buck-boost DC/DC converter with integrated watchdog timer. The device produces a regulated output (3.3V, 5V or adjustable) from a 2.7V to 38V input. Switched capacitor fractional conversion is used to maintain regulation over a wide range of input voltage. Internal circuitry automatically selects the conversion ratio to optimize efficiency as input voltage and load conditions vary. No inductors are required.The LTC3246?s reset time and watchdog timeout may be set without external components, or adjusted using external capacitors. A windowed watchdog function is used for high reliability applications. Demonstration Circuit 3001A-B showcases the LTC4451 ideal diode controller with an integrated low RDS(ON) MOSFET. The board includes two independent LTC4451 ideal diodes sharing a common ground and operates over a range of 0V to 40V, carrying up to 8A at 25°C ambient temperature. The board can be set up in a diode-OR configuration by connecting the output channels together. NOTE: Although the DC3001A-B can carry 8A at 25°C, the LTC4451 is designed for a max current of 7A across –40°C to 125°C. The ADF4371 allows implementation of fractional-N or Integer N phase-locked loop (PLL) frequency synthesizers when used with an external loop filter and an external reference frequency. The wideband microwave voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) design allows frequencies from 62.5 MHz to 32 GHz to be generated.The ADF4371 has an integrated VCO with a fundamental output frequency ranging from 4000 MHz to 8000 MHz. The LTC4079 is a low quiescent current, high voltage linear charger for most battery chemistry types including Li-Ion/Polymer, LiFePO4, Lead-Acid or NiMH battery stacks up to 60V.
