The ADRV9009 is a highly integrated, radio frequency (RF), agile transceiver offering dual transmitters and receivers, integrated synthesizers, and digital signal processing functions. The IC delivers a versatile combination of high performance and low power consumption demanded by 3G, 4G, and 5G macro cell time division duplex (TDD) base station applications.The receive path consists of two independent, wide bandwidth, direct conversion receivers with state-of-the-art dynamic range. The device also supports a wide bandwidth, time shared observation path receiver (ORx) for use in TDD applications. The complete receive subsystem includes automatic and manual attenuation control, dc offset correction, quadrature error correction (QEC), and digital filtering, thus eliminating the need?for these functions in the digital baseband. Several auxiliary functions, such as analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), digital-to-analog converters (DACs), and general-purpose inputs/outputs (GPIOs) for the power amplifier (PA), and RF front-end control are also integrated.In addition to automatic gain control (AGC), the ADRV9009 also features flexible external gain control modes, allowing significant flexibility in setting system level gain dynamically.The received signals are digitized with a set of four high dynamic range, continuous time ?-? ADCs that provide inherent antialiasing. The combination of the direct conversion architecture, which does not suffer from out of band image mixing, and the lack of aliasing, relaxes the requirements of the RF filters when compared to traditional intermediate frequency (IF) receivers.The transmitters use an innovative direct conversion modulator that achieves high modulation accuracy with exceptionally low noise.The observation receiver path consists of a wide bandwidth, direct conversion receiver with state-of-the-art dynamic range.The fully integrated phase-locked loop (PLL) provides high performance, low power, fractional-N RF frequency synthesis for the transmitter (Tx) and receiver (Rx) signal paths. An additional synthesizer generates the clocks needed for the converters, digital circuits, and the serial interface. A multichip synchronization mechanism synchronizes the phase of the RF local oscillator (LO) and baseband clocks between multiple ADRV9009 chips. Precautions are taken to provide the isolation required in high performance base station applications. All voltage controlled oscillators (VCOs) and loop filter components are integrated.The high speed JESD204B interface supports up to 12.288 Gbps lane rates, resulting in two lanes per transmitter and a single lane per receiver in the widest bandwidth mode. The interface also supports interleaved mode for lower bandwidths, thus reducing the total number of high speed data interface lanes to one. Both fixed and floating point data formats are supported. The floating point format allows internal AGC to be invisible to the demodulator device.The core of the ADRV9009 can be powered directly from 1.3 V regulators and 1.8 V regulators, and is controlled via a standard 4-wire serial port. Comprehensive power-down modes are included to minimize power consumption in normal use. The AD8030 is a dual, rail-to-rail input and output high speed amplifier with a quiescent current of only 1.3 mA per amplifier. Despite its low power consumption, the amplifier provides excellent performance with 125MHz small signal bandwidth and 60 V/?s slew rate. ADI's proprietary XFCB process enables high speed and high performance on low power.This amplifier exhibits true single-supply operation with rail-to-rail input and output performance for supply voltages ranging from 2.7V to 12V. The input voltage range extends 200 mV beyond each rail without phase reversal. The dynamic range of the output extends to within 40 mV of each rail.The AD8030 provides excellent signal quality with minimal power dissipation. At G=+1, SFDR is -72dBc at 1MHz and settling time to 0.1% is only 80 ns. Low distortion and fast settling performance makes this amplifier a suitable driver for single-supply A/D converters.The versatility of the AD8030 allows the user to operate the amplifier on a wide range of supplies while consuming less than 6.5 mW of power. This feature extends the operation time in applications ranging from battery-powered systems with large bandwidth requirements to high speed systems where component density requires lower power dissipation.The AD8030 is the only low power, rail-to-rail input and output high speed amplifier available in SOT23 and SC70 micro packages. The amplifier is rated over the extended industrial temperature range, -40?C to +125?C.

The ADXL312 is a small, thin, low power, 3-axis accelerometer with high resolution (13-bit) measurement up to ?12 g. Digital output data is formatted as 16-bit twos complement and is accessible through either a serial port interface (SPI) (3- or 4-wire) or I2C digital interface.The ADXL312 is well suited for car alarm or black box applications. It measures the static acceleration of gravity in tilt-sensing applications, as well as dynamic acceleration resulting from motion or shock. Its high resolution (2.9 mg/LSB) enables resolution of inclination changes of as little as 0.25?. A built-in FIFO facilitates using oversampling techniques to improve resolution to as little as 0.05? of inclination.Several special sensing functions are provided. Activity and inactivity sensing detects the presence or absence of motion and whether the acceleration on any axis exceeds a user-set level. These functions can be mapped to interrupt output pins. The LTC3534EDHC topology operates with input voltages above, below or equal to the output voltage, making the product ideal for multi-cell Alkaline/NiMH or single Lithium Ion/Polymer applications where the output voltage is within the battery voltage range. The LTC3534EDHC operates with a 2.4V to 7V input voltage range and a VOUT range of 1.8V to 7V. The demonstration board has been designed to operate with VIN from 3.6V to 7V and VOUT is set to 5V with an output current up to 500mA.

DAC operates from a single 3V to 5V supply and offers six output ranges (up to ?10V) that can be programmed through the parallel interface or pin-strapped for operation in a single range. The LTC4227 offers ideal diode-OR and Hot Swap? functions for two power rails by controlling external Nchannel MOSFETs. MOSFETs acting as ideal diodes replace two high power Schottky diodes and the associated heat sinks, saving power and board area. A Hot Swap control MOSFET allows a board to be safely inserted and removed from a live backplane by limiting inrush current. The supply output is also protected against short-circuit faults with a fast acting current limit and internal timed circuit breaker.The LTC4227 regulates the forward voltage drop across the MOSFETs to ensure smooth current transfer from one supply to the other without oscillation. The ideal diodes turn on quickly to reduce the load voltage droop during supply switchover. If the input supply fails or is shorted, a fast turn-off minimizes reverse-current transients.The LTC4227 allows turn-on/off control, and reports fault and power good status for the supply. The LTM4631 is a dual 10A or single 20A output switching mode step-down DC/DC ?Module? (power module) regulator. Included in the package are the switching controller, power FETs, inductors and all supporting components. Operating from an input voltage range of 4.5V to 15V, the LTM4631 supports two outputs each with an output voltage range of 0.6V to 1.8V, each set by a single external resistor. Its high efficiency design delivers up to 10A continuous current for each output. Only a few input and output capacitors are needed.The device supports frequency synchronization, multiphase operation, Burst Mode operation and output voltage tracking for supply rail sequencing and has an onboard temperature diode for device temperature monitoring. High switching frequency and a current mode architecture enable a very fast transient response to line and load changes without sacrificing stability.Fault protection features include overvoltage and overcurrent protection.
