The ADuM4138 is a single-channel gate driver optimized for driving insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs). Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler? technology provides isolation between the input signal and the output gate drive.The Analog Devices chip scale transformers also provide isolated communication of control information between the high voltage?and low voltage domains of the chip. Information on the status of the chip can be read back from the dedicated outputs. The ADuM4138 includes an isolated flyback controller, allowing simple secondary voltage generation.Overcurrent detection is integrated in the ADuM4138 to protect the IGBT in case of desaturation and/or overcurrent events. The overcurrent detection is coupled with a high speed, two-level turn off function in case of faults.The ADuM4138 provides a Miller clamp control signal for a metal-oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) to provide IGBT turn off, with a single rail supply when the Miller clamp voltage threshold drops below 2 V (typical) above GND2. Operation with unipolar secondary supplies is possible with or without the Miller clamp operation.A low gate voltage detection circuit can trigger a fault if the gate voltage does not rise above the internal threshold within the time allowed after turn on (12.8 ?s typical). The low voltage detection circuit detects IGBT device failures that exhibit gate shorts or other causes of weak drive.Two temperature sensor pins, TS1 and TS2, allow isolated monitoring of system temperatures at the IGBTs. The secondary undervoltage lockout (UVLO) is set to 11.2 V (typical) in accordance with common IGBT threshold levels.A serial peripheral interface (SPI) bus on the primary side of the device provides in field programming of temperature sensing diode gains and offsets to the ADuM4138. Values are stored on an electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) located on the secondary side of the device. In addition, programming is available for specific VDD2 voltages, temperature sensing reporting frequencies, and overcurrent blanking times.The ADuM4138 provides isolated fault reporting for overcurrent events, remote temperature overheating events, UVLO, thermal shutdown (TSD), and desaturation detection.Applications MOSFET and IGBT gate drivers Photovoltaic (PV) inverters Motor drives Power supplies

The LTC6268/LTC6269 is a single/dual 500MHz FET-input operational amplifier with extremely low input bias current and low input capacitance. It also features low input-referred current noise and voltage noise making it an ideal choice for high speed transimpedance amplifiers, CCD output buffers, and high-impedance sensor amplifiers. Its low distortion makes the LTC6268/LTC6269 an ideal amplifier for driving SAR ADCs.It operates on 3.1V to 5.25V supply and consumes 16.5mA per amplifier. A shutdown feature can be used to lower power consumption when the amplifier is not in use.The LTC6268 single op amp is available in 8-lead SOIC and 6-lead SOT-23 packages. The SOIC package includes two unconnected pins which can be used to create an input pin guard ring to protect against board leakage currents. The LTC6269 dual op amp is available in 8-lead MSOP with exposed pad and 3mm ? 3mm 10-lead DFN packages. The LTC1068 product family consists of four monolithic clock-tunable filter building blocks. Each product contains four matched, low noise, high accuracy 2nd order switched-capacitor filter sections. An external clock tunes the center frequency of each 2nd order filter section. The LTC1068 products differ only in their clock-to-center frequency ratio. The clock-to-center frequency ratio is set to 200:1 (LTC1068-200), 100:1 (LTC1068), 50:1 (LTC1068-50) or 25:1 (LTC1068-25). External resistors can modify the clock-to-center frequency ratio. High performance, quad 2nd order, dual 4th order or 8th order filters can be designed with an LTC1068 family product. Designing filters with an LTC1068 product is fully supported by FilterCAD? filter design software for Windows. The LTC1068 products are available in a 28-pin SSOP surface mount package. A customized version of an LTC1068 family product can be obtained in a 16-lead SO package with internal thin-film resistors. The LTC3890-3 is a high performance dual step-down switching regulator DC/DC controller that drives all N-channel synchronous power MOSFET stages. A constant frequency current mode architecture allows a phase-lockable frequency of up to 850kHz. Power loss and supply noise are minimized by operating the two controller output stages out-of-phase.The 50?A no-load quiescent current extends operating life in battery-powered systems. OPTI-LOOP? compensation allows the transient response to be optimized over a wide range of output capacitance and ESR values. The 100 MHz, ?3 dB bandwidth, and 120 V/?s slew rate make these amplifiers well-suited for many general-purpose, high speed applications.The ADA4853-1/ADA4853-2/ADA4853-3 voltage feedback op amps are designed to operate at supply voltages as low as 2.65 V and up to 5 V using only 1.4 mA of supply current per amplifier. To further reduce power consumption, the amplifiers are equipped with a power-down mode that lowers the supply current to less than 1.5 ?A maximum, making them ideal in battery-powered applications.The ADA4853-1/ADA4853-2/ADA4853-3 provide users with a true single-supply capability, allowing input signals to extend 200 mV below the negative rail and to within 1.2 V of the positive rail.
