The LTM8047 is an isolated flyback ?Module DC/DC converter. The LTM8047 has an isolation rating of 725VDC. For a similar product with LDO post regulator, see the LTM8048. Included in the package are the switching controller, power switches, transformer, and all support components. Operating over an input voltage range of 3.1V to 32V, the LTM8047 supports an output voltage range of 2.5V to 12V, set by a single resistor. Only output, input, and bypass capacitors are needed to finish the design. Other components may be used to control the soft-start control and biasing.The LTM8047 is packaged in a thermally enhanced, compact (11.25mm ? 9mm ? 4.92mm) over-molded ball grid array (BGA) package suitable for automated assembly by standard surface mount equipment. The LTC2327-16 is a low noise, high speed 16-bit successive approximation register (SAR) ADC with pseudo-differential inputs. Operating from a single 5V supply, the LTC2327-16 has a ?10.24V true bipolar input range, making it ideal for high voltage applications which require a wide dynamic range. The LTC2327-16 achieves ?1.5LSB INL maximum, no missing codes at 16 bits with 93.5dB SNR.The LTC2327-16 has an on-board single-shot capable reference buffer and low drift (20ppm/?C max) 2.048V temperature compensated reference. The LTC2327-16 also has a high speed SPI-compatible serial interface that supports 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5V logic while also featuring a daisy-chain mode. The fast 500ksps throughput with no cycle latency makes the LTC2327-16 ideally suited for a wide variety of high speed applications. An internal oscillator sets the conversion time, easing external timing considerations. The LTC2327-16 dissipates only 36mW and automatically naps between conversions, leading to reduced power dissipation that scales with the sampling rate. A sleep mode is also provided to reduce the power consumption of the LTC2327-16 to 300?W for further power savings during inactive periods. The LTC5584 is a direct conversion quadrature demodulator optimized for high linearity receiver applications in the 30MHz to 1.4GHz frequency range. It is also usable in the 10MHz to 30MHz and 1.4GHz to 2GHz ranges with reduced performance. It is suitable for communications receivers where an RF signal is directly converted into I and Q baseband signals with bandwidth of 530MHz or higher. The LTC5584 incorporates balanced I and Q mixers, LO buffer amplifiers and a precision, high frequency quadrature phase shifter. In addition, the LTC5584 provides four analog control voltage interface pins for IIP2 and DC offset correction, greatly simplifying system calibration.The high linearity of the LTC5584 provides excellent spurfree dynamic range for the receiver. This direct conversion demodulator can eliminate the need for intermediate frequency (IF) signal processing, as well as the corresponding requirements for image filtering and IF filtering. The LTC1643A is a Hot Swap? controller that allows a board to be safely inserted and removed from a live PCI-Bus slot. Two external N-channel transistors control the 3.3V and 5V supplies while on-chip switches control the ?12V and 12V supplies. All supply voltages can be ramped up at a programmable rate. An electronic circuit breaker protects all four supplies against overcurrent faults. The foldback current limit feature limits current spikes and power dissipation when shorts occur and allows boards with large capacitances to be powered up without tripping the circuit breaker. The PWRGD output indicates when all of the supply voltages are within tolerance and the FAULT output indicates an overcurrent condition. The ON(LTC1643AH)/ON (LTC1643AL/ LTC1643AL-1) pin is used to cycle the board power or reset the circuit breaker. Demonstration Circuit 1419 is a 1.5MHz current mode step-down switching regulator with programmable output current limit featuring the LT3663. The current limit accurately controls the system power dissipation and reduces the size of the power path components. The demo board operates with a 7.5V to 36V (60 transients) input voltage range. The output can be set to 3.3V or 5V using jumper J4, and the current limit can be set to 0.6V, 0.8V, 1V or 1.2V using jumpers J2 and J3.

Demonstration circuit 1294A exercises four adjustable linear regulators in parallel using the LT3080. A small 20 mΩ ballast resistor is required for parallel operation. A short PCB trace can easily serve that purpose. The paralleled devices provide up to 4.4A of output current at 3.3V. Architected as a precision current source and voltage follower, the LT3080 can be used in many applications requiring high current, adjustability to zero output, and no heat sink. The device brings out the collector of the pass transistor to allow low dropout operation when used with multiple supplies. The LT3080's output voltage can be programmed to any level between 0V and 36V; however the demo board has a reduced input voltage range from 3.8V to 25V due to the input capacitor voltage rating.

The LTC1700 is a current mode synchronous step-up DC/DC controller that drives external N-channel and P-channel power MOSFETs using a constant frequency PWM architecture. Current limiting is provided by sensing the voltage drop across the main MOSFET, eliminating the need of a sense resistor. This No RSENSE? technique helps the LTC1700 maintain high efficiency at heavy loads while Burst Mode operation ensures high efficiency at light loads, thus providing high efficiencies over a wide range of load currents.The LTC1700 operates at a minimum input voltage as low as 0.9V. The device boasts a ?1.5% output voltage accuracy and consumes only 200?A of quiescent current. In shutdown, it only draws 10?A.To prevent inductor current runaway, the duty cycle is limited to 90%. Overvoltage protection is also provided which shuts both the external MOSFETs off when tripped.High constant operating frequency of 530kHz allows the use of small inductors and output capacitors. The LTC1700 can also be synchronized between 400kHz to 750kHz.
