AD8030ARJ-EBZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8030 is a dual, rail-to-rail input and output high speed amplifier with a quiescent current of only 1.3 mA per amplifier. Despite its low power consumption, the amplifier provides excellent performance with 125MHz small signal bandwidth and 60 V/?s slew rate. ADI's proprietary XFCB process enables high speed and high performance on low power. This amplifier exhibits true single-supply operation with rail-to-rail input and output performance for supply voltages ranging from 2.7V to 12V. The input voltage range extends 200 mV beyond each rail without phase reversal. The dynamic range of the output extends to within 40 mV of each rail. The AD8030 provides excellent signal quality with minimal power dissipation. At G=+1, SFDR is -72dBc at 1MHz and settling time to 0.1% is only 80 ns. Low distortion and fast settling performance makes this amplifier a suitable driver for single-supply A/D converters. The versatility of the AD8030 allows the user to operate the amplifier on a wide range of supplies while consuming less than 6.5 mW of power. This feature extends the operation time in applications ranging from battery-powered systems with large bandwidth requirements to high speed systems where component density requires lower power dissipation. The AD8030 is the only low power, rail-to-rail input and output high speed amplifier available in SOT23 and SC70 micro packages. The amplifier is rated over the extended industrial temperature range, -40?C to +125?C.

EVAL-ADXL362Z
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADXL362 is an ultralow power, 3-axis MEMS accelerometer that consumes less than 2 ?A at a 100 Hz output data rate and 270 nA when in motion triggered wake-up mode. Unlike accelerometers that use power duty cycling to achieve low power consumption, the ADXL362 does not alias input signals by undersampling; it samples the full bandwidth of the sensor at all data rates. The ADXL362 always provides 12-bit output resolution; 8-bit formatted data is also provided for more efficient single-byte transfers when a lower resolution is sufficient. Measurement ranges of ?2 g, ?4 g, and ?8 g are available, with a resolution of 1 mg/LSB on the ?2 g range. For applications where a noise level lower than the normal 550 ?g/?Hz of the ADXL362 is desired, either of two lower noise modes (down to 175 ?g/?Hz typical) can be selected at minimal increase in supply current. In addition to its ultralow power consumption, the ADXL362 has many features to enable true system level power reduction. It includes a deep multimode output FIFO, a built-in micropower temperature sensor, and several activity detection modes including adjustable threshold sleep and wake-up operation that can run as low as 270 nA at a 6 Hz (approximate) measurement rate. A pin output is provided to directly control an external switch when activity is detected, if desired. In addition, the ADXL362 has provisions for external control of sampling time and/or an external clock. The ADXL362 operates on a wide 1.6 V to 3.5 V supply range, and can interface, if necessary, to a host operating on a separate, lower supply voltage. The ADXL362 is available in a 3 mm ? 3.25 mm ? 1.06 mm package.APPLICATIONS Hearing aids Home healthcare devices Motion enabled power save switches Wireless sensors Motion enabled metering devices

EVAL-ADUM3070EBZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADuM3070 isolator is a regulated dc-to-dc isolated power supply controller with an internal MOSFET driver. The dc-to-dc controller has an internal isolated PWM feedback from the secondary side based on the iCoupler? chip scale transformer technology and complete loop compensation. This eliminates the need to use an optocoupler for feedback and compensates the loop for stability. The ADuM3070 isolator provides a more stable output voltage and higher efficiency compared to unregulated isolated dc-to-dc power supplies. The fully integrated feedback and loop compensation in a small QSOP package provides a smaller form factor than any discrete solution. The regulated feedback provides a relatively flat efficiency curve over the full output power range. The ADuM3070 enables a dc-to-dc converter with a 3.3 V to 24 V isolated output voltage range from either a 5.0 V or a 3.3 V input voltage, with an output power of up to 2.5 W.APPLICATIONS Power supply startup bias and gate drives Isolated sensor interfaces Process controls

LT3990EMSE Demo Board | 6.5V ≤ VIN ≤ 60V, VOUT = 5V @ 350mA, Integrated Diodes
Analog Devices Inc.
Demonstration circuit 1471 is a monolithic step-down DC/DC switching regulator featuring the LT3990. The switching frequency is adjustable up to 2.2MHz. The demo circuit is designed for 5V, 350mA output from a 6.5V to 62V input. The wide input range of the LT3990 allows a variety of input sources including automotive batteries and 24V industrial supplies. Low ripple Burst Mode increases the efficiency at the light load while keeping the output ripple below 5mV in a typical application. The part is in shutdown when the EN pin is low and active when the pin is high. The threshold of the EN pin is accurate at 1V when VIN is above 4.2V. Adding a resistor divider from VIN to EN can program the LT3990 to regulate the output only when VIN is above a desired voltage. The catch diode and boost diode are integrated to reduce the components count and solution size. The circuit consumes only 2.5μA of quiescent current.
