The ADuM4146 is a single-channel gate driver specifically optimized for driving silicon carbide (SiC), metal-oxide semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs). If the highest priority rail voltage V1 falls out of the defined window (overvoltage or undervoltage), the V2 rail, if it is valid, is enabled and powers the load.
