The AD8146/AD8147/AD8148 are high speed triple, differential or single-ended input to differential output drivers. The AD8146 and AD8147 have a fixed gain of 2, and the AD8148 has a fixed gain of 4. They are all specifically designed for the highest resolution component video signals but can be used for any type of analog signals or high speed data transmission over either Category 5 UTP cable or differential printed circuit board (PCB) transmission lines.These drivers can be used with the AD8145 triple differential-to-singled-ended receiver, and the AD8117 crosspoint switch to produce a video distribution system capable of supporting UXGA or 1080p signals.Manufactured on the Analog Devices, Inc. second generation XFCB bipolar process, the drivers have large signal bandwidths of 700 MHz and fast slew rates. They have an internal common-mode feedback feature that provides output amplitude and phase matching that is balanced to ?60 dB at 50 MHz, suppressing even-order harmonics and minimizing radiated electromagnetic interference (EMI).The common-mode voltage of each AD8146 output can be set to any level, allowing transmission of signals over the common-mode voltages. The AD8147 and AD8148 encode the vertical and horizontal sync signals on the common-mode voltages of the outputs. The LTC3330 integrates a high voltage energy harvesting power supply plus a DC/DC converter powered by a primary cell battery to create a single output supply for alternative energy applications. The energy harvesting power supply, consisting of an integrated low-loss full-wave bridge with a high voltage buck converter, harvests energy from piezoelectric, solar or magnetic sources. The primary cell input powers a buck-boost converter capable of operating down to 1.8V at its input. Either DC/DC converter can deliver energy to a single output.

The AD8319 is a demodulating logarithmic amplifier, capable of accurately converting an RF input signal to a corresponding decibel-scaled output. It employs the progressive compression technique over a cascaded amplifier chain, each stage of which is equipped with a detector cell. The device can be used in either measurement or controller modes. The AD8319 maintains accurate log conformance for signals of 1 MHz to 8 GHz and provides useful operation to 10 GHz. The input dynamic range is typically 40 dB (re: 50 ?) with error less than ?1 dB. The AD8319 has 8 ns/10 ns response time (fall time/rise time) that enables RF burst detection to a pulse rate of beyond 50 MHz. The device provides unprecedented logarithmic intercept stability vs. ambient temperature conditions. A supply of 3.0 V to 5.5 V is required to power the device. Current consumption is typically 22 mA, and it decreases to 200 ?A when the device is disabled.?The AD8319 can be configured to provide a control voltage to a power amplifier or a measurement output from the VOUT pin. Because the output can be used for controller applications, special attention was paid to minimize wideband noise. In this mode, the setpoint control voltage is applied to the VSET pin.The feedback loop through an RF amplifier is closed via VOUT, the output of which regulates the amplifier?s output to a magnitude corresponding to VSET. The AD8319 provides 0 V to (VPOS ? 0.1 V) output capability at the VOUT pin, suitable for controller applications. As a measurement device, VOUT is externally connected to VSET to produce an output voltage, VOUT, that is a decreasing linear-in-dB function of the RF input signal amplitude.The logarithmic slope is ?22 mV/dB, determined by the VSET interface. The intercept is 15 dBm (re: 50 ?, CW input) using the INHI input. The ADuM4138 is a single-channel gate driver optimized for driving insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs). Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler? technology provides isolation between the input signal and the output gate drive.The Analog Devices chip scale transformers also provide isolated communication of control information between the high voltage?and low voltage domains of the chip. Information on the status of the chip can be read back from the dedicated outputs. The ADuM4138 includes an isolated flyback controller, allowing simple secondary voltage generation.Overcurrent detection is integrated in the ADuM4138 to protect the IGBT in case of desaturation and/or overcurrent events. The overcurrent detection is coupled with a high speed, two-level turn off function in case of faults.The ADuM4138 provides a Miller clamp control signal for a metal-oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) to provide IGBT turn off, with a single rail supply when the Miller clamp voltage threshold drops below 2 V (typical) above GND2. Operation with unipolar secondary supplies is possible with or without the Miller clamp operation.A low gate voltage detection circuit can trigger a fault if the gate voltage does not rise above the internal threshold within the time allowed after turn on (12.8 ?s typical). The low voltage detection circuit detects IGBT device failures that exhibit gate shorts or other causes of weak drive.Two temperature sensor pins, TS1 and TS2, allow isolated monitoring of system temperatures at the IGBTs. The secondary undervoltage lockout (UVLO) is set to 11.2 V (typical) in accordance with common IGBT threshold levels.A serial peripheral interface (SPI) bus on the primary side of the device provides in field programming of temperature sensing diode gains and offsets to the ADuM4138. Values are stored on an electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) located on the secondary side of the device.
