The ADCMP606 and ADCMP607 are very fast comparatorsfabricated on XFCB2, an Analog Devices, Inc., proprietaryprocess. These comparators are exceptionally versatile and easyto use. Features include an input range from VEE ? 0.5 V toVCCI + 0.2 V, low noise, CML-compatible output drivers, andTTL-/CMOS-compatible latch inputs with adjustable hysteresisand/or shutdown inputs.The devices offer 1.25 ns propagation delay with 2.5 ps rmsrandom jitter (RJ). Combining high speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technology, these isolation components provide outstandingperformance characteristics superior to the alternatives, such as the combination of pulse transformers and gate drivers.The ADuM3220/ADuM3221 provide digital isolation in two independent isolation channels. They have a maximum propagationdelay of 60 ns and 5 ns channel-to-channel matching. In comparison to gate drivers that employ high voltage level translationmethodologies, the ADuM3220/ADuM3221 offer the benefit of true, galvanic isolation between the input and each output,enabling voltage translation across the isolation barrier. The ADuM3220 has shoot-through protection logic, which preventsboth outputs from being on at the same time, whereas the ADuM3221 allows both outputs to be on at the same time. Both partsoffer a default output low characteristic as required for gate drive applications.The ADuM3220/ADuM3221 operate with an input supply voltage ranging from 3.0 V to 5.5 V, providing compatibility with lowervoltage systems. The outputs of the ADuM3220A/ADuM3221A can be operated at supply voltages from 4.5 V to 18 V. HMC750 is a limiting amplifier designed to support data transmission rates up to 12.5 Gbps. The amplifier can operate over a wide range of input voltage levels and provides constant-level differential output swing. HMC750 also features an output level control pin, VC1, which allows for loss compensation or for signal level optimization. Differential output signal swing can be adjustable up to 880 mVp-p. Input signals higher than 3 mVp-p can be amplified to saturated 880 mVp-p differential signal.All single-ended input signals to the HMC750 are terminated with 50 ohms to +5V on-chip, and may be either AC or DC coupled. The outputs of the HMC750 may be operated either differentially or single-ended. The HMC881A is a monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) low-pass filter that features a user-selectable cutoff frequency. The cutoff frequency can be varied from 2.4 GHz to 4 GHz by applying a single analog tuning voltage between 0 V and 14 V. This low-pass filter provides a low 3 dB insertion loss, 16.5 dB return loss, and 1.35 ? f3dB stopband attenuation of >20 dB. This tunable filter can be used as a much smaller alternative to physically large switched filter banks and cavity tuned filters. The HMC881A has excellent microphonics due to the monolithic design, and provides a dynamically adjustable solution in advanced communications applications. The ADMV1017 is a silicon germanium (SiGe), microwave, upconverter and downconverter optimized for 5G radio designs operating in the 24 GHz to 29.5 GHz frequency range.The upconverter offers two modes of frequency translation. The device is capable of direct conversion to radio frequency (RF) from differential baseband I/Q input signals, as well as single-sideband (SSB) upconversion from complex intermediate frequency (IF) inputs. Alternatively, the differential baseband I/Q input path can be disabled and a modulated, single-ended, complex IF signals from 3 GHz to 10.5 GHz can be fed to the IF path. These signals can then be upconverted to 24 GHz to 29.5 GHz while rejecting the unwanted sideband by typically better than 25 dBc. The serial port interface (SPI) provides adjustment of the quadrature phase to allow optimum sideband rejection. In addition, the SPI interface allows powering down the output envelope detector to reduce power consumption when carrier feed through optimization is not necessary.The downconverter offers two modes of frequency translation. The device is capable of direct quadrature demodulation to differential baseband I/Q output signals, as well as image rejection downconversion to a single-ended complex IF output carrier frequency. The differential baseband outputs can be dc-coupled. More typically, however, the I/Q outputs are ac-coupled with a sufficiently low high-pass corner frequency to ensure adequate demodulation accuracy. The I/Q baseband output common-mode voltage is programmable between 0.75 V and 2.15 V. The SPI interface provides fine adjustment of the quadrature phase to optimize I/Q demodulation performance. Alternatively, the baseband I/Q outputs can be disabled, and the I/Q signals can be passed through an on-chip, active balun to provide two, single-ended, complex IF outputs between 3 GHz and 10.5 GHz. When the device is used as an image rejecting down-converter, the unwanted image term is typically rejected to better than 25 dBc below the desired sideband. The ADMV1017 offers a square law power detector to allow monitoring of the power levels at the mixer inputs. The detector output provides closed-loop control of the RF digital step attenuator via an external automatic gain control (AGC) loop.The ADMV1017 upconverter and downconverter is housed in a compact, thermally enhanced, 9 mm ? 8 mm, land grid array (LGA) package. The ADMV1017 operates over the ?40?C to +95?C case temperature range.
