The LTC1520 is a high speed, precision differential line receiver that can operate at data rates as high as 50Mbps. A unique architecture provides very stable propagation delays and low skew over a wide input common mode, input overdrive and ambient temperature range. Propagation delay is 18ns ?3ns, while typically tPLH/tPHL skew is 500ps and channel-to-channel skew is 400ps.Each receiver translates differential input levels (VID ? 100mV) into valid CMOS and TTL output levels. Its high input resistance (?18k) allows many receivers to be connected to the same driver. The receiver outputs go into a high impedance state when disabled.Protection features include thermal shutdown and a controlled maximum short-circuit current (50mA max) that does not oscillate in and out of short-circuit mode. Input resistance remains ?18k when the device is unpowered or disabled, thus allowing the LTC1520 to be hot swapped into a backplane without loading the data lines.The LTC1520 operates from a single 5V supply and draws 12mA of supply current. The ADP5071 is a dual high performance dc-to-dc regulator that generates independently regulated positive and negative rails.The input voltage range of 2.85 V to 15 V supports a wide variety of applications. The integrated main switch in both regulators enables generation of an adjustable positive output voltage up to +39 V and a negative output voltage down to ?39 V below input voltage.The ADP5071 operates at a pin selected 1.2 MHz/2.4 MHz switching frequency. The ADP5071 can synchronize with an external oscillator from 1.0 MHz to 2.6 MHz to ease noise filtering in sensitive applications. Dual-supply operation enables gain control of negative-going pulses such as generated by photodiodes or photomultiplier tubes.The AD8337 uses the popular and versatile X-AMP? architecture, exclusively from Analog Devices, Inc., with a gain range of 24 dB. The gain control interface provides precise linear-in-dB scaling of 19.7 dB/V, referenced to VCOM.The AD8337 includes an uncommitted operational current-feedback preamplifier (PrA) that operates in inverting or noninverting configurations. Using external resistors, the device can be configured for gains of 6 dB or greater. The AD8337 is characterized by a noninverting PrA gain of 2? using two external 100 ? resistors. The attenuator has a range of 24 dB, and the output amplifier has a fixed gain of 8? (18.06 dB). The lowest nominal gain range is 0 dB to 24 dB and can be shifted up or down by adjusting the preamp gain. The ADPD6000 is a highly integrated analog front end (AFE) designed for measuring various vital signals.The optical channel is designed as an optical transceiver, stimulating up to four light emitting diodes (LEDs) and measuring the return signal on up to four separate current inputs. The signal chain rejects signal offsets and corruption from asynchronous modulated interference, typically from ambient light, eliminating the need for optical filters or externally controlled dc cancellation circuitry.The electrocardiography (ECG) signal acquisition is designed to support low noise, diagnostic level measurement in the presence of a variety of interferers. The ECG signal chain has a number of complementary features supporting ECG measurement, such as driven reference for common-mode rejection and lead off detection to identify a fallen electrode.The body impedance analysis (BIA) signal chain is designed for body impedance measurement with a configurable excitation path and measurement path. A 12-bit digital-to-analog (DAC) is used in the excitation path to generate the sinusoid wave and high precision measurement, with configurable filters used to measure the body response of the stimulus.The data output and functional configuration use a serial port interface (SPI) on the ADPD6000.
