The LTC6954 is a family of very low phase noise clock distribution parts. Each part has three outputs and each output has an individually programmable frequency divider and delay. There are four members of the family, differing in their output logic signal type:LTC6954-1: Three LVPECL outputsLTC6954-2: Two LVPECL and one LVDS/CMOS outputsLTC6954-3: One LVPECL and two LVDS/CMOS outputsLTC6954-4: Three LVDS/CMOS outputsEach output is individually programmable to divide the input frequency by any integer from 1 to 63, and to delay each output by 0 to 63 input clock cycles. The output duty cycle is always 50%, regardless of the divide number. The LTC2983 measures a wide variety of temperature sensors and digitally outputs the result, in ?C or ?F, with 0.1?C accuracy and 0.001?C resolution. The LTC2983 can measure the temperature of virtually all standard (type B, E, J, K, N, S, R, T) or custom thermocouples, automatically compensate for cold junction temperatures and linearize the results. The device can also measure temperature with standard 2-, 3- or 4-wire RTDs, thermistors and diodes. It has 20 reconfigurable analog inputs enabling many sensor connections and configuration options. The LTC2983 includes excitation current sources and fault detection circuitry appropriate for each type of temperature sensor.The LTC2983 allows direct interfacing to ground referenced sensors without the need for level shifters, negative supply voltages, or external amplifiers. All signals are buffered and simultaneously digitized with three high accuracy, 24-bit ?? Demonstration circuit 2419A features the LTC3372 in a multi-output step-down converter. The controller portion of the LTC3372 drives a high output voltage (HV) buck converter which has an input voltage range of 6V to 60V. Its output voltage (VOUT_HV) is nominally 5V but can be configured for either 5V or 3.3V with the VOUTPRG pin. VOUT_HV supplies power to the configurable buck regulator. This regulator provides four low voltage (LV) outputs labelled VOUT1-4. These outputs are 1.2V/2A, 1.8V/2A, 2.5V/2A and 3.3V/2A respectively. When VOUT_HV is configured for 5V, it can supply 6A to the external loads with full load on VOUT1-4. With no load on VOUT1-4, VOUT_HV can supply 10A to the external loads. The LV buck regulator consists of eight power stages that can be arranged in up to four channels. The LV regulator on the DC2419A is setup for four channels of two power stages each. With modifications, the LV buck regulator can be setup for eight different configurations. If VOUT_HV is programmed for 3.3V, then VOUT4 which provides 3.3V/2A will be in dropout. This rail will require an external input voltage to stay in regulation. The LV rails operate at 2MHz and the HV converter operates at one-sixth this frequency or 333kHz. The high frequency of the LV rails allows the use of 4mm × 4mm inductors. The power stage for the HV converter consists of 60V avalanche rated MOSFETs and a 2.2μH 10mm × 10mm inductor. A 4mΩ discrete sense resistor is used to sense current. The low IQ current of the LTC3372 provides high efficiency at light loads. When the VOUT_HV is supplying the nominal 5V, its Burst Mode® efficiency with 1mA load is 90.3% for a 12V input. When the HV converter is off, it only draws 27μA from a 12V input. The ADuCM322 is a fully integrated, single package device that incorporates high performance analog peripherals together with digital peripherals controlled by an 80 MHz ARM? Cortex?-M3 processor and integral flash for code and data.The ADC on the ADuCM322 provides 12-bit, 1 MSPS data acquisition on up to 16 input balls. Additionally, chip temperature and supply voltages can be measured.The ADC input voltage range is 0 V to VREF. A sequencer is provided, which allows a user to select a set of ADC channels to measure in sequence without software involvement during the sequence. The sequence can optionally repeat automatically at a user selectable rate. Up to eight VDACs are provided with output ranges that are programmable to one of two voltage ranges.The ADuCM322 can be configured so that the digital and analog outputs retain their output voltages through a watchdog or software reset sequence. Thus, a product can remain functional even while the ADuCM322 is resetting itself.The ADuCM322 has a low power ARM Cortex-M3 processor and a 32-bit RISC machine that offers up to 100 MIPS peak performance. Also integrated on-chip are 2 ? 128 kB Flash/EE memory blocks and 32 kB of SRAM. The flash comprises two separate 128 kB blocks supporting execution from one flash block and simultaneous writing/erasing of the other flash block.The ADuCM322 operates from an on-chip oscillator or a 16 MHz external crystal and a PLL at 80 MHz. This clock can optionally be divided down to reduce current consumption. Additional low power modes can be set via software. In normal operating mode, the ADuCM322 digital core consumes about 300 ?A per MHz.The device includes an MDIO interface capable of operating at up to 4 MHz. The capability to simultaneously execute from one flash block and write/erase the other flash block makes the ADuCM322 ideal for 10G, 40G, and 100G optical applications. In addition, the nonerasable kernel code plus flags in user flash provide assistance by allowing user code to robustly switch between the two blocks of user flash code and data spaces.The ADuCM322 integrates a range of on-chip peripherals that can be configured under software control, as required in the application. These peripherals include 1 ? UART, 2 ? I2C, and 2 ? SPI serial input/output communication controllers, GPIO, 32-element PLA, three general-purpose timers, plus a wake-up timer and system watchdog timer. A 16-bit PWM with seven output channels is also provided.GPIO balls on the device power up in high impedance input mode. In output mode, the software chooses between open-drain mode and push-pull mode. The pull-up resistors can be disabled and enabled in software. In GPIO output mode, the inputs can remain enabled to monitor the balls. The GPIO balls can also be programmed to handle digital or analog peripheral signals; in such cases, the ball characteristics are matched to the specific requirement.A large support ecosystem is available for the ARM Cortex-M3 processor to ease product development of the ADuCM322. Access is via the ARM serial wire debug port (SW-DP). On-chip factory firmware supports in-circuit serial download via MDIO. The ADP2443 is synchronous step-down, dc-to-dc regulator with an integrated 98 m?, high-side power metal oxide semicon-ductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) and a 35 m?, synchronous rectifier MOSFET to provide a high efficiency solution in a compact 4 mm ? 4 mm LFCSP package. The regulators operate from an input voltage range of 4.5 V to 36 V. The output voltage can be adjusted down to 0.6 V and deliver up to 3 A of continuous current. The fast 50 ns minimum on time allows the regulators convert high input voltage to low output voltage at high frequency.The ADP2443 uses an emulated current mode, constant frequency pulse-width modulation (PWM) control scheme for excellent stability and transient response. The switching frequency of the ADP2443 can be programmed from 200 kHz to 1.8 MHz. The synchronization function allows the switching frequency be syn-chronized with an external clock to minimize the system noise.The ADP2443 targets high performance applications that require high efficiency and design flexibility. External compensation and an adjustable soft start function provide design flexibility. Demonstration circuit 1516A is a 1.5V/15A synchronous buck converter operating with a switching frequency of 300kHz over an input voltage range of 4.5V to 24V. The demo board comes in two versions. The -A version uses inductor DCR current sensing with an iron powder inductor for highest efficiency. The -B version uses a 2.5mΩ/1% sense resistor for accurate current sensing with a low DCR ferrite inductor. The fixed on-time valley current mode control of the LTC3833 allows for a fast load step response.

The LTC3890-3 is a high performance dual step-down switching regulator DC/DC controller that drives all N-channel synchronous power MOSFET stages. A constant frequency current mode architecture allows a phase-lockable frequency of up to 850kHz. Power loss and supply noise are minimized by operating the two controller output stages out-of-phase.The 50?A no-load quiescent current extends operating life in battery-powered systems. OPTI-LOOP? compensation allows the transient response to be optimized over a wide range of output capacitance and ESR values. A wide 4V to 60V input supply range encompasses a wide range of intermediate bus voltages and battery chemistries.Independent TRACK/SS pins for each controller ramp the output voltages during start-up. The LTC3309B is a very small, high efficiency, low noise, monolithic synchronous 6A step-down DC/DC converter operating from a 2.25V to 5.5V input supply. Using constant frequency, peak current mode control at switching frequencies 3MHz-10MHz and minimum on-time as low as 22ns, this regulator achieves fast transient response with small external components. Silent Switcher architecture minimizes EMI emissions. The LTC3309B operates in forced continuous or pulse skip mode for low noise, or the low-ripple Burst Mode operation for high efficiency at light loads, ideal for battery-powered systems. Excellent bandwidth uniformity across the entire gain range and low output-referred noise makes the AD8337 ideal for gain trim applications and for driving high speed analog-to-digital converters (ADCs).Excellent dc characteristics combined with high speed make the AD8337 particularly suited for industrial ultrasound, PET scanners, and video applications. Dual-supply operation enables gain control of negative-going pulses such as generated by photodiodes or photomultiplier tubes.The AD8337 uses the popular and versatile X-AMP? architecture, exclusively from Analog Devices, Inc., with a gain range of 24 dB. The gain control interface provides precise linear-in-dB scaling of 19.7 dB/V, referenced to VCOM.The AD8337 includes an uncommitted operational current-feedback preamplifier (PrA) that operates in inverting or noninverting configurations. Using external resistors, the device can be configured for gains of 6 dB or greater. The AD8337 is characterized by a noninverting PrA gain of 2? using two external 100 ? resistors. The attenuator has a range of 24 dB, and the output amplifier has a fixed gain of 8? (18.06 dB). The lowest nominal gain range is 0 dB to 24 dB and can be shifted up or down by adjusting the preamp gain.
