The AD7262/AD7262-5 are dual, 12-bit, high speed, low power, successive approximation ADCs that operate from a single 5 V power supply. The AD7262 features throughput rates of up to 1 MSPS per on-chip ADC. The AD7262-5 features throughput rates of up to 500 kSPS. Two complete ADC functions allow simultaneous sampling and conversion of two channels. Each ADC is preceded by a true differential analog input with a PGA. There are 14 gain settings available: ?1, ?2, ?3, ?4, ?6, ?8, ?12, ?16, ?24, ?32, ?48, ?64, ?96, and ?128.The AD7262/AD7262-5 contain four comparators. Comparator A and Comparator B are optimized for low power, while Comparator C and Comparator D have fast propagation delays. The AD7262/AD7262-5 feature a calibration function to remove any device offset error and programmable gain adjust registers to allow for input path (for example, sensor) offset and gain compensation. The AD7262/AD7262-5 have an on-chip 2.5 V reference that can be disabled if an external reference is preferred.The AD7262/AD7262-5 are ideally suited for monitoring small amplitude signals from a variety of sensors. They include all the functionality needed for monitoring the position feedback signals from a variety of analog encoders used in motor control systems.Product Highlights Integrated PGA with a variety of flexible gain settings to allow detection and conversion of low level analog signals. Each PGA is followed by a dual simultaneous sampling ADC, featuring throughput rates of 1 MSPS per ADC for the AD7262. The AD7794/AD7795 are low power, low noise, complete analog front ends for high precision measurement applications. They contain a low noise, 24-/16-bit ?-? ADC with six differential inputs. The on-chip low noise instrumentation amplifier means that signals of small amplitude can be interfaced directly to the ADC.Each device contains a precision, low noise, low drift internal band gap reference, and can also accept up to two external differential references. Other on-chip features include programmable excitation current sources, burnout currents, and a bias voltage generator that is used to set the common-mode voltage of a channel to AVDD/2. The low-side power switch can be used to power down bridge sensors between conversions, minimizing the system?s power consumption. The AD7794/AD7795 can operate with either an internal clock or an external clock. The output data rate from each part can vary from 4.17 Hz to 470 Hz.Both parts operate with a power supply from 2.7 V to 5.25 V. The B-grade parts (AD7794 and AD7795) are specified for a temperature range of ?40?C to +105?C while the C-grade part (AD7794) is specified for a temperature range of ?40?C to +125?C. The LTM4651 is an ultralow noise, 58V, 24W DC/DC ?Module? inverting topology regulator. It regulates a negative output voltage (VOUT?) from a positive input supply voltage (VIN), and is designed to meet the radiated emissions requirements of EN55022. Conducted emission requirements can be met by adding standard filter components.Included in the package are the switching controller, power MOSFETs, inductor, filters and support components. The LTM4651 can regulate VOUT? to a value between ?0.5V and ?26.5V, provided that its input and output voltages adhere to the safe operating area criteria of the LTM4651: VIN + |VOUT?| ? 58V. The ADF4159 is a 13 GHz, fractional-N frequency synthesizer with modulation and both fast and slow waveform generation capability. The part uses a 25-bit fixed modulus, allowing subhertz frequency resolution.The ADF4159 consists of a low noise digital phase frequency detector (PFD), a precision charge pump, and a programmable reference divider. The ?-?-based fractional interpolator allows programmable fractional-N division. The INT and FRAC registers define an overall N divider as N = INT + (FRAC/225).The ADF4159 can be used to implement frequency shift keying (FSK) and phase shift keying (PSK) modulation. Frequency sweep modes are also available to generate various waveforms in the frequency domain, for example, sawtooth and triangular waveforms. Sweeps can be set to run automatically, or each step manually triggered by an external pulse. The ADF4159 features cycle slip reduction circuitry, which enables faster lock times without the need for modifications to the loop filter.Control of all on-chip registers is via a simple 3-wire interface. The LT3697 is a 35V, 2.5A step-down switching regulator designed to power 5V USB applications. A precise output voltage and programmable cable drop compensation maintain accurate 5V regulation at the USB socket connected to the end of a long cable. The accurate, programmable current limit can eliminate the need for a USB power switch and improve system reliability. The provided 180mA active load reduces output overshoot during load transients. Dual feedback allows regulation on the output of a USB switch and limits cable drop compensation to a maximum of 6.1V output, protecting USB devices during fault conditions. A separate 5V output can be taken from the SYS terminal to power auxiliary circuitry such as a USB hub controller. The LT3697 also provides a load current monitor output and an overcurrent fault indicator.The LT3697 operates from 300kHz to 2.2MHz and withstands input voltage transients up to 60V. The device's output survives shorts to ground and to the battery. A current mode topology is used for fast transient response and good loop stability.
