The LTC4359 is a positive high voltage ideal diode controller that drives an external N-channel MOSFET to replace a Schottky diode. It controls the forward-voltage drop across the MOSFET to ensure smooth current delivery without oscillation even at light loads. If a power source fails or is shorted, a fast turn-off minimizes reverse current transients. A shutdown mode is available to reduce the quiescent current to 9?A for load switch and 14?A for ideal diode applications.When used in high current diode applications, the LTC4359 reduces power consumption, heat dissipation, voltage loss and PC board area. With its wide operating voltage range, the ability to withstand reverse input voltage, and high temperature rating, the LTC4359 satisfies the demanding requirements of both automotive and telecom applications. The HMC678LC3C is a 2:1 Selector designed to support data transmission rates of up to 13 Gbps, and selector port operation of up to 13 GHz. The selector routes one of the two single-ended inputs to the differential output upon assertion of the proper select port. All single-ended input signals to the HMC678LC3C are terminated with 50 ohms to ground on-chip, and may be either AC or DC coupled.The outputs of the HMC678LC3C may be operated either differentially or single-ended. The ADMV1128 is a silicon on isolator (SOI), microwave, upconverter and downconverter optimized for 5G radio designs operating in the 24 GHz to 29.5 GHz frequency range.Both upconverters and downconverters offer two modes of frequency translation. One mode is conversion from and/or to single-ended or complex intermediate frequency (IF) signals, which then pass through an on-chip 90? IF hybrid, known as IF mode.The other mode is a direct conversion from and/or to differential baseband inphase/quadrature (I/Q) inputs and outputs, known as baseband mode. The I/Q baseband output common-mode voltage is programmable between 0 V and 1.5 V. The SPI provides fine adjustment of the quadrature phase to optimize I/Q demodulation performance.When the device is used as an image rejecting downconverter, the unwanted image term is typically rejected to 24 dBc, before calibration. The ADMV1128 offers a square law power detector to allow monitoring of the power levels at the mixer inputs of the downconverter.The RF receive input, RF transmit output, and local oscillator (LO) interface are all single-ended and matched to 50 ?. The on-chip RF switch provides the option to combine the transmit and receive RF ports together for time division duplex (TDD) applications. The serial port interface (SPI) provides adjustment of the quadrature phase to allow optimum sideband rejection. In addition, the SPI allows powering down the output envelope detector to reduce power consumption when carrier feedthrough optimization is not necessary.The ADMV1128 upconverter and downconverter is housed in a compact, thermally enhanced, 6 mm ? 6.5 mm, ball grid array (BGA) package. This BGA package enables the ability to heat sink the ADMV1128 from the top of the package for the most efficient thermal heat sinking. Demonstration Circuit 425B is a constant-frequency synchronous Buck-Boost converter using the LTC3440. The input range is from 2.5V to 5.5V, making it ideal for single-cell lithium-ion or three-cell NiCd/NiMH battery applications. For 2.7V minimum input voltage, this converter can provide up to 600mA load current. The output voltage is set at 3.3V. A different output voltage in the range of 2.5V to 5.5V can be obtained by changing one of the feedback resistors.

Demonstration circuit 2044B is a 55V buck-boost multi-chemistry battery charger featuring the LTC4020. The board will accept an input voltage between 15V and 55V. The float voltage of the battery output (BAT) is 25.2V, with 3.3A maximum charge current. The converter output (VOUT) has a voltage range of 21V to 28V, with 3A maximum load current. The LTC4020 contains a high efficiency synchronous buck-boost DC/DC controller and uses a proprietary average current mode architecture.
The LTC4020 battery charger can provide a constant-current/constant-voltage charge algorithm (CC/CV); a four-step, three-stage lead-acid battery-charge profile or constant-current charging (CC). Battery-chemistry type is selected using on-board jumper JP1.

The AD8276/AD8277?are general-purpose, unity-gain difference amplifiers intended for precision signal conditioning in power critical applications that require both high performance and low power. They provide exceptional 86 dB common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) and high bandwidth while amplifying signals well beyond the supply rails. The on-chip resistors are laser trimmed for gain drift of 1 ppm/?C and high CMRR. The AD8276/AD8277 also have extremely low gain drift vs. temperature.The common-mode range of the amplifiers extends to almost double the supply voltage, making these amplifiers ideal for single-supply applications that require a high common-mode voltage range. The internal resistors and electrostatic discharge (ESD) circuitry at the inputs also provide overvoltage protection to the op amps.The AD8276/AD8277 are unity-gain stable. Although they are optimized for use as difference amplifiers, they can also be connected in high precision, single-ended configurations with G = ?1, +1, or +2. Demonstration circuit 862 is a micropower regulated charge pump DC/DC converter featuring the 60mA output LTC3221 in a 2mm × 2mm DFN package. It comes in three assembly versions, DC862A-A, DC862A-B and DC862A-C, featuring the LTC3221EDC-3.3 (fixed 3.3V output), the LTC3221EDC-5 (fixed 5V output) , and LTC3221EDC (adjustable output set to 3V), respectively. The demo board input voltage range depends on the IC used; for the adjustable output DC862A-C, the input voltage range is 1.8V to 3.8V.
The LTC3221's low 8µA no-load quiescent current is even lower than the self-discharging current of many batteries. By employing a constant current to charge the output, the output ripple is low even at high input and light load, and is fairly constant over the full input voltage range.
