The AD7262/AD7262-5 are dual, 12-bit, high speed, low power, successive approximation ADCs that operate from a single 5 V power supply. The AD7262 features throughput rates of up to 1 MSPS per on-chip ADC. The AD7262-5 features throughput rates of up to 500 kSPS. Two complete ADC functions allow simultaneous sampling and conversion of two channels. Each ADC is preceded by a true differential analog input with a PGA. There are 14 gain settings available: ?1, ?2, ?3, ?4, ?6, ?8, ?12, ?16, ?24, ?32, ?48, ?64, ?96, and ?128.The AD7262/AD7262-5 contain four comparators. Comparator A and Comparator B are optimized for low power, while Comparator C and Comparator D have fast propagation delays. The AD7262/AD7262-5 feature a calibration function to remove any device offset error and programmable gain adjust registers to allow for input path (for example, sensor) offset and gain compensation. The AD7262/AD7262-5 have an on-chip 2.5 V reference that can be disabled if an external reference is preferred.The AD7262/AD7262-5 are ideally suited for monitoring small amplitude signals from a variety of sensors. They include all the functionality needed for monitoring the position feedback signals from a variety of analog encoders used in motor control systems.Product Highlights Integrated PGA with a variety of flexible gain settings to allow detection and conversion of low level analog signals. Demonstration circuit 2222A features the LTC2508-32 and LTC2512-24 ADCs. The LTC2508-32 and LTC2512-24 are low power, low noise, high speed, 32-bit/24-bit SAR ADCs with an integrated configurable digital averaging filter that operate from a single 2.5V supply. The demo manual refers to the LTC2508-32 but applies to both parts, the only difference being sample rate and number of bits. The DC2222A demonstrates the DC and AC performance of the LTC2508-32 in conjunction with the DC590 or DC2026 QuikEval™ and DC890 PScope™ data collection boards. Use the DC590 or DC2026 to demonstrate DC performance such as peak-to-peak noise and DC linearity.

The AD7785 is a low power, low noise, complete analog front ends for high precision measurement applications. It contains a low noise 20-bit ?-? ADC with three differential analog inputs. The on-chip, low noise instrumentation amplifier means that signals of small amplitude can be interfaced directly to the ADC. With a gain setting of 64, the rms noise is 40 nV when the update rate equals 4.17 Hz.The device contains a precision low noise, low drift internal band gap reference and can also accept an external differential reference. The ADL5206 is a wide bandwidth, variable gain amplifier (VGA) with digital control (also known as a digital gain amplifier (DGA)) that provides precise gain control, high output third-order intercept (OIP3), and low noise figure over the entire gain range. The excellent OIP3 performance of 39.4 dBm (at 300MHz, 5 V supply, and maximum gain) makes the ADL5206 an excellent gain control device for a variety of receiver applications. For wide input dynamic range applications, the ADL5206 provides a broad 2 dB to 32 dB gain range with a 1 dB step size. The gain is adjustable through multiple gain control and interface options: parallel, serial peripheral interface (SPI), or gain step-up and step-down controls. The ADL5206 can be powered up independently by applying the appropriate logic level to the PWUP pin. The quiescent current of the ADL5206 is typically 112 mA with a 5 V supply. When disabled, the ADL5206 consumes only 8 mA and offers excellent input to output isolation. The gain setting is preserved when the device is disabled. Fabricated on the Analog Devices, Inc., high speed, silicon germanium (SiGe), bipolar complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (BiCMOS) process, the ADL5206 provides precise gain adjustment capabilities with good distortion performance. The ADL5206 amplifier comes in a compact, thermally enhanced, 4 mm ? 4 mm, 20-lead LFCSP and operates over the temperature range of ?40?C to +85?C. The AD9576 provides a multiple output clock generator function comprising two dedicated phase-locked loop (PLL) cores with flexible frequency translation capability, optimized to serve as a robust source of asynchronous clocks for an entire system, providing extended operating life within frequency tolerance through monitoring of and automatic switchover between redundant crystal (XTAL) inputs with minimized switching, induced transients. The ADAU1962A is a high performance, single-chip digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that provides 12 DACs with differential or single-ended outputs using the Analog Devices, Inc., patented multibit ?-? architecture. A serial peripheral interface (SPI)/I2C port is included, allowing a microcontroller to adjust volume and many other parameters. The ADAU1962A operates from 2.5 V digital and 3.3 V analog supplies. A linear regulator is included to generate the digital supply voltage from the analog supply voltage. The ADAU1962A is available in an 80-lead LQFP.The ADAU1962A is designed for low EMI. This consideration is apparent in both the system and circuit design architectures. By using the on-board PLL to derive the internal master clock from an external left-right frame clock (LRCLK), the ADAU1962A can eliminate the need for a separate high frequency master clock andcan be used with or without a bit clock. The DACs are designed using the latest Analog Devices continuous time architectures to further minimize EMI.
