The LT1970A is a ?500mA power op amp with precise externally controlled current limiting. Separate control voltages program the sourcing and sinking current limit sense thresholds with 1% accuracy. Output current may be boosted by adding external power transistors.The circuit operates with single or split power supplies from 5V to 36V total supply voltage. In normal operation, the input stage supplies and the output stage supplies are connected (VCC to V+ and VEE to V?). To reduce power dissipation it is possible to power the output stage (V+, V?) from independent, lower voltage rails. The amplifier is unity-gain stable with a 3.6MHz gain-bandwidth product and slews at 1.6V/?s. The LT1970A can drive capacitive and inductive loads directly.Open-collector status flags signal current limit circuit activation, as well as thermal shutdown of the amplifier. An enable logic input puts the amplifier into a low power, high impedance output state when pulled low. The LT3469 is a transconductance (gm) amplifier that can drive outputs up to 33V from a 5V or 12V supply. An internal switching regulator generates a boosted supply voltage for the gm amplifier. The amplifier can drive capacitive loads in the range of 5nF to 300nF. Slew rate is limited only by the maximum output current. The 35V output voltage capability of the switching regulator, along with the high supply voltage of the amplifier, combine to allow the wide output voltage range needed to drive a piezoceramic microactuator.The LT3469 switching regulator switches at 1.3MHz, allowing the use of tiny external components. The LT6550/LT6551 are 3.3V triple and quad high speed video amplifiers. These voltage feedback amplifiers drive double terminated 50? or 75? cables and are configured for a fixed gain of 2, eliminating six or eight external gain setting resistors. The LT6550/LT6551 feature 110MHz ?3dB bandwidth, high slew rates and fast settling, making them ideal for RGB video processing.The LT6551 quad is designed for single supply operation and the LT6550 triple can be used on either single or split supplies. On a single 3.3V supply, the input voltage range extends from ground to 1.55V and the output swings to within 400mV of the supply voltage while driving a 150? load. These features, combined with the ability to accept RGB video signals without the need for AC coupling or level shifting of the incoming signals, make the LT6550/LT6551 an ideal choice for low voltage video applications.Both the LT6550 and LT6551 are available in the small 10-Pin MSOP package and utilize a flow-thru pin out.
