AD210JN

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD210 is the latest member of a new generation of low cost, high performance isolation amplifiers. This three-port, wide bandwidth isolation amplifier is manufactured with face-mounted components in an automated assembly process. The AD210 combines design expertise with state-of-the-art manufacturing technology to produce an extremely compact and economical isolator whose performance and abundant user features far exceed those offered in more expensive devices. The AD210 provides a complete isolation function with both signal and power isolation supplied via transformer coupling internal to the module. The AD210's functionally complete design, powered by a single +15 V supply, eliminates the need for an external DC/DC converter, unlike optically coupled isolation devices. The true three-port design structure permits the AD210 to be applied as an input or output isolator, in single or multichannel applications. The AD210 will maintain its high performance under sustained common-mode stress.Providing high accuracy and complete galvanic isolation, the interrupts ground loops and leakage paths, and rejects common-mode voltage and noise that may otherwise degrade measurement accuracy. In addition, the AD210 provides protection from fault conditions that may cause damage to other sections of a measurement system. The AD8038 (single) and AD8039 (dual) amplifiers are high speed (350 MHz) voltage feedback amplifiers with an exceptionally low quiescent current of 1.0 mA/amplifier typical (1.5 mA maximum). The AD8038 single amplifier in the 8-lead SOIC package has a disable feature. Despite being low power and low cost, the amplifier provides excellent overall performance. Additionally, it offers a high slew rate of 425 V/μs and a low input offset voltage of 3 mV maximum. The Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary XFCB process allows low noise operation (8 nV/√Hz and 600 fA/√Hz) at extremely low quiescent currents. Given a wide supply voltage range (3 V to 12 V), wide bandwidth, and small packaging, the AD8038 and AD8039 amplifiers are designed to work in a variety of applications where power and space are at a premium. The AD8038 and AD8039 amplifiers have a wide input common-mode range of 1 V from either rail and swing to within 1 V of each rail on the output. These amplifiers are optimized for driving capacitive loads up to 15 pF. If driving larger capacitive loads, a small series resistor is needed to avoid excessive peaking or overshoot. The AD8039 amplifier is available in a 8-lead SOT-23 package, and the single AD8038 is available in both an 8-lead SOIC and a 5-lead SC70 package. These amplifiers are rated to work over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.Applications Battery-powered instrumentation Filters A/D drivers Level shifting Buffering Photo multipliers

The AD841 is a member of the Analog Devices, Inc., family of wide bandwidth operational amplifiers. This high speed/high precision family includes the AD842, which is stable at a gain of two or greater and has 100 mA minimum output current drive. These devices are fabricated using Analog Devices’ junction isolated complementary bipolar (CB) process. This process permits a combination of dc precision and wideband ac performance previously unobtainable in a monolithic op amp. In addition to its 40 MHz unity-gain bandwidth product, the AD841 offers extremely fast settling characteristics, typically settling to within 0.01% of final value in 110 ns for a 10 V step.Unlike many high frequency amplifiers, the AD841 requires no external compensation. It remains stable over its full operating temperature range. It also offers a low quiescent current of 12 mA maximum, a minimum output current drive capability of 50 mA, a low input voltage noise of 15 nV/√Hz, and low input offset voltage of 1 mV maximum. The 300 V/µs slew rate of the AD841, along with its 40 MHz gain bandwidth, ensures excellent performance in video and pulse amplifier applications. This amplifier is well suited foruse in high frequency signal conditioning circuits and wide bandwidth active filters. The extremely rapid settling time of the AD841 makes it the preferred choice for data acquisition applications that require 12-bit accuracy. The AD841 is also appropriate for other applications such as high speed DAC and ADC buffer amplifiers and other wide bandwidth circuitry.Applications High Speed Signal Conditioning Video and Pulse Amplifiers Data Acquisition Systems Line Drivers Active Filters Audio Available in 14-pin plastic PDIP, 14-pin hermetic CERDIP, and 20-pin LCC packages Chips and MIL-STD-883B parts available

AD8620ARZ-REEL7

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8610 (single) and AD8620 (dual) are very high precision JFET input amplifiers featuring ultralow offset voltage and drift, very low input voltage and current noise, very low input bias current, and wide bandwidth. Unlike many JFET amplifiers, the AD8610 input bias current is low over the entire operating temperature range. The AD8610 is stable with capacitive loads of over 1000 pF in noninverting unity gain; much larger capacitive loads can be driven easily at higher noise gains. The AD8610 swings to within 1.2 V of the supplies even with a 1 k Ω load, maximizing dynamic range even with limited supply voltages. Outputs slew at 50 V/µs in either inverting or noninverting gain configurations, and settle to 0.01% accuracy in less than 600 ns. Combined with the high input impedance, great precision, and very high output drive, theAD8610 is an ideal amplifier for driving high performance A/D inputs and buffering D/A converter outputs. Applications for the AD8610 and AD8620 include electronic instruments; ATE amplification, buffering, and integrator circuits; CAT/MRI/Ultrasound medical instrumentation; instrumentation quality photodiode amplification; fast precision filters (including PLL filters); and high quality audio. The AD8610 is fully specified over the extended industrial (-40ºC to +125ºC temperature range. The AD8610 is available in the narrow 8-lead SOIC and the tiny MSOP8 surface-mount packages. AD633ARZ

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD633 is a functionally complete, four-quadrant, analog multiplier. It includes high impedance, differential X and Y inputs, and a high impedance summing input (Z). The low impedance output voltage is a nominal 10 V full scale provided by a buried Zener. The AD633 is the first product to offer these features in modestly priced 8-lead PDIP and SOIC packages. The AD633 is laser calibrated to a guaranteed total accuracy of 2% of full scale. Nonlinearity for the Y input is typically less than 0.1% and noise referred to the output is typically less than 100 μV rms in a 10 Hz to 10 kHz bandwidth. A 1 MHz bandwidth, 20 V/μs slew rate, and the ability to drive capacitive loads make the AD633 useful in a wide variety of applications where simplicity and cost are key concerns. The versatility of the AD633 is not compromised by its simplicity. The Z input provides access to the output buffer amplifier, enabling the user to sum the outputs of two or more multipliers, increase the multiplier gain, convert the output voltage to a current, and configure a variety of applications. The AD633 is available in 8-lead PDIP and SOIC packages. It is specified to operate over the 0°C to 70°C commercial temperature range (J Grade) or the −40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range (A Grade).Product Highlights The AD633 is a complete four-quadrant multiplier offered in low cost 8-lead SOIC and PDIP packages. The result is a product that is cost effective and easy to apply. No external components or expensive user calibration are required to apply the AD633. Monolithic construction and laser calibration make the device stable and reliable. High (10 MΩ) input resistances make signal source loading negligible. Power supply voltages can range from ±8 V to ±18 V. The internal scaling voltage is generated by a stable Zener diode; multiplier accuracy is essentially supply insensitive.Applications Multiplication, division, squaring Modulation/demodulation, phase detection Voltage-controlled amplifiers/attenuators/filters
