The ADCMP604?/ ADCMP605 are very fast comparators fabricated on the Analog Devices, Inc. proprietary XFCB2 process. These comparators are exceptionally versatile and easy to use. Features include an input range from VEE ? 0.5 V to VCCI + 0.2 V, low noise, LVDS-compatible output drivers, and TTL/CMOS latch inputs with adjustable hysteresis and/or shut-down inputs.The devices offer 1.5 ns propagation delays with 1 ps rms random jitter (RJ). Overdrive and slew rate dispersion are typically less than 50 ps.A flexible power supply scheme allows the devices to operate with a single 2.5 V positive supply and a ?0.5 V to +2.7 V input signal range up to a 5.5 V positive supply with a ?0.5 V to +5.7 V input signal range. Split input/output supplies, with no sequencing restrictions on the ADCMP605, support a wide input signal range with greatly reduced power consumption.The LVDS-compatible output stage is designed to drive any standard LVDS input. The comparator input stage offers robust protection against large input overdrive, and the outputs do not phase reverse when the valid input signal range is exceeded. The LT5401 is an ultra-precision matched resistor network optimized for use with fully differential or difference amplifiers, and with excellent matching specifications over the entire temperature range. The LT5401 contains two strings of matched resistors, each providing three tap points. The resulting matched ratios arewell suited for precisely setting a differential amplifier?s gain or attenuation.When used to configure differential or difference gain, the LT5401?s excellent ratio matching ensures high CMRR, low gain errors and low gain drift to levels far too difficult to achieve with discrete passive components. The ADA4940-1 / ADA4940-2 are low noise, low distortion differential amplifiers with very low power consumption. They are an ideal choice for driving low power, high resolution, high performance SAR and sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with resolutions up to 18 bits from dc to 1 MHz on only 1.25 mA of quiescent current. The adjustable level of the output common-mode voltage allows the ADA4940-1/ ADA4940-2 to match the input common-mode voltage of multiple ADCs. The internal common-mode feedback loop provides exceptional output balance, as well as suppression of even-order harmonic distortion products.With the ADA4940-1 / ADA4940-2, differential gain configurations are easily realized with a simple external feedback network of four resistors determining the closed-loop gain of the amplifier. The ADA4940-1 / ADA4940-2 are fabricated using Analog Devices, Inc., complementary bipolar process, enabling them to achieve very low levels of distortion with an input voltage noise of only 3.9 nV/√Hz. The low dc offset and excellent dynamic performance of the ADA4940-1 / ADA4940-2 make them well suited for a variety of data acquisition and signal processing applications.The ADA4940-1 is available in a Pb-free, 3 mm × 3 mm, 16-lead LFCSP. The ADA4940-2 is available in a Pb-free, 4 mm × 4 mm, 24-lead LFCSP. The pinout is optimized to facilitate printed circuit board (PCB) layout and minimize distortion.
