AD8079BRZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8079 is a dual, low power, high speed buffer designed to operate on ±5 V supplies. The AD8079's pinout offers excellent input and output isolation compared to the traditional dual amplifier pin configuration. With two ac ground pins separating both the inputs and outputs, the AD8079 achieves very low crosstalk of less than -70 dB at 5 MHz.Additionally, the AD8079 contains gain setting resistors factory set at G = +2.0 (A grade) or Gain = +2.2 (B grade) allowing circuit configurations with minimal external components. The B grade gain of +2.2 compensates for gain loss through a system by providing a single-point trim. Using active laser trimming of these resistors, the AD8079 guarantees tight control of gain and channel-channel gain matching. With its performance and figuration, the AD8079 is well suited for driving differential cables and transformers. Its low distortion and fast settling are ideal for buffering high speed dual or differential A-to-D converters. The AD8079 features a unique transimpedance linearization circuitry. This allows it to drive video loads with excellent differential gain and phase performance of 0.01% and 0.02° on only 50 mW of power per amplifier. It features gain flatness of 0.1 dB to 50 MHz. This makes the AD8079 ideal for professional video electronics such as cameras and video switchers. The AD8079 offers low power of 5 mA/amplifier (VS = ±5 V) and can run on a single +12 V power supply while delivering over 70 mA of load current. All of this is offered in a small 8-pin SOIC package. These features make this amplifier ideal for portable and battery powered applications where size and power are critical. The outstanding bandwidth of 260 MHz along with 800 V/µs of slew rate make the AD8079 useful in many general purpose high speed applications where dual power supplies of ±3 V to ±6 V are required. The AD8079 is available in the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.

AD8099ARDZ-REEL
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8099 is an ultralow noise (0.95nV/√Hz) and distortion (-92dBc @ 10MHz) voltage feedback op amp, the combination of which make it ideal for 16- and 18-bit systems. The AD8099 features a new, highly linear, low noise input stage that increases the full power bandwidth (FPBW) at low gains with high slew rates. ADI's proprietary next generation XFCB process enables such high performance amplifiers with relatively low power. The AD8099 features external compensation, which allows the user to set the gain bandwidth product. External compensation allows gains from +2 to +10 with minimal trade-off in bandwidth. The AD8099 also features an extremely high slew rate of 1350V/µs, giving the designer flexibility to use the entire dynamic range without trading off bandwidth or distortion. The AD8099 settles to 0.1% in 18 ns and recovers from overdrive in 50 ns.The AD8099 drives 100 W loads at breakthrough performance levels with only 15 mA of supply current. With the wide supply voltage range (5V to 12V), low offset voltage (0.1 mV typ), wide bandwidth (700MHz for G=+2), and a GBWP up to 3.8GHz, the AD8099 is designed to work in a wide variety of applications. The AD8099 is available in 3mm x 3mm lead frame chip scale package (LFCSP) with a new pinout that is specifically optimized for high performance, high speed amplifiers. The new package and pinout enable the breakthrough performance that previously was not achievable with amplifiers. The AD8099 is rated to work over the extended industrial temperature range, -40°C to +125°C.

The AD810 is a composite and HDTV-compatible, current feedback, video operational amplifier, ideal for use in systems such as multimedia, digital tape recorders, and video cameras. The 0.1 dB flatness specification at a bandwidth of 30 MHz (G = +2) and the differential gain and phase of 0.02% and 0.04° (NTSC) make the AD810 ideal for any broadcast quality video system. All these specifications are under load conditions of 150 Ω (one 75 Ω back terminated cable). The AD810 is ideal for power sensitive applications such as video cameras, offering a low power supply current of 8.0 mA maximum. The disable feature reduces the power supply current to only 2.1 mA, while the amplifier is not in use, to conserve power. Furthermore, the AD810 is specified over a power supply range of ±5 V to ±15 V.The AD810 works well as an ADC or DAC buffer in video systems due to its unity gain (G = +1) −3 dB bandwidth of 80 MHz. Because the AD810 is a transimpedance amplifier, this bandwidth can be maintained over a wide range of gains while featuring a low noise of 2.9 nV/√Hz for wide dynamic range applications.Applications Professional video cameras Multimedia systems NTSC-, PAL-, and SECAM-compatible systems Video line drivers ADC or DAC buffers DC restoration circuits

AD829AQ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD829 is a low noise (1.7 nV/√Hz), high speed op amp with custom compensation that provides the user with gains of 1 to 20 while maintaining a bandwidth >50 MHz. Its 0.04° differential phase and 0.02% differential gain performance at 3.58 MHz and 4.43 MHz, driving reverse-terminated 50 Ω or 75 Ω cables, makes it ideally suited for professional video applications. The AD829 achieves its 230 V/μs uncompensated slew rate and 750 MHz gain bandwidth while requiring only 5 mA of current from power supplies. The external compensation pin of the AD829 gives it exceptional versatility. For example, compensation can be selected to optimize the bandwidth for a given load and power supply voltage. As a gain-of-2 line driver, the −3 dB bandwidth can be increased to 95 MHz at the expense of 1 dB of peaking. Its output can also be clamped at its external compensation pin.The AD829 exhibits excellent dc performance. It offers a minimum open-loop gain of 30 V/mV into loads as low as 500 Ω, a low input voltage noise of 1.7 nV/√Hz, and a low input offset voltage of 1 mV maximum. Common-mode rejection and power supply rejection ratios are both 120 dB.This op amp is also useful in multichannel, high speed data conversion where its fast (90 ns to 0.1%) settling time is important. In such applications, the AD829 serves as an input buffer for 8-bit to 10-bit ADCs and as an output I/V converter for high speed DACs.Operating as a traditional voltage feedback amplifier, the AD829 provides many of the advantages that a transimpedance amplifier offer. A bandwidth >50 MHz can be maintained for a range of gains through the replacement of the external compensation capacitor. The AD829 and the transimpedance amplifier are both unity-gain stable and provide similar voltage noise performance (1.7 nV/√Hz); however, the current noise of the AD829 (1.5 pA/√Hz) is less than 10% of the noise of transimpedance amplifiers. The inputs of the AD829 are symmetrical.
