The OP747 a precision quad rail-to-rail output single-supply amplifier featuring micropower operation and rail-to-rail output ranges. The OP777, OP727, and OP747 amplifiers provide improved performance over the industry standard OP07 with ±15 V supplies , and offer the further advantage of true single-supply operation down to 3 V, and smaller package options than any other high-voltage precision bipolar amplifier. Outputs are stable with capacitive loads of over 500 pF. Supply current is less than 300 μA per amplifier at 5 V. 500 Ω series resistors protect the inputs, allowing input signal levels several volts abovethe positive supply without phase reversal.Applications for these amplifiers include both line-powered and portable instrumentation, remote sensor signal conditioning, and precision filters.The OP777, OP727, and OP747 are specified over the extended industrial (–40°C to +85°C) temperature range. The OP777, single, is available in 8-lead MSOP and 8-lead SOIC packages. The OP747, quad, is available in 14-lead TSSOP and narrow 14-lead SO packages. Surface-mount devices in TSSOP and MSOP packages are available in tape and reel only.The OP727, dual, is available in 8-lead TSSOP and 8-lead SOIC packages. The OP727 8-lead SOIC pin configuration differs from the standard 8-lead operational amplifier pinout.

The OP-97 is a low-power alternative to the industry-standard OP-07 precision amplifier. The OP-97 maintains the standards of performance set by the OP-07 while utilizing only 600µA supply current, less than 1/6 that of an OP-07. Offset voltage is an ultra-low 25µV, and drift over temperature is below 0.6µV/°C. External offset trimming is not required in the majority of circuits.Improvements have been made over OP-07 specifications in several areas. Notable is bias current, which remains below 250pA over the full military temperature range. The OP-97 is ideal for use in precision long-term integrators or sample-and-hold circuits that must operate at elevated temperatures.Common-mode rejection and power-supply rejection are also improved with the OP-97, at 114dB minimum over wider ranges of common-mode or supply voltage. Outstanding PSR, a supply range specified from ±2.25V to ±20V and the OP-97's minimal power requirements combine to make the OP-97 a preferred device for portable and battery-powered instruments.The OP-97 conforms to the OP-07 pinout, with the null potentimeter connected between pins 1 and 8 with the wiper to V+. The OP-97 will upgrade circuit designs using 725, OP05, OP07, OP12, and 1012 type amplifiers. It may replace 741-type amplifiers in circuits without nullling or where the nulling circuitry has been removed.

The AD534 is a monolithic laser trimmed four-quadrant multiplier divider having accuracy specifications previously found only in expensive hybrid or modular products. A maximum multiplication error of ±0.25% is guaranteed for the AD534L without any external trimming. Excellent supply rejection, low temperature coefficients and long-term stability of the on-chip thin film resistors and buried Zener reference preserve accuracy even under adverse conditions of use. It is the first multiplier to offer fully differential, high impedance operation on all inputs, including the Z input, a feature that greatly increases its flexibility and ease of use. The scale factor is pretrimmed to the standard value of 10.00 V; by means of an external resistor, this can be reduced to values as low as 3 V.The wide spectrum of applications and the availability of several grades commend this multiplier as the first choice for all new designs. The AD534J (±1% maximum error), AD534K (±0.5% maximum), and AD534L (±0.25% maximum) are specified for operation over the 0°C to +70°C temperature range. The AD534S (±1% maximum) and AD534T (±0.5% maximum) are specified over the extended temperature range, −55°C to +125°C. All grades are available in hermetically sealed TO-100 metal cans and SBDIP packages. Novel design techniques enable the ADA4004-1/ADA4004-2/ADA4004-4 to achieve 1.8 nV/√Hz voltage noise density and a low 6 Hz 1/f noise corner frequency while consuming just 1.7 mA per amplifier. The ADA4899-1 features a linear, low noise input stage and internal compensation that achieves high slew rates and low noise even at unity gain. The Analog Devices, Inc. proprietary next-generation XFCB process and innovative circuit design enable such high performance amplifiers.The ADA4899-1 drives 100 Ω loads at breakthrough performance levels with only 15 mA of supply current. With the wide supply voltage range (4.5 V to 12 V), low offset voltage (230 μV maxi-mum), wide bandwidth (600 MHz), and slew rate (310 V/μs), the ADA4899-1 is designed to work in the most demanding applications. The ADA4899-1 also features an input bias current cancellation mode that reduces input bias current by a factor of 60.The ADA4899-1 is available in a 3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP and an 8-lead SOIC package. Both packages feature an exposed metal paddle that improves heat transfer to the ground plane, which is a significant improvement over traditional plastic packages. The ADCMP604 / ADCMP605 are very fast comparators fabricated on the Analog Devices, Inc. proprietary XFCB2 process. These comparators are exceptionally versatile and easy to use. Features include an input range from VEE − 0.5 V to VCCI + 0.2 V, low noise, LVDS-compatible output drivers, and TTL/CMOS latch inputs with adjustable hysteresis and/or shut-down inputs.The devices offer 1.5 ns propagation delays with 1 ps rms random jitter (RJ). Overdrive and slew rate dispersion are typically less than 50 ps.A flexible power supply scheme allows the devices to operate with a single 2.5 V positive supply and a −0.5 V to +2.7 V input signal range up to a 5.5 V positive supply with a −0.5 V to +5.7 V input signal range. Split input/output supplies, with no sequencing restrictions on the ADCMP605, support a wide input signal range with greatly reduced power consumption.The LVDS-compatible output stage is designed to drive any standard LVDS input. The comparator input stage offers robust protection against large input overdrive, and the outputs do not phase reverse when the valid input signal range is exceeded.
