The AD524 is a precision monolithic instrumentation amplifier designed for data acquisition applications requiring high accuracy under worst-case operating conditions. An outstanding combination of high linearity, high common mode rejection, low offset voltage drift, and low noise makes the AD524 suitable for use in many data acquisition systems.The AD524 has an output offset voltage drift of less than 25 µV/ °C, input offset voltage drift of less than 0.5 µV/°C, CMR above 90 dB at unity gain (120 dB at G = 1000) and maximum nonlinearity of 0.003% at G = 1. In addition to the outstanding dc specifications the AD524 also has a 25MHz gain bandwidth product (G = 1000). To make it suitable for high speed data ac-quisition systems the AD524 has an output slew rate of 5 V/µs and settles in 15µs to 0.01% for gains of 1 to 100.As a complete amplifier the AD524 does not require any external components for fixed gains of 1, 10, 100 and 1,000. For other gain settings between 1 and 1000 only a single resistor is required. The AD524 input is fully protected for both power on and power off fault conditions.The AD524 IC instrumentation amplifier is available in four different versions of accuracy and operating temperature range. The economical 'A' grade, the low drift 'B' grade and lower drift, higher linearity 'C' grade are specified from -25°C to +85°C. The 'S' grade guarantees performance to specification over the extended temperature range -55°C to +125°C. Devices are available in 16-pin ceramic DIP and SOIC packages and a 20-terminal leadless chip carrier.Product HighlightsThe AD524 has guaranteed low offset voltage, offset voltage drift, and low noise for precision high gain applications. The AD524 is functionally complete with pin program- mable gains of 1, 10, 100, and 1000, and single resistor programmable for any gain. Low maximum error specifications including nonlinearity of 10 ppm, gain drift of 5 ppm°/C, 50 µV offset voltage and 0.6 mV/°C offset drift ('B' grade), make possible total system performance at a lower cost than has been previously achieved with discrete designs or with other monolithic instrumentation amplifiers.When operating from high source impedances, as in ECG and blood pressure monitors, the AD621 features the ideal combination of low noise and low input bias currents. Voltage noise is specified as 9 nV/(root) Hz at 1 kHz and 0.28 µV p-p from 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz. Input current noise is also extremely low at 0.1 pA/Hz. The AD621 outperforms FET input devices with an input bias current specification of 1.5 nA max over the full industrial temperature range.

The HMC865LC3 is a Limiting Amplifier packaged in a leadless 3x3 mm ceramic surface mount package which supports up to 43 Gbps operation. The amplifier provides 30 dB of differential gain. Output voltage swing is adjustable up to 800 mVP-P differential by using the VAC analog control input. Additive rms jitter is less than 300 fs for 32 Gbps operation. HMC865LC3 has an internal DC offset correction circuit which provides differential 10 mVP-P input sensitivity.All input/output RF signals of the HMC865LC3 are terminated with 50 Ohms to +3.3V on chip and may be either AC or DC coupled. The outputs of the device can be operated either differentially or single-ended. The AD8018 is a dual, high speed, low cost amplifier capable of driving low distortion signals to within 0.5 V of the supply rail. It is intended for use in single supply xDSL systems where low distortion and low cost is essential, and maximum reach on the line must be attained with the minimum of supply voltages. Each amplifier drives minimum 350 mA of output current and while maintaining -95 dBc of SFDR at 100 kHz, outstanding performance for any xDSL CPE application. The AD8018 is available with flexible standby and shutdown modes. Two bit control (1.5 V threshold referenced to DGND) will put the AD8018 into a full power standby (outputs low impedance) and shutdown (outputs high impedance).Fabricated in ADI's high speed XFCB process, the high bandwidth and fast slew rate of the AD8018 keep distortion to a minimum, while dissipating a minimum of power. The quiescent current of the AD8018 is low 9 mA/amplifier max. The AD813 is a low power, single supply triple video amplifier. Each of the three current feedback amplifiers has 50 mA of output current, and is optimized for driving one back terminated video load (150 W). The AD813 features gain flatness of 0.1 dB to 50 MHz while offering differential gain and phase error of 0.03% and 0.06°. This makes the AD813 ideal for broadcast and consumer video electronics.The AD813 offers low power of 5.5 mA per amplifier max and runs on a single +3 V power supply. The outputs of each amplifier swing to within one volt of either supply rail to easily accommodate video signals. While operating on a single +5 V supply the AD813 still achieves 0.1 dB flatness to 20 MHz and 0.05% & 0.05° of differential gain and phase performance. All this is offered in a small 14-pin plastic DIP or SOIC package. These features make this triple amplifier ideal for portable and battery powered applications where size and power are critical.The outstanding bandwidth of 125 MHz along with 500 V/µs of slew rate make the AD813 useful in many general purpose, high speed applications where a single +3 V or dual power supplies up to ±15 V are needed. Furthermore the AD813 contains a high speed disable function for each amplifier in order to power down the amplifier or high impedance the output. The AD824 is a quad, FET input, single supply amplifier, featuring rail-to-rail outputs. The combination of FET inputs and rail-to-rail outputs makes the AD824 useful in a wide variety of low voltage applications where low input current is a primary consideration.The AD824 is guaranteed to operate from a 3 V single supply up to ±15 volt dual supplies. AD824AR-3V parametric performance at 3 V is fully guaranteed.Fabricated on ADI's complementary bipolar process, the AD824 has a unique input stage that allows the input voltage to safely extend beyond the negative supply and to the positive supply without any phase inversion or latch-up. The output voltage swings to within 15 mV of the supplies. Capacitive loads to 350 pF can be handled without oscillation.The FET input combined with laser trimming provides an input that has extremely low bias currents with guaranteed offsets below 1 mV. This enables high accuracy designs even with high source impedances. Precision is combined with low noise,making the AD824 ideal for use in battery powered medical equipment.Applications for the AD824 include portable medical equipment, photo diode preamplifiers, and high impedance transducer amplifiers.The ability of the output to swing rail-to-rail enables designers to build multistage filters in single supply systems and maintain high signal-to-noise ratios.The AD824 is specified over the extended industrial (−40°C to +85°C) temperature range and is available in narrow 14-lead SOIC package.Applications Photo diode preamplifier Battery powered instrumentation Power supply control and protection Medical instrumentation Remote sensors Low voltage strain gage amplifiers DAC output amplifier
