The ADM1192 is an integrated current sense amplifier that offers digital current and voltage monitoring via an on-chip, 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), communicated through an I2C interface.An internal current sense amplifier senses voltage across the sense resistor in the power path via the VCC pin and the SENSE pin.A 12-bit ADC can measure the current seen in the sense resistor and in the supply voltage on the VCC pin. An industry-standard I2C interface allows a controller to read current and voltage data from the ADC. Measurements can be initiated by an I2C command. Alternatively, the ADC can run continuously, and the user can read the latest conversion data whenever it is required. Up to four unique I2C addresses can be created, depending on the way the ADR pin is connected.A SETV pin is also included. A voltage applied to this pin is internally compared to the output voltage on the current sense amplifier. The output of the SETV comparator asserts when the current sense amplifier output exceeds the SETV voltage. This event is detected at the ALERT block. The ALERT block then charges up the external TIMER capacitor with a fixed current. When this timing cycle is complete, the ALERT output asserts.The ALERT output can be used as a flag to warn a micro-controller or field programmable gate array (FPGA) of an overcurrent condition. ALERT outputs of multiple ADM1192 devices can be tied together and used as a combined alert.A basic P-channel FET hot swap circuit can be implemented with the ALERT output. The LTC6228/LTC6229 are single/dual very fast, low noise rail-to-rail output, unity gain stable op amps. They have a gain-bandwidth product of 890MHz and a slew rate of 500V/?s. The low input referred voltage noise of only 0.88nV/?Hz and low distortion performance of better than ?100dB at 4VP-P even for signals as fast as 2MHz make them ideal for applications that require high dynamic range and deal with high slew rate signals, such as driving A/D converters. Additional features include Shutdown and the ability to enable/disable internal bias current cancellation to optimize noise performance.The combination of low offset, low offset drift, high gain and high CMRR make the LTC6228 family the superior choice for wide dynamic range applications.The LTC6228 family maintains excellent performance for supply voltages of 2.8V to 11.75V and the devices are specified at supplies of 3V, 5V and 10V(?5V). With an input range extending to the negative rail and an output range that encompasses the entire supply range, the operational amplifier can accommodate wide swinging signals, and single supply operation.For space constrained PCB layouts, the LTC6228 is available in a 2mm ? 2mm DFN and the LTC6229 is available in a 3mm ? 3mm DFN. The amplifiers are also available in conventional leaded packages. Analog Comparators Ultra Fast ECL Single Comparator

The AD96685 and AD96687 are ultrafast voltage comparators. The AD96685 is a single comparator with a propagation delay of 2.5 ns, while the AD96687 is an equally fast dual comparator. Both devices exhibit a propagation delay dispersion of 50 ps, a crucial characteristic for high-speed comparators, indicating the difference in propagation delay under varying overdrive conditions.

Featuring a fast, high-precision differential input stage, these comparators maintain consistent propagation delay across a broad range of signals within the common-mode range from -2.5 V to +5 V. The outputs consist of complementary digital signals fully compatible with ECL 10 K and 10 KH logic families. These outputs provide ample drive current to directly interface with transmission lines terminated in 50 Ohms to -2 V. The inclusion of a level-sensitive latch input allows for tracking, track-hold, or sample-hold modes of operation.

Both the AD96685 and AD96687 are available in industrial temperature ranges (-25°C to +85°C) and military temperature ranges. Industrial range devices are offered in 16-pin DIP, SOIC, and 20-lead PLCC packages. Additionally, the AD96685 is available in a 10-pin TO-100 metal can.
