The ADA4530-1 is a femtoampere (10−15 A) level input bias current operational amplifier suitable for use as an electrometer that also includes an integrated guard buffer. It has an operating voltage range of 4.5 V to 16 V, enabling it to operate in conventional 5 V and 10 V single supply systems as well as ±2.5 V and ±5 V dual supply systems.It provides ultralow input bias currents that are production tested at 25°C and at 125°C to ensure the device meets its performance goals in user systems. The integrated guard buffer isolates the input pins from leakage in the printed circuit board (PCB), minimizes board component count, and enables easy system design. The ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4 are the next generation of the AD820/AD822/AD824 single-supply, rail-to-rail output (RRO), precision junction field effect transistors (JFET) input op amps. The ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4 include many improvements that make them desirable as upgrades without compromising the flexibility and ease of use that makes the AD820/AD822/AD824 useful for a wide variety of applications.The input voltage range includes the negative supply and the output swings rail-to-rail. The ADA4805-1 is a high speed voltage feedback rail-to-rail output amplifier with an exceptionally low quiescent current of 495 μA, making it ideal for low power, high resolution data conversion systems. Despite being low power, this amplifier provides excellent overall performance. It offers a high bandwidth of 105 MHz at a gain of 1, high slew rate of 160 V/μs, and a low input offset voltage of 125 μV maximum.A shutdown pin allows further reduction of the quiescent supply current to 3 μA. FastFETs are an entirely new class of amplifiers from Analog Devices, of which the AD8034 and AD8065 are the first two parts to be released. FastFETs combine the desirable specs of FET input amps (high input impedance that almost eliminates the need to consider the input bias current in designs) with those of ADI's proprietary XFCB technology (most especially low power consumption, low noise and distortions, and a wide supply voltage).
