The LT6202/LT6203/LT6204 are single/dual/quad low noise, rail-to-rail input and output unity gain stable op amps that feature 1.9nV/?Hz noise voltage and draw only 2.5mA of supply current per amplifier. These amplifiers combine very low noise and supply current with a 100MHz gain bandwidth product, a 25V/?s slew rate, and are optimized for low supply signal conditioning systems. These amplifiers maintain their performance for supplies from 2.5V to 12.6V and are specified at 3V, 5V and ?5V supplies. Harmonic distortion is less than ? 80dBc at 1MHz making these amplifiers suitable in low power data acquisition systems. The LT6202 is available in the 5-pin TSOT-23 and the 8-pin SO, while the LT6203 comes in 8-pin SO and MSOP packages with standard op amp pinouts. For compact layouts the LT6203 is also available in a tiny fine line leadless package (DFN), while the quad LT6204 is available in the 16-pin SSOP and 14-pin SO packages. These devices can be used as plug-in replacements for many op amps to improve input/output range and noise performance.Applications Low Noise, Low Power Signal Processing Active Filters Rail-to-Rail Buffer Amplifiers Driving A/D Converters DSL Receivers Battery Powered/Battery Backed Equipment

The LT1993-2 is a low distortion, low noise Differential Ampli?er/ADC driver for use in applications from DC to 800MHz. The LT1993-2 has been designed for ease of use, with minimal support circuitry required. Exceptionally low input-referred noise and low distortion products (with either single-ended or differential inputs) make the LT1993-2 an excellent solution for driving high speed 12-bit and 14-bit ADCs. In addition to the normal un? ltered outputs (+OUT and ?OUT), the LT1993-2 has a built-in 175MHz differential low pass ?lter and an additional pair of ?ltered outputs (+OUTFILTERED, ?OUTFILTERED) to reduce external ?ltering components when driving high speed ADCs. The output common mode voltage is easily set via the VOCM pin, eliminating either an output transformer or AC-coupling capacitors in many applications. The LT1993-2 is designed to meet the demanding requirements of communications transceiver applications. It can be used as a differential ADC driver, a general-purpose differential gain block, or in any other application requiring differential drive. The LT1993-2 can be used in data acquisition systems required to function at frequencies down to DC.The LT1993-2 operates on a 5V supply and consumes 100mA. It comes in a compact 16-lead 3 ? 3 QFN package and operates over a ?40?C to 85?C temperature range.Applications Differential ADC Driver for: Imaging Communications Differential Driver/Receiver Single Ended to Differential Conversion Differential to Single Ended Conversion Level Shifting IF Sampling Receivers SAW Filter Interfacing/Buffering

ADRF6521-EVALZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADRF6521 is a dual, fully differential, low noise and low distortion variable gain amplifier (VGA). The high spurious-free dynamic range over the gain range makes the ADRF6521 ideal for communication systems with dense constellations, multiple carriers, and nearby interferers. The VGA has a 21 dB attenuation range with a typical voltage gain of 18 dB. The differential input impedance is 100 ?, while the differential output impedance is 16 ?. The ?1 dB gain flatness bandwidth is 2.5 GHz. The output buffers are capable of swinging 1.5 V p-p into 100 ? loads at >55 dBc for second-order and third-order intermodulation distortion (IMD2 and IMD3), and for second and third harmonic distortion (HD2 and HD3) from low frequency to 1 GHz. Variable output dc offset control is accomplished with the OFS1 and OFS2 pins, and the output common-mode can be controlled with the VOCM pin.The ADRF6521 flexibly operates from a single +5 V supply or from a range of dual supplies and consumes a total supply current of 200 mA. When fully disabled, it consumes 25 mA typical. The ADRF6521 is fabricated in an advanced silicon-germanium BiCMOS process and is available in a 20-lead, exposed pad, 3 mm ? 3 mm LFCSP. Performance is specified over the ?40?C to +85?C temperature range.Applications Point-to-point and point-to-multipoint radios Baseband IQ receivers Diversity receivers ADC drivers Instrumentation Medical

Analog Devices Inc.
The HMC974LC3C is a silicon germanium (SiGe) monolithic, ultra fast window comparator that features reduced swing positive emitter-coupled logic (RSPECL) output drivers that are level latched. Three output ports detect whether an analog input signal is above, below, or between two reference levels supplied at the input. The outputs are single-ended negative logic. Incorporating two proven comparators at the input provides good dc and dynamic matching and reduces the input capacitance. The reduced swingoutput stages are designed to directly drive 400 mV into 50 ? terminated to a voltage (VTERM = VCCO ? 2 V).HMC974LC3C features high speed latches that can either be enabled to latch the output data or left in the track mode toimplement a tracking window comparator.Applications Automatic test equipment (ATE) High speed instrumentation Clock and data restoration Semiconductor test systems Threshold detection in electronic warfare systems

AD603-EVALZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD603 is a low noise, voltage-controlled amplifier for use in RF and IF AGC systems. It provides accurate, pin-selectable gains of ?11 dB to +31 dB with a bandwidth of 90 MHz or +9 dB to 51+ dB with a bandwidth of 9 MHz. Any intermediate gain range may be arranged using one external resistor. The input referred noise spectral density is only 1.3 nV/?Hz, and power consumption is 125 mW at the recommended ?5 V supplies. The decibel gain is linear in dB, accurately calibrated, and stable over temperature and supply. The gain is controlled at a high impedance (50 M?), low bias (200 nA) differential input; the scaling is 25 mV/dB, requiring a gain control voltage of only 1 V to span the central 40 dB of the gain range. An overrange and underrange of 1 dB is provided whatever the selected range. The gain control response time is less than 1 ?s for a 40 dB change. The differential gain control interface allows the use of either differential or single-ended positive or negative control voltages. Several of these amplifiers may be cascaded and their gain control gains offset to optimize the system SNR.The AD603 can drive a load impedance as low as 100 ? with low distortion. For a 500 ? load in shunt with 5 pF, the total harmonic distortion for a ?1 V sinusoidal output at 10 MHz is typically ?60 dBc. The peak specified output is ?2.5 V minimum into a 500 ? load. The AD603 uses a patented proprietary circuit topology?the X-AMP?. The X-AMP comprises a variable attenuator of 0 dB to ?42.14 dB followed by a fixed-gain amplifier. Because of the attenuator, the amplifier never has to cope with large inputs and can use negative feedback to define its (fixed) gain and dynamic performance. The attenuator has an input resistance of 100 ?, laser trimmed to ?3%, and comprises a 7-stage R-2R ladder network, resulting in an attenuation between tap points of 6.021 dB. A proprietary interpolation technique provides a continuous gain control function that is linear in dB.The AD603 is specified for operation from ?40?C to +85?C.Applications RF/IF AGC amplifiers Video gain controls A/D range extensions Signal measurements
