The SSM3515 is a fully integrated, high efficiency, mono Class-D audio amplifier with digital inputs. The application circuit requires a minimum of external components and can operate from a single 4.5 V to 17 V supply. It can deliver 8.4 W of output power into an 8 Ω load or 15.8 W into an 4 Ω load from a 12 V power supply, or 31.3 W into an 4 Ω load from a 17 V power supply, all with 1% THD + N.The SSM3515 features a high efficiency, low noise modulation scheme that requires no external LC output filters. This scheme provides high efficiency even at low output power. It operates with 92% efficiency at 7 W into an 8 Ω load or 88% efficiency at 15 W into 4 Ω from a 12 V supply.Spread spectrum pulse density modulation provides lower EMI radiated emissions compared with other Class-D architectures, particularly above 100 MHz.The digital input eliminates the need for an external digital-to-analog converter (DAC). The SSM3515 has a micropower shutdown mode with a typical shutdown current of 39 nA at the 12 V PVDD supply. The device also includes pop and click suppression circuitry that minimizes voltage glitches at the output during turn on and turn off.The SSM3515 operates with or without an I2C control interface. The SSM3515 is specified over the commercial temperature range (−40°C to +85°C). It has built in thermal shutdown and output short-circuit protection. The ADA4940-1 / ADA4940-2 are low noise, low distortion differential amplifiers with very low power consumption. They are an ideal choice for driving low power, high resolution, high performance SAR and sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with resolutions up to 18 bits from dc to 1 MHz on only 1.25 mA of quiescent current. The adjustable level of the output common-mode voltage allows the ADA4940-1 /  ADA4940-2 to match the input common-mode voltage of multiple ADCs. The internal common-mode feedback loop provides exceptional output balance, as well as suppression of even-order harmonic distortion products.With the ADA4940-1 / ADA4940-2, differential gain configurations are easily realized with a simple external feedback network of four resistors determining the closed-loop gain of the amplifier. The ADA4940-1 / ADA4940-2 are fabricated using Analog Devices, Inc., complementary bipolar process, enabling them to achieve very low levels of distortion with an input voltage noise of only 3.9 nV/√Hz. The low dc offset and excellent dynamic performance of the ADA4940-1 / ADA4940-2 make them well suited for a variety of data acquisition and signal processing applications.The ADA4940-1 is available in a Pb-free, 3 mm × 3 mm, 16-lead LFCSP. The ADA4940-2 is available in a Pb-free, 4 mm × 4 mm, 24-lead LFCSP. The pinout is optimized to facilitate printed circuit board (PCB) layout and minimize distortion. The AD8009 is an ultrahigh speed current feedback amplifier with a phenomenal 5,500 V/µs slew rate that results in a rise time of 545 ps, making it ideal as a pulse amplifier.The high slew rate reduces the effect of slew rate limiting and results in the large signal bandwidth of 440 MHz required for high resolution video graphic systems. Signal quality is maintained over a wide bandwidth with worst case distortion of -40 dBc @ 250 MHz (G = +10, 1 V p-p). For applications with multitone signals such as IF signal chains, the third order Intercept (3IP) of 12 dBm is achieved at the same frequency. This distortion performance coupled with the current feedback architecture make the AD8009 a flexible component for a gain stage amplifier in IF/RF signal chains.The AD8009 is capable of delivering over 175 mA of load current and will drive four back terminated video loads while maintaining low differential gain and phase error of 0.02% & 0.04° respectively. The high drive capability is also reflected in the ability to deliver 10 dBm of output power @ 70 MHz with -38 dBc SFDR.The AD8009 is available in a small SOIC package and will operate over the industrial temperature range -40° C to +85° C. The AD8065/AD80661 FastFET™ amplifiers are voltage feedback amplifiers with FET inputs offering high performance and ease of use. The AD8065 is a single amplifier, and the AD8066 is a dual amplifier. These amplifiers are developed in the Analog Devices, Inc. proprietary XFCB process and allow exceptionally low noise operation (7.0 nV/√Hz and 0.6 fA/√Hz) as well as very high input impedance.With a wide supply voltage range from 5 V to 24 V, the ability to operate on single supplies, and a bandwidth of 145 MHz, the AD8065/AD8066 are designed to work in a variety of applications. For added versatility, the amplifiers also contain rail-to-rail outputs.Despite the low cost, the amplifiers provide excellent overall performance. The differential gain and phase errors of 0.02% and 0.02°, respectively, along with 0.1 dB flatness out to 7 MHz, make these amplifiers ideal for video applications. Additionally, they offer a high slew rate of 180 V/µs, excellent distortion (SFDR of −88 dBc @ 1 MHz), extremely high common-mode rejection of −100 dB, and a low input offset voltage of 1.5 mV maximum under warmed up conditions. The AD8065/AD8066 operate using only a 6.4 mA/amplifier typical supply current and are capable of delivering up to 30 mA of load current.The AD8065/AD8066 are high performance, high speed, FET input amplifiers available in small packages: SOIC-8, MSOP-8, and SOT-23-5.
