The ADA4610-1/ADA4610-2/ADA4610-4 are precision junction field effect transistor (JFET) amplifiers that feature low input noise voltage, current noise, offset voltage, input bias current, and rail-to-rail output. The ADA4610-1 is a single amplifier, the ADA4610-2 is a dual amplifier, and the ADA4610-4 is a quad amplifier.The combination of low offset, noise, and very low input bias current makes these amplifiers especially suitable for high impedance sensor amplification and precise current measurements using shunts. With excellent dc precision, low noise, and fast settling time, the ADA4610-1/ADA4610-2/ADA4610-4 provide superior accuracy in medical instruments, electronic measurement, and automated test equipment. Unlike many competitive amplifiers, the ADA4610-1/ADA4610-2/ADA4610-4 maintain fast settling performance with substantial capacitive loads. Unlike many older JFET amplifiers, the ADA4610-1/ADA4610-2/ADA4610-4 do not suffer from output phase reversal when input voltages exceed the maximum common-mode voltage range. The fast slew rate and great stability with capacitive loads make the ADA4610-1/ADA4610-2/ADA4610-4 ideal for high performance filters. Low input bias currents, low offset, and low noise result in a wide dynamic range for photodiode amplifier circuits. Low noise and distortion, high output current, and excellent speed make the ADA4610-1/ADA4610-2/ ADA4610-4 great choices for audio applications.The ADA4610-1/ADA4610-2/ADA4610-4 are specified over the −40°C to +125°C extended industrial temperature range.The ADA4610-1 is available in an 8-lead SOIC package and in a 5-lead SOT-23 package. The ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4 are the next generation of the AD820/AD822/AD824 single-supply, rail-to-rail output (RRO), precision junction field effect transistors (JFET) input op amps. The ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4 include many improvements that make them desirable as upgrades without compromising the flexibility and ease of use that makes the AD820/AD822/AD824 useful for a wide variety of applications.The input voltage range includes the negative supply and the output swings rail-to-rail. Input EMI filters increase the signal robustness in the face of closely located switching noise sources.The speed, in terms of bandwidth and slew rate, increases along with a strong output drive to improve settling time performance and enables the devices to drive the inputs of modern single-ended, successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converters (ADCs).Voltage noise is reduced; although the supply current remains the same as the AD820/AD822/AD824, broadband noise is reduced by 25%, and 1/f is reduced by half. DC precision in the ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4 improved from the AD820/AD822/AD824 with half the offset and a maximum thermal drift specification added to the ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4. The common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) is improved from the AD820/AD822/AD824 to make the ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4 more suitable when used in noninverting gain and difference amplifier configurations.The ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4 are specified for operation over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C, and operate from 5 V to 30 V, with specifications at +5 V, ±5 V, and ±15 V. The ADA4622-1 is available in a 5-lead SOT-23 package and an 8-lead LFCSP package. The ADA4622-2 is available in an 8-lead SOIC_N package, an 8-lead MSOP package, and an 8-lead LFCSP package. The ADA4805-1 is a high speed voltage feedback rail-to-rail output amplifier with an exceptionally low quiescent current of 495 μA, making it ideal for low power, high resolution data conversion systems. Despite being low power, this amplifier provides excellent overall performance. It offers a high bandwidth of 105 MHz at a gain of 1, high slew rate of 160 V/μs, and a low input offset voltage of 125 μV maximum.A shutdown pin allows further reduction of the quiescent supply current to 3 μA. For power sensitive applications, the shutdown mode offers very fast turn-on time of 3 μs from shutdown to fully on (output settled to 16 bits). This allows the user to dynamically manage the power of the amplifier by turning the amplifier off between ADC samples.The Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary extra fast complementary bipolar (XFCB) process allows for both low voltage and low current noise (5.9 nV/√Hz, 0.6 pA/√Hz). The ADA4805-1 operates over a wide range of supply voltages from ±1.5 V to ±5 V, as well as from single 3 V and 5 V supplies, making it ideal for high speed, low power instruments.The ADA4805-1 amplifier is available in both a 6-lead SOT-23 and a 6-lead SC70 package. The SSM3582 is a fully integrated, high efficiency, digital input stereo Class-D audio amplifier. It can operate from a single supply, and requires only a few external components, significantly reducing the circuit bill of materials.A proprietary, spread spectrum Σ-Δ modulation scheme enables direct connection to the speaker, and ensures state-of-the-art analog performance while lowering radiated emissions compared to other Class-D architectures. An optional ultralow electromagnetic interference (EMI) mode significantly reduces radiated emissions above 100 MHz, enabling longer speaker cable lengths. Audio is transmitted digitally to the amplifier, minimizing the possibility of signal corruption in digital environments. The amplifier provides outstanding analog performance, with an over 106 dB signal-to-noise ratio and a vanishingly low 0.004% THD + N.The SSM3582 operates from a single 4.5 V to 16 V supply, and is capable of delivering 2 × 15 W rms continuously into 8 Ω and 4 Ω loads at <1% total harmonic distortion (THD). The efficient modulation scheme maintains excellent power efficiency over a wide range of impedances: 93% into an 8 Ω load and 90% into a 4 Ω load. Optimization of the output pulse maintains performance at impedances as low as 3 Ω/5 μH, enabling its use with extended bandwidth tweeters.The pulse code modulation (PCM) audio serial port supports most common protocols, such as I2S, left justified, and time division multiplexing (TDM), and can address up to 16 devices on a single interface, for up to 32 audio playback channels.IC operation is controlled through a dedicated I2C interface. The two ADDRx pins (2×, 5-level) define up to 16 individual addresses in I2C and standalone modes, and automatically set the default TDM slots attribution.A micropower shutdown mode is triggered by removing the digital audio interface clock, with a typical current of <1 μA. A software power-down mode is also available.An automatic power-down feature shuts down the amplifier and the digital-to-analog converter (DAC) when no signal is present at the input, minimizing power consumption during digital silence. The device restarts when nonzero data is present at the input. Mute and unmute transitions are pop/click free.The SSM3582 is specified over the commercial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.
