The ADA4084-1 (single), ADA4084-2 (dual), and ADA4084-4 (quad) are single-supply, 10 MHz bandwidth amplifiers featuring rail-to-rail inputs and outputs. They are guaranteed to operate from +3 V to +30 V (or ±1.5 V to ±15 V).These amplifiers are well suited for single-supply applications requiring both ac and precision dc performance. The combination of wide bandwidth, low noise, and precision makes the ADA4084-1/ADA4084-2/ADA4084-4 useful in a wide variety of applications, including filters and instrumentation.Other applications for these amplifiers include portable telecommunications equipment, power supply control and protection, and use as amplifiers or buffers for transducers with wide output ranges. The ADA4177-1 single-channel, ADA4177-2 dual-channel, and ADA4177-4 quad-channel amplifiers feature low offset voltage (2 μV typical) and drift (1 μV/°C maximum), low input bias current, low noise, and low current consumption (500 μA typical). Outputs are stable with capacitive loads of more than 1000 pF with no external compensation.The inputs of the ADA4177-1/ADA4177-2/ADA4177-4 feature outstanding precision amplifier robustness, providing input protection against signal excursions 32 V beyond either supply, as well as 70 dB of rejection for electromagnetic interference (EMI) at 1000 MHz.Applications for these amplifiers include sensor signal conditioning (such as thermocouples, resistor thermal detectors (RTDs), and strain gages), process control front-end amplifiers, and precision diode power measurement in optical and wireless transmission systems.The ADA4177-1/ADA4177-2/ADA4177-4 operate over the −40°C to +125°C industrial temperature range. The ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4 are the next generation of the AD820/AD822/AD824 single-supply, rail-to-rail output (RRO), precision junction field effect transistors (JFET) input op amps. The ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4 include many improvements that make them desirable as upgrades without compromising the flexibility and ease of use that makes the AD820/AD822/AD824 useful for a wide variety of applications.The input voltage range includes the negative supply and the output swings rail-to-rail. Input EMI filters increase the signal robustness in the face of closely located switching noise sources.The speed, in terms of bandwidth and slew rate, increases along with a strong output drive to improve settling time performance and enables the devices to drive the inputs of modern single-ended, successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converters (ADCs).Voltage noise is reduced; although the supply current remains the same as the AD820/AD822/AD824, broadband noise is reduced by 25%, and 1/f is reduced by half. DC precision in the ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4 improved from the AD820/AD822/AD824 with half the offset and a maximum thermal drift specification added to the ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4. The common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) is improved from the AD820/AD822/AD824 to make the ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4 more suitable when used in noninverting gain and difference amplifier configurations.The ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4 are specified for operation over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C, and operate from 5 V to 30 V, with specifications at +5 V, ±5 V, and ±15 V.
