EVAL-ADCMP562BRQZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADCMP561/ADCMP562 are high speed comparators fabricated on Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary XFCB process. The devices feature a 700 ps propagation delay with less than 75 ps overdrive dispersion. Dispersion, a measure of the difference in propagation delay under differing overdrive conditions, is a particularly important characteristic of comparators. A separate programmable hysteresis pin is available on the ADCMP562.A differential input stage permits consistent propagation delay with a wide variety of signals in the common-mode range from ?2.0 Vto +3.0 V. Outputs are complementary digital signals that are fully compatible with PECL 10 K and 10 KH logic families. The outputs provide sufficient drive current to directly drive transmission lines terminated in 50 ? to VDD ? 2 V. A latch input, which is included, permits tracking, track-and-hold, or sample-and-hold modes of operation. The latch input pins contain internal pull-ups that set the latch in tracking mode when left open. The ADCMP561/ADCMP562 are specified over the industrial temperature range (?40?C to +85?C).Applications Automatic test equipment High speed instrumentation Scope and logic analyzer front ends Window comparators High speed line receivers Threshold detection Peak detection High speed triggers Patient diagnostics Disk drive read channel detection Hand-held test instruments Zero-crossing detectors Line receivers and signal restoration Clock drivers

The LTC6227 are very fast, low noise rail-to-rail output, unity gain stable single/dual op amps, with a gainbandwidth product of 420MHz and a slew rate of 180V/?s. The low input referred voltage noise of only 1nV/?Hz and low distortion of less than ?90dBC for 4VP-P signals at 1MHz makes them ideal for applications that require high dynamic range and deal with very fast signals, such as driving A/D converters. The combination of low offset, low offset drift, high gain (139dB) and high CMRR (114dB) make these excellent devices for high dynamic range applications. The LTC6226 family maintains excellent performance for supply voltages of 2.8V to 11.75V and the devices are fully specified at supplies of 3V, 5V and 10V (?5V).With an input range extending to the negative rail and rail-to-rail output stage, the operational amplifier can accommodate wide swinging signals, and true single supply operation. For space constrained applications, the amplifiers come in 2mm ? 2mm DFN (single) and 3mm ? 3mm DFN (dual) packages. The devices are also available in 8-lead SOIC,TSOT-23 and MS8E.These amplifiers can be used as replacements for many high speed op amps to improve speed, noise and dynamic range.?Applications Optical Electronics: Fast AC-Coupled Transimpedance Amplifiers Driving High Dynamic Range A/D Converters Active Filters Video Amplifiers Low Voltage Low Distortion Amplification

The LT1993-2 is a low distortion, low noise Differential Ampli?er/ADC driver for use in applications from DC to 800MHz. The LT1993-2 has been designed for ease of use, with minimal support circuitry required. Exceptionally low input-referred noise and low distortion products (with either single-ended or differential inputs) make the LT1993-2 an excellent solution for driving high speed 12-bit and 14-bit ADCs. In addition to the normal un? ltered outputs (+OUT and ?OUT), the LT1993-2 has a built-in 175MHz differential low pass ?lter and an additional pair of ?ltered outputs (+OUTFILTERED, ?OUTFILTERED) to reduce external ?ltering components when driving high speed ADCs. The output common mode voltage is easily set via the VOCM pin, eliminating either an output transformer or AC-coupling capacitors in many applications. The LT1993-2 is designed to meet the demanding requirements of communications transceiver applications. It can be used as a differential ADC driver, a general-purpose differential gain block, or in any other application requiring differential drive. The LT1993-2 can be used in data acquisition systems required to function at frequencies down to DC.The LT1993-2 operates on a 5V supply and consumes 100mA. It comes in a compact 16-lead 3 ? 3 QFN package and operates over a ?40?C to 85?C temperature range.Applications Differential ADC Driver for: Imaging Communications Differential Driver/Receiver Single Ended to Differential Conversion Differential to Single Ended Conversion Level Shifting IF Sampling Receivers SAW Filter Interfacing/Buffering
