The LTC6227 are very fast, low noise rail-to-rail output, unity gain stable single/dual op amps, with a gainbandwidth product of 420MHz and a slew rate of 180V/?s. The low input referred voltage noise of only 1nV/?Hz and low distortion of less than ?90dBC for 4VP-P signals at 1MHz makes them ideal for applications that require high dynamic range and deal with very fast signals, such as driving A/D converters.The combination of low offset, low offset drift, high gain (139dB) and high CMRR (114dB) make these excellent devices for high dynamic range applications.The LTC6226 family maintains excellent performance for supply voltages of 2.8V to 11.75V and the devices are fully specified at supplies of 3V, 5V and 10V (?5V).With an input range extending to the negative rail and rail-to-rail output stage, the operational amplifier can accommodate wide swinging signals, and true single supply operation.For space constrained applications, the amplifiers come in 2mm ? 2mm DFN (single) and 3mm ? 3mm DFN (dual) packages. The HMC974LC3C is a silicon germanium (SiGe) monolithic, ultra fast window comparator that features reduced swing positive emitter-coupled logic (RSPECL) output drivers that are level latched. Three output ports detect whether an analog input signal is above, below, or between two reference levels supplied at the input.The outputs are single-ended negative logic. Incorporating two proven comparators at the input provides good dc and dynamic matching and reduces the input capacitance. The AD603 is a low noise, voltage-controlled amplifier for use in RF and IF AGC systems. It provides accurate, pin-selectable gains of ?11 dB to +31 dB with a bandwidth of 90 MHz or +9 dB to 51+ dB with a bandwidth of 9 MHz. Any intermediate gain range may be arranged using one external resistor. The input referred noise spectral density is only 1.3 nV/?Hz, and power consumption is 125 mW at the recommended ?5 V supplies.The decibel gain is linear in dB, accurately calibrated, and stable over temperature and supply. The gain is controlled at a high impedance (50 M?), low bias (200 nA) differential input; the scaling is 25 mV/dB, requiring a gain control voltage of only 1 V to span the central 40 dB of the gain range. An overrange and underrange of 1 dB is provided whatever the selected range. The gain control response time is less than 1 ?s for a 40 dB change.The differential gain control interface allows the use of either differential or single-ended positive or negative control voltages. Several of these amplifiers may be cascaded and their gain control gains offset to optimize the system SNR.The AD603 can drive a load impedance as low as 100 ? with low distortion. For a 500 ? load in shunt with 5 pF, the total harmonic distortion for a ?1 V sinusoidal output at 10 MHz is typically ?60 dBc. The peak specified output is ?2.5 V minimum into a 500 ? load.The AD603 uses a patented proprietary circuit topology?the X-AMP?. The X-AMP comprises a variable attenuator of 0 dB to ?42.14 dB followed by a fixed-gain amplifier. Because of the attenuator, the amplifier never has to cope with large inputs and can use negative feedback to define its (fixed) gain and dynamic performance. The attenuator has an input resistance of 100 ?, laser trimmed to ?3%, and comprises a 7-stage R-2R ladder network, resulting in an attenuation between tap points of 6.021 dB. The AD8038 single amplifier in the 8-lead SOIC package has a disable feature. Despite being low power and low cost, the amplifier provides excellent overall performance. The AD8304 is a monolithic logarithmic detector optimized for the measurement of low frequency signal power in fiber optic systems. It uses an advanced translinear technique to provide an exceptionally large dynamic range in a versatile and easily used form. Its wide measurement range and accuracy are achieved using proprietary design techniques and precise laser trimming. In most applications only a single positive supply, VP, of 5 V will be required, but 3.0 V to 5.5 V can be used, and certain applications benefit from the added use of a negative supply, VN. When using low supply voltages, the log slope is readily altered to fit the available span.
