The ADuM3210/ADuM3211 are dual-channel, digital isolators based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technology, this isolation component provides outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as optocoupler devices.By avoiding the use of LEDs and photodiodes, iCoupler devices remove the design difficulties commonly associated with optocouplers. The typical optocoupler concerns regarding uncertain current transfer ratios, nonlinear transfer functions, and temperature and lifetime effects are eliminated with the simple iCoupler digital interfaces and stable performance characteristics. The need for external drivers and other discrete components is eliminated with these iCoupler products. Furthermore, iCoupler devices consume one-tenth to one- sixth the power of optocouplers at comparable signal data rates. The ADuM3210/ADuM3211 isolators provide two independent isolation channels in two channel configurations with data rates up to 25 Mbps (see the Ordering Guide). They operate with 3.3 V or 5 V supply voltages on either side, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems, as well as enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier. The ADuM3210/ADuM3211 isolators have a default output low characteristic in comparison to the ADuM3200/ADuM3201 models, which have a default output high characteristic. The ADuM3210W and ADuM3211W models are automotive grade versions qualified for 125°C operation. In comparison to the ADuM1200/ADuM1201 isolator, the ADuM3210/ADuM3211 isolators contain various circuit and layout changes providing increased capability relative to system-level IEC 61000-4-x testing (ESD, burst, and surge). The precise capability in these tests for either the ADuM1200/ADuM1201 or ADuM3210/ADuM3211 products is strongly determined by the design and layout of the user’s board or module. The ADV3200/ADV3201 are 32 × 32 analog crosspoint switch matrices. They feature a selectable sync-tip clamp input forac-coupled applications and an on-screen display (OSD) insertion mux. With −48 dB of crosstalk and −80 dB isolationat 5 MHz, the ADV3200/ADV3201 are useful in many high density routing applications. The 0.1 dB flatness out to 60 MHz makes the ADV3200/ADV3201 ideal for composite video switching. The 32 independent output buffers of the ADV3200/ADV3201 can be placed into a high impedance state for paralleling crosspoint outputs so that off-channels present minimal loading to an output bus if building a larger array. The part is available in gain of +1 (ADV3200) or +2 (ADV3201) for ease of use in back-terminated load applications. A single 5 V supply, dual ±2.5 V supplies, or dual ±3.3 V supplies (G = +2) can be used while consuming only 250 mA of idle current with all outputs enabled. The channel switching is performed via a double buffered, serial digital control, which can accommodate daisy chaining of several devices. The ADV3200/ADV3201 are packaged in a 176-lead exposed pad LQFP (24 mm × 24 mm) and are available over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.Applications CCTV surveillance Routing of high speed signals including Composite video (NTSC, PAL, S, SECAM) RGB and component video routing Compressed video (MPEG, Wavelet) Video conferencing

The AD7891 is an 8-channel, 12-bit data acquisition system with a choice of either parallel or serial interface structure. The part contains an input multiplexer, an on-chip track/hold amplifier, a high speed 12-bit ADC, a 2.5 V reference, and a high speed interface. The part operates from a single 5 V supply and accepts a variety of analog input ranges across two models, the AD7891-1 (±5 V and ±10 V) and the AD7891-2 (0 V to +2.5 V, 0 V to +5 V, and ±2.5 V).The AD7891 provides the option of either a parallel or serial interface structure determined by the MODE pin. The part has standard control inputs and fast data access times for both the serial and parallel interfaces, ensuring easy interfacing to modern microprocessors, microcontrollers, and digital signal processors. In addition to the traditional dc accuracy specifications, such as linearity, full-scale and offset errors, the part is also specified for dynamic performance parameters, including harmonic distortion and signal-to-noise ratio.Power dissipation in normal mode is 82 mW typical; in the standby mode, this is reduced to 75 mW typ. The part is available in a 44-terminal MQFP and a 44-lead PLCC.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS The AD7891 is a complete monolithic 12-bit data acquisition system that combines an 8-channel multiplexer, 12-bit ADC, 2.5 V reference, and track/hold amplifier on a single chip. The AD7891-2 features a conversion time of 1.6 ms and an acquisition time of 0.4 ms. This allows a sample rate of 500 kSPS when sampling one channel and 62.5 kSPS when channel hopping. These sample rates can be achieved using either a software or hardware convert start. The AD7891-1 has an acquisition time of 0.6 ms when using a hardware convert start and an acquisition time of 0.7 ms when using a software convert start. These acquisition times allow sample rates of 454.5 kSPS and 435 kSPS, respectively, for hardware and software convert start. Each channel on the AD7891 has overvoltage protection. AD5235BRUZ25-RL7
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD5235 is a dual-channel, nonvolatile memory, digitallycontrolled potentiometer with 1024-step resolution, offeringguaranteed maximum low resistor tolerance error of ±8%.The device performs the same electronic adjustment functionas a mechanical potentiometer with enhanced resolution, solidstate reliability, and superior low temperature coefficient performance. The versatile programming of the AD5235 via anSPI®-compatible serial interface allows 16 modes of operationand adjustment including scratchpad programming, memorystoring and restoring, increment/decrement, ±6 dB/step log taperadjustment, wiper setting readback, and extra EEMEM for user-definedinformation such as memory data for other components,look-up table, or system identification information. In the scratchpad programming mode, a specific setting canbe programmed directly to the RDAC register, which sets theresistance between Terminal W and Terminal A and Terminal Wand Terminal B. This setting can be stored into the EEMEMand is restored automatically to the RDAC register duringsystem power-on.The EEMEM content can be restored dynamically or throughexternal PR strobing, and a WP function protects EEMEMcontents. To simplify the programming, the independent orsimultaneous linear-step increment or decrement commandscan be used to move the RDAC wiper up or down, one step ata time. For logarithmic ±6 dB changes in the wiper setting, theleft or right bit shift command can be used to double or halve theRDAC wiper setting. The AD5235 patterned resistance tolerance is stored in theEEMEM. The actual end-to-end resistance can, therefore, beknown by the host processor in readback mode. The host canexecute the appropriate resistance step through a softwareroutine that simplifies open-loop applications as well asprecision calibration and tolerance matching applications. The AD5235 is available in a thin, 16-lead TSSOP package. The part is guaranteed to operate over the extended industrialtemperature range of −40°C to +85°C.Applications DWDM laser diode driver, optical supervisory systems Mechanical potentiometer replacement Instrumentation: gain, offset adjustment Programmable voltage-to-current conversion Programmable filters, delays, time constants Programmable power supply Low resolution DAC replacement Sensor calibration
