The ADuM7640 / ADuM7641 / ADuM7642 / ADuM7643 are 6-channel digital isolators based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. These 1 kV digital isolation devices are packaged in a small 20-lead QSOP. They offer space savings and a lower price than 2.5 kV or 5 kV isolation solutions when only functional isolation is needed.This family, like many Analog Devices isolators, offers very low power consumption, using one-tenth to one-sixth the power of other digital isolators, with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 3.0 V to 5.5 V. Despite their low power consumption, the ADuM7640 / ADuM7641 / ADuM7642 / ADuM7643 provide low pulse width distortion (< 6 ns for C grade) and a channel-by-channel glitch filter to protect the device against extraneous noise disturbances. The ADV3200/ADV3201 are 32 × 32 analog crosspoint switch matrices. They feature a selectable sync-tip clamp input forac-coupled applications and an on-screen display (OSD) insertion mux. With −48 dB of crosstalk and −80 dB isolationat 5 MHz, the ADV3200/ADV3201 are useful in many high density routing applications. The 0.1 dB flatness out to 60 MHz makes the ADV3200/ADV3201 ideal for composite video switching.The 32 independent output buffers of the ADV3200/ADV3201 can be placed into a high impedance state for paralleling crosspoint outputs so that off-channels present minimal loading to an output bus if building a larger array. The part is available in gain of +1 (ADV3200) or +2 (ADV3201) for ease of use in back-terminated load applications. The AD5291 and AD5292 are single-channel, 256-/1024-position digital potentiometers that combine industry leading variable resistor performance with nonvolatile memory (NVM) in a compact package. These devices are capable of operating across a wide voltage range, supporting both dual supply operation at ±10.5 V to ±16.5 V and single supply operation at +21 V to +33 V, while ensuring less than 1% end-to-end resistor tolerance error and offering 20-time programmable (20-TP) memory.The guaranteed industry leading low resistor tolerance error feature simplifies open-loop applications as well as precision calibration and tolerance matching applications.The AD5291 and AD5292 device wiper settings are controllable through the SPI digital interface. The AD736 is a low power, precision, monolithic true rms-to-dc converter. It is laser trimmed to provide a maximum error of ±0.3 mV ± 0.3% of reading with sine wave inputs. Furthermore, it maintains high accuracy while measuring a wide range of input waveforms, including variable duty-cycle pulses and triac (phase)-controlled sine waves. The low cost and small size of this converter make it suitable for upgrading the performance of non-rms precision rectifiers in many applications. Compared to these circuits, the AD736 offers higher accuracy at an equal or lower cost.The AD736 can compute the rms value of both ac and dc input voltages. It can also be operated as an ac-coupled device by adding one external capacitor. In this mode, the AD736 can resolve input signal levels of 100 μV rms or less, despite variations in temperature or supply voltage. High accuracy is also maintained for input waveforms with crest factors of 1 to 3. In addition, crest factors as high as 5 can be measured (introducing only 2.5% additional error) at the 200 mV full-scale input level.The AD736 has its own output buffer amplifier, thereby pro-viding a great deal of design flexibility. Requiring only 200 μA of power supply current, the AD736 is optimized for use in portable multimeters and other battery-powered applications.The AD736 allows the choice of two signal input terminals: a high impedance FET input (1012 Ω) that directly interfaces with High-Z input attenuators and a low impedance input (8 kΩ) that allows the measurement of 300 mV input levels while operating from the minimum power supply voltage of +2.8 V, −3.2 V. The two inputs can be used either single ended or differentially.The AD736 has a 1% reading error bandwidth that exceeds 10 kHz for the input amplitudes from 20 mV rms to 200 mV rms while consuming only 1 mW.The AD736 is available in four performance grades. The AD736J and AD736K grades are rated over the 0°C to +70°C and −20°C to +85°C commercial temperature ranges. The AD736A and AD736B grades are rated over the −40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range. The device performs the same electronic adjustment function as a mechanical potentiometer with enhanced resolution, solid state reliability, and remote controllability. The AD5231 has versatile programming that uses a standard 3-wire serial interface for 16 modes of operation and adjustment, including scratchpad programming, memory storing and restoring, increment/decrement, ±6 dB/step log taper adjustment, wiper setting readback, and extra EEMEM for user-defined information, such as memory data for other components, look-up table, or system identification information.In scratchpad programming mode, a specific setting can be programmed directly to the RDAC register that sets the resistance between Terminals W–A and Terminals W–B. The AD5258 provides a compact, nonvolatile 3 mm × 4.9 mm packaged solution for 64-position adjustment applications. These devices perform the same electronic adjustment function as mechanical potentiometers or variable resistors, but with enhanced resolution and solid-state reliability.The wiper settings are controllable through an I2C-compatible digital interface that is also used to read back the wiper register and EEPROM content in addition, resistor tolerance is stored within EEPROM, providing an end-to-end tolerance accuracy of 0.1%.
