The AD5560 is a high performance, highly integrated device power supply consisting of programmable force voltages and measure ranges. This part includes the required DAC levels to set the programmable inputs for the drive amplifier, as well as clamping and comparator circuitry. Offset and gain correction is included on-chip for DAC functions. A number of programmable measure current ranges are available: five internal fixed ranges and two external customer-selectable ranges (EXTFORCE1 and EXTFORCE2) that can supply currents up to ±1.2 A and ±500 mA, respectively. The voltage range possible at this high current level is limited by headroom and the maximum power dissipation. Current ranges in excess of ±1.2 A or at high current and high voltage combinations can be achieved by paralleling or ganging multiple DPS devices. The AD736 is a low power, precision, monolithic true rms-to-dc converter. It is laser trimmed to provide a maximum error of ±0.3 mV ± 0.3% of reading with sine wave inputs. Furthermore, it maintains high accuracy while measuring a wide range of input waveforms, including variable duty-cycle pulses and triac (phase)-controlled sine waves. The low cost and small size of this converter make it suitable for upgrading the performance of non-rms precision rectifiers in many applications. Compared to these circuits, the AD736 offers higher accuracy at an equal or lower cost.The AD736 can compute the rms value of both ac and dc input voltages. It can also be operated as an ac-coupled device by adding one external capacitor. In this mode, the AD736 can resolve input signal levels of 100 μV rms or less, despite variations in temperature or supply voltage. High accuracy is also maintained for input waveforms with crest factors of 1 to 3. In addition, crest factors as high as 5 can be measured (introducing only 2.5% additional error) at the 200 mV full-scale input level.The AD736 has its own output buffer amplifier, thereby pro-viding a great deal of design flexibility. Requiring only 200 μA of power supply current, the AD736 is optimized for use in portable multimeters and other battery-powered applications.The AD736 allows the choice of two signal input terminals: a high impedance FET input (1012 Ω) that directly interfaces with High-Z input attenuators and a low impedance input (8 kΩ) that allows the measurement of 300 mV input levels while operating from the minimum power supply voltage of +2.8 V, −3.2 V. The two inputs can be used either single ended or differentially.The AD736 has a 1% reading error bandwidth that exceeds 10 kHz for the input amplitudes from 20 mV rms to 200 mV rms while consuming only 1 mW.The AD736 is available in four performance grades. The AD7891 is an 8-channel, 12-bit data acquisition system with a choice of either parallel or serial interface structure. The part contains an input multiplexer, an on-chip track/hold amplifier, a high speed 12-bit ADC, a 2.5 V reference, and a high speed interface. The part operates from a single 5 V supply and accepts a variety of analog input ranges across two models, the AD7891-1 (±5 V and ±10 V) and the AD7891-2 (0 V to +2.5 V, 0 V to +5 V, and ±2.5 V).The AD7891 provides the option of either a parallel or serial interface structure determined by the MODE pin. This means an overvoltage on an unselected channel does not affect the conversion on a selected channel. The AD5227 is Analog Devices’ latest 64-step up/down control digital potentiometer. This device performs the same electronic adjustment function as a 5 V potentiometer or variable resistor. Its simple 3-wire up/down interface allows manual switching or high speed digital control. The AD5227 presets to midscale at power-up. When CS is enabled, the devices changes step at every clock pulse. The direction is determined by the state of the U/D pin (see ). The interface is simple to activate by any host controller, discrete logic, or manually with a rotary encoder or pushbuttons. The ADuM7223 is a 4A isolated, half-bridge gate driver that employ Analog Devices, Inc.’s iCoupler® technology to provide independent and isolated high-side and low-side outputs. The ADuM7640 / ADuM7641 / ADuM7642 / ADuM7643 are 6-channel digital isolators based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology.
