The ADuCM4050WL EZ-KIT® and ADuCM4050LF EZ-KIT®, Analog Devices, Inc. are an evaluation system for the ADuCM4050 MCU, for the WLCSP and LFCSP packages respectively.
The ADuCM4050 processor is an ultra low-power integrated mixed-signal microcontroller system for processing,
control and connectivity. The MCU system is based on the ARM Cortex-M4F processor. The MCU also has a collection
of digital peripherals, embedded SRAM and flash memory, and an analog subsystem which provides clocking,
reset, and power management capability in addition to an ADC subsystem.
The EZ-KIT contains an array of three connectors that support the ADF7xxx Wireless Transceiver series of daughterboard
products. Refer to ADF7xxx Wireless Transceiver Daughterboard Interface for more information.
The EZ-KIT contains Expansion Interface 3 (EI3) and Arduino interfaces. These interfaces provide connections for daughterboards to expand the functionality of the EZ-KIT. Refer to Expansion Interface 3 and Arduino Interface for more information.
The evaluation board is designed to be used with with the IAR, Keil or CrossCore Embedded Studio development environments for advanced application code development and debug, such as:
Create, compile, assemble, and link application programs written in C++, C, and assembly

The HMC955LC4B is a 1 to 2 Demux designed to support data transmission rates up to 32 Gbps. The demux uses both rising and falling edges of the half-rate clock to sample the data in sequence 01-02 and latches the data on the rising edge into the differential outputs. The demux also has high-speed clock synchronous invert input that allows for scrambling of the data. The HMC955LC4B also features an output level control pin, VR, which allows for loss compensation or for signal level optimization.All differential inputs to the HMC955LC4B are CML and terminated on-chip with 50 Ohms to the positive supply, GND, and may be AC or DC coupled. The differential CML outputs are source terminated to 50 Ohms and may also be AC or DC coupled. Outputs can be connected directly to a 50 Ohm ground-terminated system or drive devices with CML logic input. The ADIN1200 is a low power, single-port, 10 Mbps and 100 Mbps Ethernet transceiver with low latency specifications designedfor industrial Ethernet applications.This design integrates an energy efficient Ethernet (EEE) physical layer device (PHY) core with all associated common analog circuitry, input and output clock buffering, management interface and subsystem registers, and media access control (MAC) interface and control logic to manage the reset, clock control and pin configuration.The ADIN1200 is available in a 5 mm ? 5 mm, 32-lead leadframe chip scale package (LFCSP) and can operate with a single3.3 V supply, assuming the use of a 3.3 V MAC interface supply.For maximum flexibility in system level design, a separate VDDIOsupply enables the management data input/output (MDIO) andMAC interface supply voltages to be configured independentlyof the other circuitry on the ADIN1200 allowing operation at1.8 V, 2.5 V, or 3.3 V.
