LT3472EDD | Boost and Inverting DC/DC Converters, VIN = 2.7V – 4.2V, VOUT1 = 15V @ 25mA–45mA, VOUT2 = –8V @ 35mA–65mA
Analog Devices Inc.
Demonstration circuit 760 is a dual, output, 1.1MHz Boost/Inverter in a 3mm x 3mm DFN featuring the LT3472EDD. The demo circuit demonstrates small size and low component count in a Boost Circuit and an Inverting Circuit. The Boost Converter is designed to convert a 2.7V–4.2V input to 15V output at 25mA– 45mA load. The Inverting Circuit generates a –8V output at 35mA–65mA from the same input. Since the maximum VIN of the LT3472EDD is 16V, this demo circuit will work well at higher inputs. The only limitation is the 10V rating of the input capacitor.

LTC3221EDC-3.3 Demo Board | Micropower Regulated Charge Pump, 1.8V ≤ VIN ≤ 4.4V, VOUT = 3.3V @ Up to 60mA
Analog Devices Inc.
Demonstration circuit 862 is a micropower regulated charge pump DC/DC converter featuring the 60mA output LTC3221 in a 2mmx2mm DFN package. It comes in three assembly versions, DC862A-A, DC862A-B and DC862A-C, featuring the LTC3221EDC-3.3 (fixed 3.3V output), the LTC3221EDC-5 (fixed 5V output) , and LTC3221EDC (adjustable output set to 3V), respectively. The demo board input voltage range depends on the IC used; for the 3.3V output DC862A-A, the input voltage range is 1.8V to 4.4V.
The LTC3221's low 8µA no-load quiescent current is even lower than the self-discharging current of many batteries. By employing a constant current to charge the output, the output ripple is low even at high input and light load, and is fairly constant over the full input voltage range.

The LTC3240-3.3/LTC3240-2.5 are step-up/step-down charge pump DC/DC converters that produce a fixed regulated output voltage of 3.3V or 2.5V over a wide input voltage range (1.8V to 5.5V).With input voltages greater than the regulated output voltage the LTC3240 operates as a low dropout regulator. Once the input voltage drops within 100mV of the regulated output voltage the part automatically switches to step-up mode. In step-up mode the LTC3240 operates as a constant frequency (1.2MHz) doubling charge pump. The LTC3240-3.3/LTC3240-2.5 feature low no load operating current (65?A typical) and ultralow operating current in shutdown (<1?A). Built-in soft-start circuitry prevents excessive inrush current during start-up. Thermal shutdown and current-limit circuitry allow the parts to survive a continuous short-circuit from VOUT to GND. The LTC3240-3.3/LTC3240-2.5 require only three tiny external ceramic capacitors for an ultrasmall application footprint. The LTC3240-3.3/LTC3240-2.5 are available in a 6-pin (2mm ? 2mm) DFN package.Applications 2 AA to 2.5V 2-3 AA/Li-Ion to 3.3V Low Power Supplies for Cameras, I/O Supplies, Audio, PC Cards, Misc. The LTC4367 protects applications where power supply input voltages may be too high, too low or even negative. It does this by controlling the gate voltages of a pair of external N-channel MOSFETs to ensure that the output stays within a safe operating range. The LTC4367 withstands voltages between ?40V and 100V and has an operating range of 2.5V to 60V, while consuming only 70?A in normal operation. Two comparator inputs allow configuration of the overvoltage (OV) and undervoltage (UV) set points using an external resistive divider. A shutdown pin provides external control for enabling and disabling the MOSFETs as well as placing the device in a low current shutdown state. A fault output indicates that the GATE pin is pulling low when the part is in shutdown or the input voltage is outside the UV and OV set points. The LTC4367 has a 32ms turn-on delay that debounces live connections and blocks 50Hz to 60Hz AC power. For fast recovery after faults, the LTC4367-1 has a reduced turn-on delay of 500?s.Applications Portable InstrumentationIndustrial AutomationAutomotive Surge (Load Dump) ProtectionNetwork Equipment
