ADM810TARTZ-REEL7
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADM810 supervisory circuit monitors the power supply voltage in microprocessor systems. It provides a reset output during power-up, power-down and brownout conditions. On power-up, an internal timer holds reset asserted for 240ms. This holds the microprocessor in a reset state until conditions have stabilized. The RESET output remains operational with VCC as low as 1V. The ADM810 provides an active-high reset signal (RESET) and has a push-pull output stage.Seven reset threshold options are available. The reset comparator features built-in glitch immunity, making it immune to fast transients on VCC.The ADM810 is available in 3-lead SOT-23 and SC70 and consumes only 17µA, making it suitable for low power portable equipment.APPLICATIONS Microprocessor systems Computers Controllers Intelligent instruments Automotive systems

ADP1715ARMZ-R7
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADP1715 / ADP1716 are low dropout, CMOS linear regulators that operate from 2.5 V to 5.5 V and provide up to 500 mA of output current. Using an advanced proprietary architecture, they provide high power supply rejection and achieve excellent line and load transient response with just a small 2.2 μF ceramic output capacitor.Three versions of this part are available, one with fixed output voltage options and variable soft start (ADP1715), one with adjustable output voltage and fixed soft start (ADP1715 Adjustable), and one with voltage tracking in fixed output voltage options (ADP1716). The fixed output voltage options are internally set to one of sixteen values between 0.75 V and 3.3 V; the adjustable output voltage can be set to any value between 0.8 V and 5.0 V by an external voltage divider connected from OUT to ADJ. The variable soft start uses an external capacitor at SS to control the output voltage ramp. Tracking limits the output voltage to the at-or-below voltage at the TRK pin.The ADP1715 / ADP1716 are available in 8-lead thermally enhanced MSOP packages, making them not only a very compact solution but also providing excellent thermal performance for applications requiring up to 500 mA of output current in a small, low profile footprint.APPLICATIONS Notebook computers Memory components Telecommunications equipment Network Equipment DSP/FPGA/µP supplies Instrumentation equipment/data acquisition systems

The LTC3415 is a high efficiency, monolithic synchronous buck regulator using a phase lockable constant frequency, current mode architecture. PolyPhase® operation allows multiple LTC3415s to run out of phase while using minimal input and output capacitance. The operating supply range is from 5.5V down to 2.5V, making it suitable for single Lithium-Ion battery as well as point of load power supply applications. Burst Mode operation provides high efficiency at low load currents. 100% duty cycle provides low dropout operation that extends operating time in battery-operated systems. The operating frequency is internally set at 1.5MHz, allowing the use of small surface mount inductors. For switching-noise sensitive applications, it can be externally synchronized from 0.75MHz to 2.25MHz. The PHMODE pin allows user control of the phase of the outgoing clock signal. The current sense comparator is factory trimmed for accurate output current sharing. Burst Mode operation is inhibited during synchronization or when the MODE pin is pulled low to reduce noise and RF interference.Applications Point of Load Power Supply Portable Instruments Distributed Power Systems Battery-Powered Equipment

ADP3301ARZ-3.3-RL
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADP3301 is a member of the ADP330x family of precision low dropout anyCAP® voltage regulators. The ADP3301 stands out from the conventional LDOs with a novel architecture, an enhanced process and a new package. Its patented design includes a noninverting wideband driver and a stage that permits the use of an internal “pole splitting” capacitor to stabilize the feedback loop with a single output capacitor as small as 0.47 µF. This device is stable with any type of capacitor regardless of its ESR (Equivalent Serial Resistance) value, including ceramic types (MLCC) for space restricted applications. The ADP3301 achieves exceptional accuracy of ±0.8% at room temperature and ±1.4% overall accuracy over temperature, line and load regulations. The dropout voltage of the ADP3301 is only 100 mV (typical) at 100 mA.In addition to the new architecture and process, ADI’s new proprietary thermally enhanced package (Thermal Coastline) can handle 1 W of power dissipation without external heat sink or large copper surface on the PC board. This keeps PC board real estate to a minimum and makes the ADP3301 very attractive for use in portable equipment. The ADP3301 operates with a wide input voltage range from 3 V to 12 V and delivers a load current in excess of 100 mA. It features an error flag that signals when the device is about to lose regulation or when the short circuit or thermal overload protection is activated.
