The HMC1061LC5 is a silicon germanium (SiGe), monolithic, fully differential, dual rank, track-and-hold amplifier that provides unprecedented bandwidth and dynamic range performance to wideband sampled signal systems. The track-and-hold amplifier offers precision signal sampling over an 18 GHz bandwidth, with 9-bit to 10-bit linearity from dc to beyond 5 GHz input frequency, 1.45 mV noise, and <70 fs random aperture jitter.The HMC1061LC5 can be clocked to 4 GSPS with minimal dynamic range loss. The track-and-hold amplifier can be used to expand the bandwidth and/or high frequency linearity of high speed analog to digital conversion and signal acquisition systems. The HMC215LP4(E) is a high linearity, double-balanced converter IC that operates from 1.7 to 4.0 GHz and delivers a +25 dBm input third order intercept point. The LO amplifier output and high dynamic range mixer input are positioned so that an external LO filter can be placed in series between them. The converter provides 32 dB of LO to RF isolation and is ideal for upconverter and down converter applications.The IC operates from a single +5V supply consuming 56 mA of current and accepts a LO drive level of 2 to 6 dBm. The design requires no external baluns and supports IF frequencies between DC and 1 GHz. The HMC306MS10(E) is a general purpose broadband 5-bit positive control GaAs IC digital attenuator in 10 lead MSOP surface mount plastic package. Covering 0.7 to 3.8 GHz, the insertion loss is typically less than 1.5 to 2.3 dB. These attenuators’ bit values are 0.5 (LSB), 1, 2, 4 and 8 dB for a total attenuation of 15.5 dB. Attenuation accuracy is excellent at ± 0.2 dB typical with an IIP3 of up to +52 dBm. Five bit control voltage inputs, toggled between 0 and +3 to +5V, are used to select each attenuation state. The HMC565 features 22 dB of small signal gain, 2.3 dB of noise figure and has a consistent IP3 of 20 dBm across the operating band. HMC611

The HMC611 SiGe BiCMOS Logarithmic Detector/Controller generates a voltage that is proportional to the log of the RF power envelop presented to its input. The HMC611 employs a successive compression topology which delivers extremely high dynamic range and conversion accuracy over a wide input frequency range. As the input power is increased, successive amplifiers move into saturation one by one creating an accurate approximation of the logarithm function. The output of a series of square law detectors is summed, converted into voltage domain and buffered to drive the LOGOUT output. For detection mode, the LOGOUT pin is shorted to the VSET input, and will provide a nominal logarithmic slope of -25 mV/dB and an intercept of 18 dBm (22 dBm for ƒ ≥ 5.8 GHz).
