The HMC273AMS10G(E) is a general purposebroadband 5-Bit positive control GaAs IC digitalattenuator in a 10 lead MSOP plastic package.Covering 0.7 to 3.8 GHz, the insertion loss is typicallyless than 3 dB. The attenuator bit values are1 (LSB), 2, 4, 8, and 16 dB for a total attenuationof 31 dB. Accuracy is excellent at ±0.2 dB typicalwith an IIP3 of up to +46 dBm. Five bit control voltageinputs, toggled between 0 and +3 to +5 volts, areused to select each attenuation state. A single Vddbias of +3 to +5 volts applied through an external5K Ohm resistor is required.Applications Cellular; UMTS/3G infrastructure ISM, MMDS, WLAN, WiMAX Microwave radio & VSAT Test equipment and sensors

The HMC463LH250 is a GaAs MMIC pHEMT LowNoise AGC Distributed Amplifier packaged in ahermetic surface mount package which operatesbetween 2 and 20 GHz. The amplifier provides 13dB of gain, 3 dB noise figure and 18 dBm of outputpower at 1 dB gain compression while requiring only60 mA from a +5V supply. An optional gate bias(Vgg2) is provided to allow Adjustable Gain Control(AGC) of 8 dB typical. Gain flatness is excellent at±0.5 dB from 2 - 14 GHz making the HMC463LH250ideal for EW, ECM RADAR, test equipment andHigh-Reliability applications. The HMC478 devices are SiGe, heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT), gain block MMIC, SMT amplifiers covering dc to 4 GHz. These amplifiers can be used as cascadable 50 Ω RF/IF gain stages as well as LO or PA drivers with up to 17 dBm or 20 dBm output power. These amplifiers offer 22 dB or 23 dB of gain with 31 dBm, 32 dBm, or 33 dBm output IP3 at 850 MHz, while requiring only 62 mA from a single positive supply. The Darlington feedback topology results in reduced sensitivity to normal process variations and excellent gain stability over temperature while requiring a minimal number of external bias components.Applications Cellular/PCS/3G/4G Fixed wireless and WLAN CATV, cable modem, and direct broadcast satellite (DBS) Microwave radio and test equipment 

The HMC480ST89(E) is a InGaP HBT Gain Block MMIC SMT amplifiers covering DC to 5 GHz and packaged in an industry standard SOT89. The amplifier can be used as a cascadable 50 Ohm RF/IF gain stage as well as a LO or PA driver with up to +20 dBm P1dB output power for cellular/3G, FWA, CATV, microwave radio and test equipment applications. The HMC480ST89(E) offers 19 dB of gain with a +34 dBm output IP3 at 1 GHz while requiring only 82 mA from a single positive supply. The HMC480ST89(E) InGaP gain blocks offer excellent output IP3 and flat +19 to +20dBm output power performance through 5 GHz compared to equivalent SiGe based products.Applications Cellular / PCS / 3G  Fixed Wireless & WLAN  CATV, Cable Modem & DBS  Microwave Radio & Test Equipment

The HMC496LP3(E) is a low noise Wideband Direct Quadrature Modulator RFIC which are ideal for digital modulation applications from 4 - 7 GHz including; WLL, U-NII, WLAN & microwave radios. Housed in a compact 3x3 mm (LP3) SMT QFN package, the RFIC requires minimal external components & provides a low cost alternative to more complicated double upconversion architectures.The RF output port is matched to 50 Ohms with no external components. The LO requires -3 to +6 dBm and can be driven in either differential or single-ended mode while the Baseband inputs will support modulation inputs from DC - 250 MHz typical. This device is optimized for a supply voltage of +3V @ 93 mA and will provide stable performance over a +2.7V to +3.3V range.Applications Fixed Wireless or WLL  U-NII Radios  802.11a & HiperLAN WLAN  C-band Microwave Radios

The HMC593LP3 / HMC593LP3E are versatile, high dynamic range GaAs MMIC Low Noise Amplifiers that integrate a low loss LNA bypass mode on the IC. The amplifier is ideal for WiBro & WiMAX receivers operating between 3.3 and 3.8 GHz and provides 1.2 dB noise figure, 19 dB of gain and +29 dBm IP3 from a single supply of +5V @ 40mA.Input and output return losses are 23 and 13 dB respectively with no external matching components required. A single control line (0/+3V) is used to switch between LNA mode and a low 2 dB loss bypass mode reducing the current consumption to 10 A.Applications Wireless Infrastructure Fixed Wireless WiMAX & WiBro Tower Mounted Amplifiers 

The HMC615LP4(E) is a high linearity, GaAs FET converter IC that operates from 2.3 to 4.0 GHz and deliver a +35 dBm input third order intercept point. The LO amplifier output and high dynamic range mixer input are positioned so that an external LO filter can be placed in series between them.The IC operates from a single +5V supply consuming 65 mA of current and accepts a LO drive level of -2 to +6 dBm. The design requires no external baluns and supports IF frequencies between DC and 1 GHz.
