The HMC617LP3(E) is a GaAs PHEMT MMIC Low Noise Amplifier that is ideal for Cellular/3G and LTE/4G basestation front-end receivers operating between 550 and 1200 MHz. The amplifier has been optimized to provide 0.5 dB noise figure, 16 dB gain and +37 dBm output IP3 from a single supply of +5V. Input and output return losses are excellent and the LNA requires minimal external matching and bias decoupling components.The HMC617LP3(E) shares the same package and pinout with the HMC618LP3(E) 1.7 - 2.2 GHz LNA. The HMC617LP3(E) can be biased with +3V to +5V and features an externally adjustable supply current which allows the designer to tailor the linearity performance of the LNA for each application. The HMC617LP3(E) offers improved noise figure versus the previously released HMC372LP3(E) and the HMC376LP3(E).Applications Cellular/3G and LTE/4G BTS & Infrastructure Repeaters and Femtocells Public Safety Radio Access Points

HMC984LP4E is a high-performance, ultra-low phase noise, SiGe BiCMOS Phase-Frequency Detector and Charge Pump targeted to be used together with the HMC983LP5E (Fractional Frequency Divider) to together form a high performance, low noise, ultra low spurious emission fractional-N frequency synthesizer.Although best performance and maximum features are achieved when used together with the HMC983LP5E, the HMC984LP4E can also be used as a stand-alone, low phase noise phase frequency detector.The HMC984LP4E can receive differential VCO input, and a reference frequency as high as 150 MHz. It features a 14-bit reference frequency R-Divider, and automatic and/or configurable Lock Detect Indicator, as well as integrated CSP (Cycle Slip Prevention) capability, when used together with the HMC983LP5E, that significantly improves frequency lock time.Integrated Charge Pump phase swap option enables seamless interfaced to VCOs and active loop filters with inverted polarity.Additional features include adjustable Charge Pump gain and offset current that improve linearity and performance, and a Soft Reset feature that resets all register to default values without having to perform a power-cycle.The HMC984LP4E is housed in a compact 24 pin 4×4 mm LP4 package.

The HMC1021LP4E is an RMS power detector with an integrated high bandwidth envelope detector. The RMS output is a temperature compensated, monotonic, linear-in-dB representation of real RF signal power, measured over an input sensing range of 70 dB.The envelope detector provides an accurate voltage output which is linearly proportional to the envelope amplitude of the RF input signal for modulation bandwidths up to 150 MHz. The high bandwidth envelope detection of the HMC1021LP4E makes it ideal for detecting broadband and high crest factor RF signals commonly used in CDMA2000, WCDMA, and LTE systems. Additionally, the instantaneous envelope output can be used to create fast, excessive RF power protection, PA linearization, and efficiency enhancing envelopetracking PA implementations.The HMC1021LP4E’s RMS detector integration bandwidth is digitally programmable via input pins SCI1-4 over a range of more than 4 decades. The HMC215LP4(E) is a high linearity, double-balanced converter IC that operates from 1.7 to 4.0 GHz and delivers a +25 dBm input third order intercept point. The LO amplifier output and high dynamic range mixer input are positioned so that an external LO filter can be placed in series between them. The converter provides 32 dB of LO to RF isolation and is ideal for upconverter and down converter applications.The IC operates from a single +5V supply consuming 56 mA of current and accepts a LO drive level of 2 to 6 dBm. The HMC306MS10(E) is a general purpose broadband 5-bit positive control GaAs IC digital attenuator in 10 lead MSOP surface mount plastic package. Covering 0.7 to 3.8 GHz, the insertion loss is typically less than 1.5 to 2.3 dB. These attenuators’ bit values are 0.5 (LSB), 1, 2, 4 and 8 dB for a total attenuation of 15.5 dB. Attenuation accuracy is excellent at ± 0.2 dB typical with an IIP3 of up to +52 dBm. Five bit control voltage inputs, toggled between 0 and +3 to +5V, are used to select each attenuation state.
