The HMC311ST89(E) is a GaAs InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) Gain Block MMIC SMT DC to 6 GHz amplifiers. Packaged in an industry standard SOT89, the amplifier can be used as either a cascadable 50 Ohm gain stage or to drive the LO of HMC mixers with up to +16.5 dBm output power. The HMC311ST89(E) offers 16 dB of gain and an output IP3 of +31.5 dBm while requiring only 54 mA from a +5V supply. The HMC374(E) is a general purpose broad band Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) for use in the 0.3 - 3.0 GHz frequency range. The LNA provides 15 dB of gain and a 1.5 dB noise figure from a single positive supply of +2.75 to +5.5V. The low noise figure coupled with a high P1dB (22 dBm) and high OIP3 (37 dBm) make this part ideal for cellular applications. The compact LNA design utilizes on-chip matching for repeatable gain and noise figure performance. The HMC423MS8(E) is a double balanced mixer IC with integrated LO amplifi​er. This mixer can operate as an upconverter or downconverter between 0.6 GHz and 1.3 GHz. With the integrated LO amplifier, the mixer requires an LO drive level of only 0 dBm, and requires only 15mA from a single positive +3V rail.
