ADG601BRTZ-REEL7
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADG601 / ADG602 are monolithic, CMOS single-pole single-throw (SPST) switches with on resistance typically less than 2.5 Ω. The low on-resistance flatness makes the ADG601 / ADG602 ideally suited to many applications, particularly those requiring low distortion. These switches are ideal replacements for mechanical relays because they are more reliable, have lower power requirements, and are available in much smaller package sizes. The ADG601 is a normally open (NO) switch, and the ADG602 is a normally closed (NC) switch. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when the device is on, with the input signal range extending to the supply rails. The switches are available in tiny, 6-lead SOT-23; 8-lead MSOP; and 820 μm × 2255 μm die.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS Low on resistance (2 Ω typical) Dual ±2.7 V to ±5.5 V or single +2.7 V to +5.5 V supplies Tiny, 6-lead SOT-23; 8-lead MSOP; and 820 μm × 2255 μm die Rail-to-rail input signal rangeAPPLICATIONS Automatic test equipment Power routing Communication systems Data acquisition systems Sample-and-hold systems Avionics Relay replacement Battery-powered systems

ADG609BNZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADG609 is a monolithic CMOS analog multiplexer comprising four differential channels. The ADG609 switches one of four differential inputs to a common differential output as determined by the 2-bit binary address lines A0 and A1. An EN input on both devices is used to enable or disable the device. When disabled, all channels are switched OFF.The ADG609 is designed on an enhanced LC2 MOS process which provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed and low on resistance. Each channel conducts equally well in both directions when ON and has an input signal range which extends to the supplies. In the OFF condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked. All channels exhibit break before make switching action preventing momentary shorting when switching channels. Inherent in the design is low charge injection for minimum transients when switching the digital inputs.

The ADG774 is a monolithic CMOS device comprising four 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexers with high impedance outputs. The CMOS process provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed and low on resistance. The on-resistance variation is typically less than 0.5 Ω with an input signal ranging from 0 V to 5 V.The bandwidth of the ADG774 is greater than 200 MHz and this, coupled with low distortion (typically 0.5%), makes the part suitable for switching fast ethernet signals. The on-resistance profile is very flat over the full analog input range ensuring excellent linearity and low distortion when switching audio signals. Fast switching speed, coupled with high signal bandwidth, also makes the parts suitable for video signal switching. CMOS construction ensures ultralow power dissipation making the parts ideally suited for portable and battery powered instruments.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS Wide –3 dB Bandwidth, 240 MHz. Ultralow Power Dissipation. Extended Signal Range. The ADG774 is fabricated on a CMOS process giving an increased signal range that fully extends to the supply rails. Low Leakage Over Temperature. ADL5387-EVALZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADL5387 is a broadband quadrature I/Q demodulator that covers an RF/IF input frequency range from 30 MHz to 2 GHz. With a NF = 13.2 dB, IP1dB = 12.7 dBm, and IIP3 = 32 dBm @ 450 MHz, the ADL5387 demodulator offers outstanding dynamic range suitable for the demanding infrastructure direct-conversion requirements. The differential RF/IF inputs provide a well-behaved broadband input impedance of 50 Ω and are best driven from a 1:1 balun for optimum performance.Ultrabroadband operation is achieved with a divide-by-2 method for local oscillator (LO) quadrature generation. Over a wide range of LO levels, excellent demodulation accuracy is achieved with amplitude and phase balances ~0.05 dB and ~0.4°, respectively. The demodulated in-phase (I) and quadrature (Q) differential outputs are fully buffered and provide a voltage conversion gain of >4 dB. The buffered baseband outputs are capable of driving a 2 Vp-p differential signal into 200 Ω.The fully balanced design minimizes effects from second-order distortion. The leakage from the LO port to the RF port is 60 dBm.The ADL5387 operates off a single 4.75 V to 5.25 V supply. The supply current is adjustable with an external resistor from the BIAS pin to ground. The ADL5387 is fabricated using the Analog Devices, Inc. advanced silicon-germanium bipolar process and is available in a 24-lead exposed paddle LFCSP.APPLICATIONS QAM/QPSK RF/IF demodulators W-CDMA/CDMA/CDMA2000/GSM Microwave point-to-(multi)point radios Broadband wireless and WiMAX Broadband CATVs

The ADM485E / ADM487E / ADM1487E are 5 V low power data transceivers with ±15 kV ESD protection suitable for half duplex communication on multipoint bus transmission lines. They are designed for balanced data transmission and comply with TIA/EIA standards RS-485 and RS-422. The ADM487E and the ADM1487E have a 1/4 unit load receiver input impedance that allows up to 128 transceivers on a bus, while the ADM485E allow up to 32 transceivers on a bus. Since only one driver is enabled at any time, the output of a disabled or powerdown driver is three-stated to avoid overloading the bus.The driver outputs are slew rate-limited in order to reduce EMI and data errors caused by reflections from improperly terminated buses. Excessive power dissipation caused by bus contention or output shorting is prevented with a thermal shutdown circuit. The parts are fully specified over the industrial temperature ranges and are available in 8-lead SOIC packagesAPPLICATIONS Energy/power metering Lighting systems Industrial control Telecommunications Security systems Instrumentation

ADM6711SAKSZ-REEL
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADM6711/ADM6713 are reset generator circuits suitable for use in microprocessor-based systems. They provide a reset signal on power-up, power-down, and whenever the supply voltage falls below a preset threshold. In addition, both parts have a debounced manual reset input so that a reset signal can also be initiated with an external switch or logic signal. With six different reset threshold options available ranging from 2.32 V to 4.63 V, the ADM6711/ADM6713 are suitable for monitoring 2.5 V, 3 V, 3.3 V, and 5 V supplies. A reset timeout of at least 140 ms occurs when VCC rises above the threshold. This gives the supply voltage time to stabilize before the microprocessor starts up.The ADM6711 has a push-pull output, so no additional external components are needed. The ADM6713 open-drain output requires an external pull-up resistor that can be connected to a voltage higher than VCC, if desired. The parts are highly reliable with accurate voltage references and immunity to fast, negative-going transients on VCC. Low current consumption and space-efficient, 4-lead SC70 packaging make the ADM6711/ADM6713 ideal for use in low power portable applications.APPLICATIONS Microprocessor systems Computers Controllers Intelligent instruments Automotive systems
