The ADXL326 is a small, low power, complete 3-axis accelerometer with signal conditioned voltage outputs. The product measures acceleration with a minimum full-scale range of ±16 g. It can measure the static acceleration of gravity in tilt-sensing applications, as well as dynamic acceleration, resulting from motion, shock, or vibration.The user selects the bandwidth of the accelerometer using the CX, CY, and CZ capacitors at the XOUT, YOUT, and ZOUT pins. Bandwidths can be selected to suit the application with a range of 0.5 Hz to 1600 Hz for X and Y axes and a range of 0.5 Hz to 550 Hz for the Z axis.The ADXL326 is available in a small, low profile, 4 mm × 4 mm × 1.45 mm, 16-lead, plastic lead frame chip scale package (LFCSP_LQ).

The AD22100 is a monolithic temperature sensor with on-chip signal conditioning. It can be operated over the temperature range -50°C to +150°C, making it ideal for use in numerous HVAC, instrumentation and automotive applications.The signal conditioning eliminates the need for any trimming, buffering or linearization circuitry, greatly simplifying the system design and reducing the overall system cost.The output voltage is proportional to the temperature times the supply voltage (ratiometric). The output swings from 0.25 V at -50°C to +4.75 V at +150°C using a single +5.0 V supply.Due to its ratiometric nature, the AD22100 offers a cost effective solution when interfacing to an analog-to-digital converter. The AD22105 is a solid state thermostatic switch. Requiring only one external programming resistor, the AD22105 can be set to switch accurately at any temperature in the wide operating range of -40°C to +150°C. Using a novel circuit architecture, the AD22105 asserts an open collector output when the ambient temperature exceeds the user-programmed setpoint temperature. The AD22105 has approximately 4°C of hysteresis which prevents rapid thermal on/off cycling.The AD22105 is designed to operate on a single power supply voltage from +2.7 V to +7.0 V facilitating operation in battery powered applications as well as in industrial control systems. Because of low power dissipation (230 µW @ 3.3 V), self-heating errors are minimized and battery life is maximized.An optional internal 200 k(ohm) pull-up resistor is included to facilitate driving light loads such as CMOS inputs.Alternatively, a low power LED indicator may be driven directly. The ADXRS624 is a complete angular rate sensor (gyroscope) that uses the Analog Devices, Inc., surface-micromachining process to create a functionally complete and low cost angular rate sensor integrated with all required electronics on one chip. The manufacturing technique for this device is the same high volume BiMOS process used for high reliability automotive airbag accelerometers.The ADXRS624 is an automotive grade gyroscope. Automotive grade gyroscopes have more extensive guaranteed min/max specifications due to automotive testing.The output signal, RATEOUT (1B, 2A), is a voltage proportional to angular rate about the axis normal to the top surface of the package. The output is ratiometric with respect to a provided reference supply. A single external resistor between SUMJ and RATEOUT can be used to lower the scale factor. An external capacitor sets the bandwidth. Other external capacitors are required for operation. A temperature output is provided for compensation techniques. Two digital self-test inputs electromechanically excite the sensor to test proper operation of both the sensor and the signal conditioning circuits. The ADXL346 is a small, thin, ultralow power, 3-axis accelerometer with high resolution (13-bit) measurement at up to ±16g. Digital output data is formatted as 16-bit twos complement and is accessible through either an SPI (3- or 4-wire) or I2C® digital interface.The ADXL346 is well suited for mobile device applications. It measures the static acceleration of gravity in tilt-sensing applications, as well as dynamic acceleration resulting from motion or shock. Its high resolution (4 mg/LSB) enables measurement of inclination changes of less than 1.0°.Several special sensing functions are provided. Activity and inactivity sensing detect the presence or lack of motion by comparing the acceleration on any axis with user-set thresholds. Tap sensing detects single and double taps in any direction. Free-fall sensing detects if the device is falling. Orientation detection is capable of concurrent four- and six-position sensing and a user-selectable interrupt on orientation change for 2D or 3D applications. These functions can be mapped individually to either of two interrupt output pins. The AD8494/AD8495/AD8496/AD8497 are precision instrumentation amplifiers with thermocouple cold junction compensators on an integrated circuit. They produce a high level (5 mV/°C) output directly from a thermocouple signal by combining an ice point reference with a precalibrated amplifier. They can be used as standalone thermometers or as switched output setpoint controllers using either a fixed or remote setpoint control.The AD8494/AD8495/AD8496/AD8497 can be powered from a single-ended supply (less than 3 V) and can measure temperatures below 0°C by offsetting the reference input. To minimize self-heating, an unloaded AD849x typically operates with a total supply current of 180 μA, but it is also capable of delivering in excess of ±5 mA to a load.The AD8494 and AD8496 are precalibrated by laser wafer trimming to match the characteristics of J type (iron-constantan) thermocouples; the AD8495 and AD8497 are laser trimmed to match the characteristics of K type (chromel-alumel) thermo-couples. See Table 1 on the data sheet for the optimized ambient temperature range of each part.The AD8494/AD8495/AD8496/AD8497 allow a wide variety of supply voltages. With a 5 V single supply, the 5 mV/°C output allows the devices to cover nearly 1000 degrees of a thermo-couple’s temperature range.The AD8494/AD8495/AD8496/AD8497 work with 3 V supplies, allowing them to interface directly to lower supply ADCs. They can also work with supplies as large as 36 V in industrial systems that require a wide common-mode input range.Product Highlights Complete, precision laser wafer trimmed thermocouple signal conditioning system in a single IC package. The ADIS16488A iSensor® device is a complete inertial systemthat includes a triaxis gyroscope, a triaxis accelerometer, triaxismagnetometer, and pressure sensor. Each inertial sensor in theADIS16488A combines industry-leading iMEMS® technologywith signal conditioning that optimizes dynamic performance.The factory calibration characterizes each sensor for sensitivity,bias, alignment, and linear acceleration (gyroscope bias). As aresult, each sensor has its own dynamic compensation formulas thatprovide accurate sensor measurements.The ADIS16488A provides a simple, cost-effective method forintegrating accurate, multiaxis inertial sensing into industrialsystems, especially when compared with the complexity andinvestment associated with discrete designs. All necessary motiontesting and calibration are part of the production process at thefactory, greatly reducing system integration time. Tight orthogonalalignment simplifies inertial frame alignment in navigation systems.The SPI and register structure provide a simple interface fordata collection and configuration control.The ADIS16488A uses the same footprint and connector system asthe ADIS16375, ADIS16480, and ADIS16485, which greatlysimplifies the upgrade process.
