The ADT7311 is a high accuracy digital temperature sensor in a narrow 8-lead SOIC package. It contains a band gap temperature reference and a 16-bit ADC to monitor and digitize the temperature to a 0.0078°C resolution. The ADC resolution, by default, is set to 13 bits (0.0625°C). The ADC resolution is a user programmable mode that can be changed through the serial interface.The ADT7311 is guaranteed to operate over supply voltages from 2.7 V to 5.5 V. Operating at 3.3 V, the average supply current is typically 210 μA. The ADT7311 has a shutdown mode that powers down the device and offers a shutdown current of typically 2 μA. The ADT7311 is rated for operation over the −40°C to +150°C temperature range.The CT pin is an open-drain output that becomes active when the temperature exceeds a programmable critical temperature limit. The default critical temperature limit is 147°C. The INT pin is also an open-drain output that becomes active when the temperature exceeds a programmable limit. The AD8494/AD8495/AD8496/AD8497 are precision instrumentation amplifiers with thermocouple cold junction compensators on an integrated circuit. They produce a high level (5 mV/°C) output directly from a thermocouple signal by combining an ice point reference with a precalibrated amplifier. They can be used as standalone thermometers or as switched output setpoint controllers using either a fixed or remote setpoint control.The AD8494/AD8495/AD8496/AD8497 can be powered from a single-ended supply (less than 3 V) and can measure temperatures below 0°C by offsetting the reference input. To minimize self-heating, an unloaded AD849x typically operates with a total supply current of 180 μA, but it is also capable of delivering in excess of ±5 mA to a load.The AD8494 and AD8496 are precalibrated by laser wafer trimming to match the characteristics of J type (iron-constantan) thermocouples; the AD8495 and AD8497 are laser trimmed to match the characteristics of K type (chromel-alumel) thermo-couples. See Table 1 on the data sheet for the optimized ambient temperature range of each part.The AD8494/AD8495/AD8496/AD8497 allow a wide variety of supply voltages. With a 5 V single supply, the 5 mV/°C output allows the devices to cover nearly 1000 degrees of a thermo-couple’s temperature range.The AD8494/AD8495/AD8496/AD8497 work with 3 V supplies, allowing them to interface directly to lower supply ADCs. The AD7416 is a temperature-monitoring onlydevice in an 8-lead package.The temperature sensor on the parts can be accessed via multiplexerChannel 0. When Channel 0 is selected and a conversionis initiated, the resulting ADC code at the end of the conversiongives a measurement of the ambient temperature (±1°C @ 25°C).On-chip registers can be programmed with high and low temperaturelimits, and an open-drain overtemperature indicator (OTI)output is provided, which becomes active when a programmedlimit is exceeded.A configuration register allows programming of the sense of theOTI output (active high or active low) and its operating mode(comparator or interrupt). A programmable fault queue counterallows the number of out-of-limit measurements that mustoccur before triggering the OTI output to be set to preventspurious triggering of the OTI output in noisy environments.An I2C® compatible serial interface allows the AD7416/AD7417/AD7418 registers to be written to and read back. The ADXL213 is a low cost, low power, complete dual axis accelerometer with signal conditioned, duty cycle modulated outputs, all on a single monolithic IC. The ADXL213 measures acceleration with a full-scale range of ±1.2 g (typical). The ADXL213 can measure both dynamic acceleration (e.g., vibration) and static acceleration (e.g., gravity).The outputs are digital signals whose duty cycles (ratio of pulse width to period) are proportional to acceleration (30%/g). The duty cycle outputs can be directly measured by a microcontroller without an A/D converter or glue logic.Innovative design techniques are used to ensure high zero g bias stability (typically better than 0.25 mg/°C), as well as tight sensitivity stability (typically better than 50 ppm/°C).The typical noise floor is 160 μg/√, allowing signals below 1 mg (0.06° of inclination) to be resolved in tilt sensing applications using narrow bandwidths (The user selects the bandwidth of the accelerometer usingcapacitors CX and CYM at the XFILT and YFILT pins. The ADIS16203 is a complete incline-angle measurement system ina single compact package enabled by the Analog Devices, Inc.,iSensor™ integration. By enhancing the Analog Devices iMEMS®sensor technology with an embedded signal processing solution, the ADIS16203 provides factory-calibrated, sensor-to-digital incline-angle data in a convenient format that can be accessed using aserial peripheral interface (SPI). The SPI interface provides access to multiple measurements: 360° linear inclination angles, ±180°linear incline angles, temperature, power supply, and one auxiliaryanalog input.
