The TMP03/TMP04 are monolithic temperature detectors thatgenerate a modulated serial digital output that varies in directproportion to the temperature of the device. An onboard sensorgenerates a voltage precisely proportional to absolute temperaturewhich is compared to an internal voltage reference andinput to a precision digital modulator. The ratiometric encodingformat of the serial digital output is independent of the clock drifterrors common to most serial modulation techniques such asvoltage-to-frequency converters. Overall accuracy is ±1.5°C(typical) from –25°C to +100°C, with excellent transducer linearity.The digital output of the TMP04 is CMOS/TTLcompatible, and is easily interfaced to the serial inputs of mostpopular microprocessors. The open-collector output of theTMP03 is capable of sinking 5 mA. The TMP03 is best suitedfor systems requiring isolated circuits utilizing optocouplers orisolation transformers.The TMP03 and TMP04 are specified for operation at supplyvoltages from 4.5 V to 7 V. Operating from 5 V, supply current(unloaded) is less than 1.3 mA.The TMP03/TMP04 are rated for operation over the –40°C to+100°C temperature range in the low cost TO-92, SO-8, andTSSOP-8 surface mount packages. The ADXL203 can measure both dynamic acceleration (for example, vibration) and static acceleration (for example, gravity).The typical noise floor is 110 ?g/?Hz, allowing signals below 1 mg (0.06? of inclination) to be resolved in tilt sensing applications using narrow bandwidths (<60 Hz). The ADIS16260?and ADIS16265 are programmable digital gyroscopes that combine industry-leading MEMS and signal processing technology in a single compact package. They provide accuracy performance that would require full motion calibration with any other MEMS gyroscope in their class. When power is applied, the ADIS16260 and ADIS16265 automatically start up and begin sampling sensor data, without requiring configuration commands from a system processor. An addressable register structure and a common serial peripheral interface (SPI) provide simple access to sensor data and configuration settings.
