The AD22100 is a monolithic temperature sensor with on-chip signal conditioning. It can be operated over the temperature range -50°C to +150°C, making it ideal for use in numerous HVAC, instrumentation and automotive applications.The signal conditioning eliminates the need for any trimming, buffering or linearization circuitry, greatly simplifying the system design and reducing the overall system cost.The output voltage is proportional to the temperature times the supply voltage (ratiometric). The output swings from 0.25 V at -50°C to +4.75 V at +150°C using a single +5.0 V supply.Due to its ratiometric nature, the AD22100 offers a cost effective solution when interfacing to an analog-to-digital converter. The AD22105 is a solid state thermostatic switch. Requiring only one external programming resistor, the AD22105 can be set to switch accurately at any temperature in the wide operating range of -40°C to +150°C. Using a novel circuit architecture, the AD22105 asserts an open collector output when the ambient temperature exceeds the user-programmed setpoint temperature. The AD22105 has approximately 4°C of hysteresis which prevents rapid thermal on/off cycling.The AD22105 is designed to operate on a single power supply voltage from +2.7 V to +7.0 V facilitating operation in battery powered applications as well as in industrial control systems. The ADT7311 is a high accuracy digital temperature sensor in a narrow 8-lead SOIC package. It contains a band gap temperature reference and a 16-bit ADC to monitor and digitize the temperature to a 0.0078°C resolution. The ADC resolution, by default, is set to 13 bits (0.0625°C). The ADC resolution is a user programmable mode that can be changed through the serial interface.The ADT7311 is guaranteed to operate over supply voltages from 2.7 V to 5.5 V. The ADXRS624 is a complete angular rate sensor (gyroscope) that uses the Analog Devices, Inc., surface-micromachining process to create a functionally complete and low cost angular rate sensor integrated with all required electronics on one chip. The manufacturing technique for this device is the same high volume BiMOS process used for high reliability automotive airbag accelerometers.The ADXRS624 is an automotive grade gyroscope. Automotive grade gyroscopes have more extensive guaranteed min/max specifications due to automotive testing.The output signal, RATEOUT (1B, 2A), is a voltage proportional to angular rate about the axis normal to the top surface of the package. The output is ratiometric with respect to a provided reference supply. A single external resistor between SUMJ and RATEOUT can be used to lower the scale factor. An external capacitor sets the bandwidth. Other external capacitors are required for operation. A temperature output is provided for compensation techniques. The TMP03/TMP04 are monolithic temperature detectors thatgenerate a modulated serial digital output that varies in directproportion to the temperature of the device. An onboard sensorgenerates a voltage precisely proportional to absolute temperaturewhich is compared to an internal voltage reference andinput to a precision digital modulator. The ratiometric encodingformat of the serial digital output is independent of the clock drifterrors common to most serial modulation techniques such asvoltage-to-frequency converters. Overall accuracy is ±1.5°C(typical) from –25°C to +100°C, with excellent transducer linearity.The digital output of the TMP04 is CMOS/TTLcompatible, and is easily interfaced to the serial inputs of mostpopular microprocessors.
