The ADXL363 is an ultralow power, three-sensor combination consisting of a 3-axis MEMS accelerometer, a temperature sensor, and an on-board analog-to-digital converter (ADC) input for synchronous conversion of an external signal. The entire system consumes less than 2 μA at a 100 Hz output data rate and 270 nA when in motion triggered wake-up mode.The ADXL363 communicates via a serial port interface (SPI) and always provides 12-bit output resolution for all three sensors.The ADXL363 temperature sensor operates with a scale factor of 0.065°C/LSB (typical). Acceleration and temperature data can be stored in a 512-sample multimode first in, first out (FIFO) buffer, allowing up to 13 sec of data to be stored.In addition to the accelerometer and temperature sensor, the ADXL363 also provides access to an internal ADC for synchronous conversion of an additional analog input.The ADXL363 operates on a wide 1.6 V to 3.5 V supply range, and can interface, if necessary, to a host operating on a separate, lower supply voltage. TheADXRS646 offers superior vibration immunity and accelerationrejection as well as a low bias drift of 12°/hr (typical), enabling itto offer rate sensing in harsh environments where shock andvibration are present.The ADXRS646 is manufactured using the Analog Devices,Inc., patented high volume BiMOS surface-micromachiningprocess. An advanced, differential, quad sensor design providesthe improved acceleration and vibration rejection. The ADA4571 is an anisotropic magnetoresistive (AMR) sensorwith integrated signal conditioning amplifiers and ADC drivers.The ADA4571 produces two analog outputs that indicate theangular position of the surrounding magnetic field.The ADA4571 consists of two die within one package, an AMRsensor, and a fixed gain (G = 40 nominally) instrumentationamplifier. The ADA4571 delivers clean and amplified cosineand sine output signals related to the angle of a rotatingmagnetic field. The output voltage range is ratiometric to thesupply voltage.The sensor contains two Wheatstone bridges, at a relative angleof 45° to one another. A rotating magnetic field in the x-ysensor plane delivers two sinusoidal output signals with thedouble frequency of the angle (α) between sensor and magneticfield direction. The AD8494/AD8495/AD8496/AD8497 are precision instrumentation amplifiers with thermocouple cold junction compensators on an integrated circuit. They produce a high level (5 mV/°C) output directly from a thermocouple signal by combining an ice point reference with a precalibrated amplifier. They can be used as standalone thermometers or as switched output setpoint controllers using either a fixed or remote setpoint control.The AD8494/AD8495/AD8496/AD8497 can be powered from a single-ended supply (less than 3 V) and can measure temperatures below 0°C by offsetting the reference input. To minimize self-heating, an unloaded AD849x typically operates with a total supply current of 180 μA, but it is also capable of delivering in excess of ±5 mA to a load.The AD8494 and AD8496 are precalibrated by laser wafer trimming to match the characteristics of J type (iron-constantan) thermocouples; the AD8495 and AD8497 are laser trimmed to match the characteristics of K type (chromel-alumel) thermo-couples. See Table 1 on the data sheet for the optimized ambient temperature range of each part.The AD8494/AD8495/AD8496/AD8497 allow a wide variety of supply voltages. With a 5 V single supply, the 5 mV/°C output allows the devices to cover nearly 1000 degrees of a thermo-couple’s temperature range.The AD8494/AD8495/AD8496/AD8497 work with 3 V supplies, allowing them to interface directly to lower supply ADCs. They can also work with supplies as large as 36 V in industrial systems that require a wide common-mode input range.Product Highlights Complete, precision laser wafer trimmed thermocouple signal conditioning system in a single IC package.
