The ADXL343 is a versatile 3-axis, digital-output, low g MEMS accelerometer. Selectable measurement range and bandwidth, and configurable, built-in motion detection make it suitable for sensing acceleration in a wide variety of applications. Robustness to 10,000 g of shock and a wide temperature range (−40°C to +85°C) enable use of the accelerometer even in harsh environments.The ADXL343 measures acceleration with high resolution (13-bit) measurement at up to ±16g. Digital output data is formatted as 16-bit twos complement and is accessible through either an SPI (3- or 4-wire) or I2C digital interface. The ADXL343 can measure the static acceleration of gravity in tilt-sensing applications, as well as dynamic acceleration resulting from motion or shock. The ADXL363 is an ultralow power, three-sensor combination consisting of a 3-axis MEMS accelerometer, a temperature sensor, and an on-board analog-to-digital converter (ADC) input for synchronous conversion of an external signal. The entire system consumes less than 2 μA at a 100 Hz output data rate and 270 nA when in motion triggered wake-up mode.The ADXL363 communicates via a serial port interface (SPI) and always provides 12-bit output resolution for all three sensors.The ADXL363 temperature sensor operates with a scale factor of 0.065°C/LSB (typical). The ADXRS646 is a high performance angular rate sensor(gyroscope) that offers excellent vibration immunity. Biasstability is a widely-recognized figure of merit for highperformance gyroscopes, but in real-world applications,vibration sensitivity is often a more significant performancelimitation and should be considered in gyroscope selection. The AD8494/AD8495/AD8496/AD8497 are precision instrumentation amplifiers with thermocouple cold junction compensators on an integrated circuit. They produce a high level (5 mV/°C) output directly from a thermocouple signal by combining an ice point reference with a precalibrated amplifier. They can be used as standalone thermometers or as switched output setpoint controllers using either a fixed or remote setpoint control.The AD8494/AD8495/AD8496/AD8497 can be powered from a single-ended supply (less than 3 V) and can measure temperatures below 0°C by offsetting the reference input. To minimize self-heating, an unloaded AD849x typically operates with a total supply current of 180 μA, but it is also capable of delivering in excess of ±5 mA to a load.The AD8494 and AD8496 are precalibrated by laser wafer trimming to match the characteristics of J type (iron-constantan) thermocouples; the AD8495 and AD8497 are laser trimmed to match the characteristics of K type (chromel-alumel) thermo-couples. The ADIS16490 is a complete inertial system that includes a triaxis gyroscope and a triaxis accelerometer. Each inertial sensor in the ADIS16490 combines industry leading iMEMS® technology with signal conditioning that optimizes dynamic performance. The factory calibration characterizes each sensor for sensitivity, bias, alignment, and linear acceleration (gyroscope bias).
