The HMC1040LP3CE is a self-biased GaAs MMIC Low Noise Amplifier housed in a leadless 3x3 mm plastic surface mount package. The amplifier operates between 24 and 43.5 GHz, delivering 23 dB of small signal gain, 2.2 dB noise figure, and output IP3 of +22 dBm, while requiring only 70 mA from a +2.5 V supply. The P1dB output power of +12 dBm enables the LNA to function as a LO driver for many of Hittite’s balanced, I/Q and image reject mixers. The HMC1127 is a GaAs pHEMT MMIC Distributed Power Amplifier which operates between 2 and 50 GHz. The amplifier provides 14.5 dB of gain, 23 dBm output IP3 and 12.5 dBm of output power at 1 dB gain compression while requiring 80 mA from a +5V supply. The HMC1127 amplifier I/Os are internally matched to 50 Ω facilitating integration into Multi-Chip-Modules (MCMs). The HMC241 is a general-purpose nonreflective SP4T switch in a low cost leadless surface-mount package and a 16-lead QSOP package. Covering DC to 4 GHz, this switch offers high isolation and has a low insertion loss of 0.5 dB to 0.7 dB at 2 GHz. The switch offers a single positive bias and true TTL/CMOS compatibility. The amplifier requires no external matching to achieve operation and is thus truly 50 Ohm matched at input and output. The amplifier is packaged in a low cost, surface mount 8 leaded package with an exposed base for improved RF and thermal performance. The HMC431LP4(E) is a GaAs InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC VCO with an integrated resonator, negative resistance device, varactor diode, and buffer amplifier. The VCO’s phase noise performance is excellent over temperature, shock, vibration and process due to the oscillator’s monolithic structure. Power output is 2 dBm typical from a 3V supply voltage. The HMC463 is a GaAs MMIC PHEMT Low Noise AGC Distributed Amplifier die which operates between 2 and 20 GHz. An optional gate bias (Vgg2) is provided to allow Adjustable Gain Control (AGC) of 10 dB typical.
