The PM156 provides low input current, high slew rate, and direct interchangeability with LF156 type. This operational amplifier uses a new process which allows fabrication of matched JFET transistors and standard bipolar transistors on the same chip. High accuracy make the PM156 useful in new designs and as replacements for modular and hybrid types. Unlike many designs, nulling the input offset voltage does not degrade common-mode rejection ratio or input offset voltage drift. Low input voltage noise and current noise plus a low 1/f noise corner frequency allow these amplifiers to be used in a variety of low noise, wide-bandwidth applications.Dynamic specifications for the PM156 include a typical slew rate of 12V/µs, a 2.5MHz gain bandwidth product, and settling time to within ±0.01% of final value in 4.0µs.

The OP27 precision operational amplifier combines the low offset and drift of the OP07 with both high speed and low noise. The TMP05 / TMP06 are monolithic temperature sensors that generate a modulated serial digital output (PWM), which varies in direct proportion to the temperature of the devices. The high period (TH) of the PWM remains static over all temperatures, while the low period (TL) varies. The B Grade version offers a high temperature accuracy of ±1°C from 0°C to 70°C with excellent transducer linearity. The digital output of the TMP05 / TMP06 is CMOS-/TTL-compatible and is easily interfaced to the serial inputs of most popular microprocessors. The flexible open-drain output of the TMP06 is capable of sinking 5 mA.The TMP05 / TMP06 are specified for operation at supply voltages from 3 V to 5.5 V. The HMC6147ALC5A is a compact GaAs MMIC I/Q downconverter in a leadless RoHS compliant SMT package. This device provides a small signal conversion gain of 13 dB with 25 dBc of sideband rejection. The HMC6147ALC5A utilizes a low noise amplifier to drive the I/Q mixer where the LO is driven by a X2 multiplier. IF1 and IF2 mixer inputs are provided and an external 90° hybrid is needed to select the required sideband.The I/Q mixer topology reduces the need for filtering of the unwanted sideband.
