The ADuM6132 is an isolated half-bridge gate driver that employs the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology to provide an isolated high-side driver with an integrated 275 mW high-side supply. This supply, provided by an internal isolated dc-to-dc converter, powers not only the ADuM6132 high-side output but also any external buffer circuitry that is commonly used with the ADuM6132. This functionality eliminates the cost, space, and performance issues associated with external supply configurations such as a bootstrap circuit.The architecture of the ADuM6132 isolates the high-side channel and the high-side power from the control and low- side interface circuitry. Care has been taken to ensure close matching between the high-side and low-side driver timing characteristics to reduce the need for a dead time margin.In comparison to gate drivers that employ high voltage level translation methodologies, the ADuM6132 offers the benefit of true, galvanic isolation. The LTC2452 is an ultra-tiny, fully differential, 16-bit, analog-to-digital converter. The LTC2452 uses a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply and communicates through an SPI interface. The ADC is available in an 8-pin, 3mm × 2mm DFN package or TSOT-23 package. It includes an integrated oscillator that does not require any external components. It uses a delta-sigma modulator as a converter core and has no latency for multiplexed applications. The LTC2452 includes a proprietary input sampling scheme that reduces the average input sampling current several orders of magnitude when compared to conventional delta-sigma converters. Additionally, due to its architecture, there is negligible current leakage between the input pins.The LTC2452 can sample at 60 conversions per second, and due to the very large oversampling ratio, has extremely relaxed anti-aliasing requirements. The LTC2452 includes continuous internal offset and full-scale calibration algorithms which are transparent to the user, ensuring accuracy over time and over the operating temperature range. The converter has an external REF pin and the differential input voltage range can extend up to ±VREF .Following a single conversion, the LTC2452 can automatically enter a sleep mode and reduce its supply current to less than 0.2μA. The LTC2301/LTC2305 are low noise, low power, 1-/2-channel, 12-bit successive approximation ADCs with an I2C compatible serial interface. These ADCs include an internal reference and a fully differential sample-andhold circuit to reduce common mode noise. The LTC2301/ LTC2305 operate from an internal clock to achieve a fast 1.3μs conversion time. The LTC2301/LTC2305 operate from a single 5V supply and draw just 300μA at a throughput rate of 1ksps. The ADC enters nap mode when not converting, reducing the power dissipation. The LTC2301/LTC2305 are available in small 12-pin 4mm × 3mm DFN and 12-pin MSOP packages. The internal 2.5V reference further reduces PCB board space requirements. The AD7192 is a low noise, complete analog front end for high precision measurement applications. It contains a low noise, 24-bit sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The on-chip low noise gain stage means that signals of small amplitude can be interfaced directly to the ADC.The device can be configured to have two differential inputs or four pseudo differential inputs. The on-chip channel sequencer allows several channels to be enabled, and the AD7192 sequentially converts on each enabled channel. This simplifies communication with the part. The on-chip 4.92 MHz clock can be used as the clock source to the ADC or, alternatively, an external clock or crystal can be used. The output data rate from the part can be varied from 4.7 Hz to 4.8 kHz.The device has two digital filter options. The choice of filter affects the rms noise/noise-free resolution at the programmed output data rate, the settling time, and the 50 Hz/60 Hz rejection. The AD7747 is a high-resolution, Σ-Δ capacitance-to-digital converter (CDC). The capacitance to be measured is connected directly to the device inputs. The architecture features inherent high resolution (24-bit no missing codes, up to 19.5-bit effective resolution), high linearity (±0.01%), and high accuracy (±10 fF factory calibrated). The AD7747 capacitance input range is ±8 pF (changing), and it can accept up to 17 pF common-mode capacitance (not changing), which can be balanced by a programmable on-chip digital-to-capacitance converter (CAPDAC).The AD7747 is designed for single-ended or differential capacitive sensors with one plate connected to ground. For floating (not grounded) capacitive sensors, the AD7745 or AD7746 are recommended.The part has an on-chip temperature sensor with a resolution of 0.1°C and accuracy of ±2°C.
