TMP17GSZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The TMP17 is a monolithic integrated circuit temperature transducer that provides an output current proportional to absolute temperature. For a wide range of supply voltages the transducer acts as a high impedance temperature dependent current source of 1 µA/K. Improved design and laser wafer trimming of the IC's thin-film resistors allows the TMP17 to achieve absolute accuracy levels and nonlinearity errors previously unattainable at a comparable price. The TMP17 can be employed in applications between -40°C to +105°C where conventional temperature sensors (i.e., thermistor, RTD, thermocouple, diode) are currently being used. Expensive linearization circuitry, precision voltage references, bridge components, resistance measuring circuitry and cold junction compensation are not required with the TMP17.The TMP17 is available in a low cost SO-8 surface-mount package.

AD202KN
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD202 is a general purpose, two-port, transformer-coupled isolation amplifier that may be used in a broad range of applications where input signals must be measured, processed and/or transmitted without a galvanic connection. This industry standard isolation amplifier offers a complete isolation function, with both signal and power isolation provided for in a single compact plastic SIP or DIP style package. The AD202 is powered directly from a +15 V dc supply. The AD202 provides total galvanic isolation between the input and output stages of the isolation amplifier through the use of internal transformer-coupling. The functionally complete AD202 eliminates the need for an external, user-supplied dc/dc converter. This permits the designer to minimize the necessary circuit overhead and consequently reduce the overall design and component costs. The design of the AD202 emphasizes maximum flexibility and ease of use, including the availability of an uncommitted op amp on the input stage. They feature a bipolar ±5 V output range, an adjustable gain range of from 1 to 100 V/V, ±0.025% max nonlinearity (K grade), 130 dB of CMR.Applications Multichannel Data Acquisition Current Shunt Measurements Motor Controls Process Signal Isolation High Voltage Instrumentation Amplifier

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD5162 provides a compact 3 mm × 4.9 mm packaged solution for dual 256 position adjustment applications. This device performs the same electronic adjustment function as a 3-terminal mechanical potentiometer.Available in four different end-to-end resistance values (2.5 kΩ, 10 kΩ, 50 kΩ, 100 kΩ), this low temperature coefficient device is ideal for high accuracy and stability-variable resistance adjustments. The wiper settings are controllable through the SPI compatible digital interface. The resistance between the wiper and either end point of the fixed resistor varies linearly with respect to the digital code transferred into the RDAC latch.Operating from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V power supply and consuming less than 6 µA allows the AD5162 to be used in portable battery-operated applications. For applications that program the AD5162 at the factory, Analog Devices offers device programming software running on Windows® NT/2000/XP operating systems. This software effectively replaces the need for external SPI controllers, which in turn enhances the time to market of systems. An AD5162 evaluation kit and software are available. The kit includes a cable and instruction manual.APPLICATIONS Systems calibrations Electronics level settings Mechanical trimmers replacement in new designs Permanent factory PCB setting Transducer adjustment of pressure, temperature, position, chemical, and optical sensors RF amplifier biasing Automotive electronics adjustment Gain control and offset adjustment
