The I2C address range for the AD5398A is 0x18 to 0x1F inclusive.

The AD7192 is a low noise, complete analog front end for high precision measurement applications. It contains a low noise, 24-bit sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The on-chip low noise gain stage means that signals of small amplitude can be interfaced directly to the ADC.The device can be configured to have two differential inputs or four pseudo differential inputs. The on-chip channel sequencer allows several channels to be enabled, and the AD7192 sequentially converts on each enabled channel. This simplifies communication with the part. The AD7294 contains all the functions required for general-purpose monitoring and control of current, voltage, and temperature integrated into a single-chip solution. The device includes low voltage (±200 mV) analog input sense amplifiers for current monitoring across shunt resistors, temperature sense inputs, and four uncommitted analog input channels multiplexed into a SAR analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a 3 μs conversion time. A high accuracy internal reference is provided to drive both the digital-to-analog converter (DAC) and ADC. Four 12-bit DACs provide the outputs for voltage control. The AD7294 also includes limit registers for alarm functions. The device is designed on Analog Devices, Inc., high voltage DMOS process for high voltage compliance, 59.4 V on the current sense inputs, and up to a 15 V DAC output voltage.The AD7294 is a highly integrated solution that offers all the functionality necessary for precise control of the power amplifier in cellular base station applications. In these types of applications, the DACs provide 12-bit resolution to control the bias currents of the power transistors. The AD7400 is a second-order, sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) modulator that converts an analog input signal to a high speed, 1-bit data stream with on-chip digital isolation based on Analog Devices, Inc. iCoupler® technology. The AD7400 operates from a 5 V power supply and accepts a differential input signal of ±200 mV (±320 mV full scale). The analog input is continuously sampled by the analog modulator, eliminating the need for external sample-and-hold circuitry. The input information is contained in the output stream as a density of ones with a data rate of 10 MHz. The original information can be reconstructed with an appropriate digital filter. The serial I/O can use a 5 V or a 3 V supply (VDD2).The serial interface is digitally isolated. The AD9266 is a monolithic, single-channel 1.8 V supply,16-bit, 20 MSPS/40 MSPS/65 MSPS/80 MSPS analog-to-digitalconverter (ADC). It features a high performance sample-and-holdcircuit and on-chip voltage reference.The product uses multistage differential pipeline architecturewith output error correction logic to provide 16-bit accuracy at80 MSPS data rates and to guarantee no missing codes over thefull operating temperature range.The ADC contains several features designed to maximizeflexibility and minimize system cost, such as programmableclock and data alignment and programmable digital test patterngeneration. The available digital test patterns include built-indeterministic and pseudorandom patterns, along with customuser-defined test patterns entered via the serial port interface (SPI).A differential clock input with a selectable internal 1-to-8 divideratio controls all internal conversion cycles. An optional duty cyclestabilizer (DCS) compensates for wide variations in the clock dutycycle while maintaining excellent overall ADC performance.The interleaved digital output data is presented in offset binary,gray code, or twos complement format. A DCO is provided toensure proper latch timing with receiving logic. Both 1.8 V and3.3 V CMOS levels are supported.The AD9266 is available in a 32-lead RoHS-compliant LFCSPand is specified over the industrial temperature range (−40°Cto +85°C).Product Highlights The AD9266 operates from a single 1.8 V analog power supply and features a separate digital output driver supply to accommodate 1.8 V to 3.3 V logic families. The sample-and-hold circuit maintains excellent performance for input frequencies up to 200 MHz and is designed for low cost, low power, and ease of use. A standard serial port interface supports various product features and functions, such as data output formatting, internal clock divider, power-down, DCO and data output (D15_D14 to D1_D0) timing and offset adjustments, and voltage reference modes.
