The HMC1035LP6GE is a low-noise, wide-band 3.3 V clock generator IC with a fractional-N Phase Locked Loop (PLL) that features an integrated Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO). The device provides differential clock outputs between 25 MHz and 2500 MHz range. The HMC1035LP6GE features a low noise Phase Detector (PD) and Delta-Sigma modulator, capable of operating at up to 100 MHz which permits wider loop-bandwidths and excellent spurious performance.The HMC1035LP6GE features industry leading phase noise and jitter performance, across the operating range, that enable it to improve link level jitter performance, Bit-Error-Rates (BER) and eye diagram metrics. The superior noise floor (<-162 dBc/Hz) makes the HMC1035LP6GE an ideal source for a variety of applications–such as clock references for high speed data converters, physical layer devices (PHY), serializer/deserializer (SER DES) circuits, FPGAs and processors. The HMC1035LP6GE can also be used as an LO for 10G/40G/100G optical modules and transponders, as well as primary reference clock for 10G/40G/100G line cards, and for jitter attenuation and frequency translation.The differential output of the HMC1035LP6GE can be set to either External Termination, which could be used for LVPECL operation, or Internal Termination for operation in an LVDS compatible mode or LVPECL. Additionally, an ouput swing adjustment makes the device flexible and compatible with a wide variety of signal level requirements. The output can be internally terminated to reduce component count and cost or could be terminated externally using standard LVPECL termination methods. An Output Mute function allows the user to shut off the outputs, such as may be required for board testing or debugging. The LVPECL/LVDS, amplitude select and Output Mute function are all programmed SPI serial programming.The HMC1035LP6GE is designed to select between a Power Priority or a Performance Priority mode. The HMC311SC70(E) is a GaAs InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) Gain Block MMIC SMT DC to 8 GHz amplifier. Packaged in an industry standard SC70, the amplifier can be used as either a cascadable 50 Ohm gain stage or to drive the LO port of HMC mixers with up to +15 dBm output power. The HMC311SC70(E) offers 15 dB of gain and an output IP3 of +30 dBm while requiring only 54 mA from a +5V supply. The ADG901/ADG902 are wideband switches that use a complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) process to provide high isolation and low insertion loss to 1 GHz. The ADG901 is an absorptive (matched) switch with 50 ? terminated shunt legs, while the ADG902 is a reflective switch. These devices are designed such that the isolation is high over the dc to 1 GHz frequency range. These switches enable the user to pass dc signals up to 0.5 V without the use of a dc blocking capacitor. They have on-board CMOS control logic, thus eliminating the need for external controlling circuitry. The control inputs are both CMOS and LVTTL compatible. Features include an input range from VEE ? 0.5 V toVCCI + 0.2 V, low noise, CML-compatible output drivers, andTTL-/CMOS-compatible latch inputs with adjustable hysteresisand/or shutdown inputs.The devices offer 1.25 ns propagation delay with 2.5 ps rmsrandom jitter (RJ). Overdrive and slew rate dispersion aretypically less than 50 ps.A flexible power supply scheme allows the devices to operatewith a single +2.5 V positive supply and a ?0.5 V to +2.7 Vinput signal range up to a +5.5 V positive supply with a ?0.5 Vto +5.7 V input signal range. The ADCMP607 features splitinput/output supplies with no sequencing restrictions tosupport a wide input signal range with independent outputswing control and power savings.The CML-compatible output stage is fully back-matched forsuperior performance. The comparator input stage offers robustprotection against large input overdrive, and the outputs do notphase reverse when the valid input signal range is exceeded. The AD698 is a complete, monolithic Linear Variable Differential Transformer (LVDT) signal conditioning subsystem. It is used in conjunction with LVDTs to convert transducer mechanical position to a unipolar or bipolar dc voltage with a high degree of accuracy and repeatability. All circuit functions are included on the chip. With the addition of a few external passive components to set frequency and gain, the AD698 converts the raw LVDT output to a scaled dc signal. The device will operate with half-bridge LVDTs, LVDTs connected in the series opposed configuration (4-wire), and RVDTs.The AD698 contains a low distortion sine wave oscillator to drive the LVDT primary. Two synchronous demodulation channels of the AD698 are used to detect primary and secondary amplitude. The part divides the output of the secondary by the amplitude of the primary and multiplies by a scale factor. This eliminates scale factor errors due to drift in the amplitude of the primary drive, improving temperature performance and stability.The AD698 uses a unique ratiometric architecture to eliminate several of the disadvantages associated with traditional approaches to LVDT interfacing. The benefits of this new circuit are: no adjustments are necessary; temperature stability is improved; and transducer interchangeability is improved.The AD698 is available in two performance grades: Grade Temperature Range Package AD698AP –40°C to +85°C 28-Pin PLCC AD698SQ –55°C to +125°C 24-Pin Cerdip
