The ADP2105 / ADP2106 / ADP2107 are low quiescent current,synchronous, step-down dc-to-dc converters in a compact 4 mm ×4 mm LFCSP package. At medium to high load currents, thesedevices use a current mode, constant frequency pulse-widthmodulation (PWM) control scheme for excellent stability andtransient response. To ensure the longest battery life in portableapplications, the ADP2105 / ADP2106 / ADP2107 use a pulsefrequency modulation (PFM) control scheme under light loadconditions that reduces switching frequency to save power.The ADP2105 / ADP2106 / ADP2107 run from input voltages of2.7 V to 5.5 V, allowing single Li+/Li− polymer cell, multiplealkaline/NiMH cells, PCMCIA, and other standard power sources.The output voltage of ADP2105 / ADP2106 / ADP2107 is adjustablefrom 0.8 V to the input voltage (indicated by ADJ), whereas theADP2105 / ADP2106 / ADP2107 are available in preset outputvoltage options of 3.3 V, 1.8 V, 1.5 V, and 1.2 V (indicated by x.x V).Each of these variations is available in three maximum currentlevels: 1 A (ADP2105), 1.5 A (ADP2106), and 2 A (ADP2107).The power switch and synchronous rectifier are integrated forminimal external part count and high efficiency. During logiccontrolled shutdown, the input is disconnected from the output,and it draws less than 0.1 µA from the input source. The ADP2108 is a high efficiency, low quiescent current step-down dc-to-dc converter manufactured in two different packages. The total solution requires only three tiny external components. It uses a proprietary, high speed current mode, constant frequency PWM control scheme for excellent stability and transient response. To ensure the longest battery life in portable applications, the ADP2108 has a power save mode that reduces the switching frequency under light load conditions.The ADP2108 runs on input voltages of 2.3 V to 5.5 V, which allows for single lithium or lithium polymer cell, multiple alkaline or NiMH cell, PCMCIA, USB, and other standard power sources. The maximum load current of 600 mA is achievable across the input voltage range.The ADP2108 is available in fixed output voltages of 3.3 V, 3.0 V, 2.5 V, 2.3 V, 1.82 V, 1.8 V, 1.5 V, 1.3 V, 1.2 V, 1.1 V, and 1.0 V. All versions include an internal power switch and synchronous rectifier for minimal external part count and high efficiency. The ADP2108 has an internal soft start and is internally compensated. During logic controlled shutdown, the input is disconnected from the output and the ADP2108 draws less than 1 μA from the input source.Other key features include undervoltage lockout to prevent deep battery discharge and soft start to prevent input current over-shoot at startup. The ADP2108 is available in 5-ball WLCSP and 5-lead TSOT packages. The ADR42x are a series of ultraprecision, second generation eXtra implanted junction FET (XFET) voltage references featuring low noise, high accuracy, and excellent long-term stability in SOIC and MSOP footprints.Patented temperature drift curvature correction technique and XFET technology minimize nonlinearity of the voltage change with temperature. The XFET architecture offers superior accuracy and thermal hysteresis to the band gap references. It also operates at lower power and lower supply headroom than the buried Zener references.The superb noise and the stable and accurate characteristics of the ADR42x make them ideal for precision conversion applications such as optical networks and medical equipment. The ADR42x trim terminal can also be used to adjust the out-put voltage over a ±0.5% range without compromising any other performance. The ADCLK948 is an ultrafast clock fanout buffer fabricated on the Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary XFCB3 silicon germanium (SiGe) bipolar process. This device is designed for high speed applications requiring low jitter.The device has two selectable differential inputs via the IN_SEL control pin. Both inputs are equipped with center tapped, differential, 100 Ω on-chip termination resistors. The inputs accept dc-coupled LVPECL, CML, 3.3 V CMOS (single-ended), and ac-coupled 1.8 V CMOS, LVDS, and LVPECL inputs. A VREFx pin is available for biasing ac-coupled inputs. The ADCLK948 features eight full-swing emitter coupled logic(ECL) output drivers. For LVPECL (positive ECL) operation, bias VCC to the positive supply and VEE to ground. For ECL operation, bias VCC to ground and VEE to the negative supply.The output stages are designed to directly drive 800 mV eachside into 50 Ω terminated to VCC -2V for a total differential output swing of 1.6V. The ADG1414 is a monolithic complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) device containing eight independently selectable switches designed on an industrial CMOS (iCMOS®) process. iCMOS is a modular manufacturing process combining high voltage CMOS and bipolar technologies. iCMOS components can tolerate high supply voltages while providing increased performance, dramatically lower power consumption, and reduce the package size.The ADG1414 is a set of octal SPST (single-pole, single-throw) switches controlled via a 3-wire serial interface. On resistance is closely matched between switches and is very flat over the full signal range. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions and the input signal range extends to the supplies.Data is written to these devices in the form of eight bits; each bit corresponds to one channel.The ADG1414 utilizes a versatile 3-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates of up to 50 MHz and is compatible with standard SPI®, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, and DSP interface standards. The ADG1606 and ADG1607 are monolithic iCMOS® analogmultiplexers comprising of 16 single channels and eightdifferential channels, respectively. The ADG1606 switches one of16 inputs to a common output, as determined by the 4-bitbinary address lines (A0, A1, A2, and A3). The ADG1607switches one of eight differential inputs to a common differentialoutput, as determined by the 3-bit binary address lines (A0, A1,and A2). An EN input on both devices enables or disables thedevice. When disabled, all channels switch off.
