The ADC can operate insingle-ended or differential input mode. The ADC input voltageis 0 V to VREF. A low drift band gap reference, temperature sensor,and voltage comparator complete the ADC peripheral set.Depending on the part model, up to four buffered voltageoutput DACs are available on-chip. The DAC output range isprogrammable to one of three voltage ranges.The devices operate from an on-chip oscillator and a PLLgenerating an internal high frequency clock of 41.78 MHz(UCLK). This clock is routed through a programmable clockdivider from which the MCU core clock operating frequencyis generated. The microcontroller core is an ARM7TDMI?,16-bit/32-bit RISC machine, which offers up to 41 MIPS peakperformance. Eight kilobytes of SRAM and 62 kilobytes ofnonvolatile Flash/EE memory are provided on-chip. TheARM7TDMI core views all memory and registers as a singlelinear array.On-chip factory firmware supports in-circuit serial downloadvia the UART or I2C serial interface port; nonintrusive emulationis also supported via the JTAG interface. The ADG1311 / ADG1312 / ADG1313 are monolithic CMOS devices containing four independently selectable switches designed on a CMOS process.The ADG1311 / ADG1312 / ADG1313 contain four independent single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches. The ADG1311 and ADG1312 differ only in that the digital control logic is inverted. The ADG1311 switches are turned on with Logic 0 on the appropriate control input, while Logic 1 is required for the ADG1312. The ADG1313 has two switches with digital control logic similar to the ADG1311; the logic is inverted on the other two switches. The ADG1313 exhibits break-before-make switching action for use in multiplexer applications.Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on and has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. The AD8364 is a true rms, responding, dual-channel RF powermeasurement subsystem for the precise measurement and controlof signal power. The flexibility of the AD8364 allows communicationssystems, such as RF power amplifiers and radio transceiverAGC circuits, to be monitored and controlled with ease. Operatingon a single 5 V supply, each channel is fully specified for operationup to 2.7 GHz over a dynamic range of 60 dB. The AD8364provides accurately scaled, independent, rms outputs of both RFmeasurement channels. Difference output ports, which measurethe difference between the two channels, are also available. Theon-chip channel matching makes the rms channel differenceoutputs extremely stable with temperature and process variations.The device also includes a useful temperature sensor with anaccurately scaled voltage proportional to temperature, specifiedover the device operating temperature range. The AD8364 canbe used with input signals having rms values from −55 dBm to+5 dBm referred to 50 Ω and large crest factors with noaccuracy degradation. Integrated in the AD8364 are two matched AD8362 channels(see the AD8362 data sheet for more information) with improvedtemperature performance and reduced log conformance ripple.Enhancements include improved temperature performance andreduced log-conformance ripple compared to the AD8362. On-chipwide bandwidth output operational amplifiers are connectedto accom-modate flexible configurations that support manysystem solutions.The device can easily be configured to provide four rmsmeasurements simultaneously. Linear-in-dB rms measurementsare supplied at OUTA and OUTB, with conveniently scaledslopes of 50 mV/dB. The rms difference between OUTA andOUTB is available as differential or single-ended signals atOUTP and OUTN. The LTC2499 is a 16-channel (eight differential), 24-bit, No Latency ??? ADC with Easy Drive technology and a 2-wire, I2C interface. The patented sampling scheme eliminates dynamic input current errors and the shortcomings of on-chip buffering through automatic cancellation of differential input current. This allows large external source impedances and rail-to-rail input signals to be directly digitized while maintaining exceptional DC accuracy. The LTC2499 includes a high accuracy, temperature sensor and an integrated oscillator. This device can be configured to measure an external signal (from combinations of 16 analog input channels operating in single-ended or differential modes) or its internal temperature sensor. The integrated temperature sensor offers 1/30th?C resolution and 2?C absolute accuracy. The LTC2499 allows a wide common mode input range (0V to VCC), independent of the reference voltage. Any combination of single-ended or differential inputs can be selected and the first conversion, after a new channel is selected, is valid. The ADRF6821 is a highly integrated, dual radio frequency (RF) input, zero intermediate frequency (IF)/low IF RFIC receiverwith a quadrature demodulator, digital step attenuator (DSA),IF linear amplifiers, an integrated, fractional-N phase-locked loop (PLL), and a low phase noise, multicore, voltage controlled oscillator (VCO). The RFIC is ideally suited for communication digital predistortion (DPD) systems.The high isolation 2:1 RF switch and on-chip wideband RFbalun enable the ADRF6821 to support two single-ended, 50 ? terminated RF inputs. A programmable attenuator ensures anoptimal differential RF input level to the high linearity demodulatorcore. The integrated attenuator offers an attenuation range of 15 dB with a step size of 1 dB. High linearity IF amplifiers follow the demodulator and provide an interface to the next componentin the chain, typically an analog-to-digital converter (ADC).The ADRF6821 offers two alternatives for generating thedifferential local oscillator (LO) input signal: internally viathe on-chip fractional-N synthesizer with low phase noiseVCOs or externally via a low phase noise LO signal. Theintegrated synthesizer enables continuous LO coverage from 450 MHz to 2800 MHz. The PLL reference input supports awide frequency range and includes integrated reference dividers before the phase frequency detector (PFD).When selected, the output of the internal fractional-N synthesizeris applied to a divide by 2, quadrature phase splitter. From theexternal LO path, a 2?
