The ADT7411 combines a 10-bit temperature-to-digitalconverter and a 10-bit 8-channel ADC in a 16-lead QSOP. This includes a band gap temperature sensor and a 10-bit ADC to monitor and digitize the temperature reading to a resolution of0.25°C. The ADT7411 operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 Vsupply. The input voltage on the ADC channels has a range of 0 V to 2.25 V and the input bandwidth is dc. The reference forthe ADC channels is derived internally. The ADCMP580/ADCMP581/ADCMP582 are ultrafast voltagecomparators fabricated on the Analog Devices, Inc. proprietaryXFCB3 Silicon Germanium (SiGe) bipolar process. TheADCMP580 features CML output drivers, the ADCMP581features reduced swing ECL (negative ECL) output drivers, andthe ADCMP582 features reduced swing PECL (positive ECL)output drivers.All three comparators offer 180 ps propagation delay and 100 psminimum pulse width for 10 Gbps operation with 200 fs randomjitter (RJ). The ADuM4154 is an SPIsolator™ digital isolator optimized for a serial peripheral interface (SPI) that includes support for up to four slave devices. Based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® chip scale transformer technology, the low propagation delay and jitter in the CLK, MO/SI, MI/SO, and SS SPI bus signals support SPI clock rates of up to 17 MHz.The ADuM4154 isolator also provides a slave select multiplexing system that allows up to four slave devices to be serviced from one isolator. When a target slave is selected, the slave select signal propagates to the desired output with low propagation delay, allowing tight timing control. The devices integrate Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler? technology, enhanced for high speed operation to provide galvanic isolation of the TIA/EIA-644-A compliant LVDS drivers and receivers. The AD8295 contains all the components necessary for a precision instrumentation amplifier front end in one small 4 mm × 4 mm package. It contains a high performance instrumentation amplifier, two general-purpose operational amplifiers, and two precisely matched 10 kΩ resistors.The AD8295 has been designed to make PCB routing easy andefficient. The AD8295 components are arranged in a logicalway so that typical application circuits have short routes and fewvias. Unlike most chip scale packages, the AD8295 does nothave an exposed metal pad on the back of the part, which freesup additional space for routing and vias. The AD8295 comes in a 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP that requires half the board space of an 8-pin SOIC package.The AD8295 includes a high performance, programmablegain instrumentation amplifier. Gain is set from 1 to 1000 witha single resistor. The low noise and excellent common-mode rejection of the AD8295 enable the part to easily detect small signals even in the presence of large common-mode interference.
