ADRF6702ACPZ-R7
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADRF6702 provides a quadrature modulator and synthesizer solution within a small 6 mm × 6 mm footprint while requiring minimal external components. The ADRF6702 is designed for RF outputs from 1200 MHz to 2400 MHz. The low phase noise VCO and high performance quadrature modulator make the ADRF6702 suitable for next generation communication systems requiring high signal dynamic range and linearity. The integration of the IQ modulator, PLL, and VCO provides for significant board savings and reduces the BOM and design complexity. The integrated fractional-N PLL/synthesizer generates a 2× fLO input to the IQ modulator. The phase detector together with an external loop filter is used to control the VCO output. The VCO output is applied to a quadrature divider. To reduce spurious components, a sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) modulator controls the programmable PLL divider. The IQ modulator has wideband differential I and Q inputs, which support baseband as well as complex IF architectures. The single-ended modulator output is designed to drive a 50 Ω load impedance and can be disabled. The ADRF6702 is fabricated using an advanced silicon-germanium BiCMOS process. It is available in a 40-lead, exposed-paddle, Pb-free, 6 mm × 6 mm LFCSP package. Performance is specified from −40°C to +85°C. A lead-free evaluation board is available.APPLICATIONS Cellular communications systems GSM/EDGE, CDMA2000, W-CDMA, TD-SCDMA, LTE Broadband wireless access systems Satellite modems

MAX9205EVKIT
Analog Devices Inc.
The MAX9205/MAX9207 serializers transform 10-bit-wide parallel LVCMOS/LVTTL data into a serial high-speed bus low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) data stream. The serializers typically pair with deserializers like the MAX9206/MAX9208, which receive the serial output and transform it back to 10-bit-wide parallel data. The MAX9205/MAX9207 transmit serial data at speeds up to 400Mbps and 660Mbps, respectively, over PCB traces or twisted-pair cables. Since the clock is recovered from the serial data stream, clock-to-data and data-to-data skew that would be present with a parallel bus are eliminated. The serializers require no external components and few control signals. The input data strobe edge is selected by TCLK_R/F. Active-low PWRDN is used to save power when the devices are not in use. Upon power-up, a synchronization mode is activated, which is controlled by two SYNC inputs, SYNC1 and SYNC2.The MAX9205 can lock to a 16MHz to 40MHz system clock, while the MAX9207 can lock to a 40MHz to 66MHz system clock. The serializer output is held in high impedance until the device is fully locked to the local system clock, or when the device is in power-down mode. Both the devices operate from a single +3.3V supply, are specified for operation from -40°C to +85°C, and are available in 28-pin SSOP packages.ApplicationsAdd/Drop MultiplexersBackplane and Interconnect ApplicationsCell Phone Base Stations Digital Cross-ConnectsDSLAMNetwork Routers and Switches

SSM2135SZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The SSM2135 dual audio operational amplifier permits excel-lent performance in portable or low power audio systems, with an operating supply range of 4 V to 36 V or ±2 V to ±18 V. The unity-gain stable device has very low voltage noise of 5.2 nV/√Hz, and total harmonic distortion plus noise below 0.01% over normal signal levels and loads. Such characteristics are enhanced by wide output swing and load drive capability. A unique output stage1 permits output swing approaching the rail under moderate load conditions. Under severe loading, the SSM2135 still maintains a wide output swing with ultralow distortion. Particularly well suited for computer audio systems and portable digital audio units, the SSM2135 can perform preamplification, headphone and speaker driving, and balanced line driving and receiving. Additionally, the device is ideal for input signal conditioning in single-supply, Σ-Δ, analog-to-digital converter subsystems such as the AD1877. The SSM2135 makes an ideal single-supply stereo output amplifier for audio digital-to-analog converters (DACs) because of its low noise and distortion. The SSM2135 is available in an 8-lead plastic SOIC package and is guaranteed for operation over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.

The ADG731/ADG725 are monolithic, CMOS, 32-channel/dual 16-channel analog multiplexers with a serially controlled 3-wire interface. The ADG731 switches one of 32 inputs (S1–S32) to a common output, D. The ADG725 can be configured as a dual mux switching one of 16 inputs to one output, or a differential mux switching one of 16 inputs to a differential output. These mulitplexers utilize a 3-wire serial interface that is compatible with SPI®, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, and some DSP interface standards. On power-up, the Internal Shift Register contains all zeros and all switches are in the OFF state. These multiplexers are designed on an enhanced submicron process that provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed with very low on resistance and leakage currents. They operate from a single supply of 1.8 V to 5.5 V or a ±2.5 V dual supply, making them ideally suited to a variety of applications. On resistance is in the region of a few ohms, is closely matched between switches, and is very flat over the full signal range. These parts can operate equally well as either multiplexers or demultiplexers and have an input signal range that extends to the supplies. ADG918BRMZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADG918/ADG919 are wideband switches using a CMOSprocess to provide high isolation and low insertion loss to1 GHz. The ADG918 is an absorptive (matched) switch having50 Ω terminated shunt legs, whereas the ADG919 is a reflectiveswitch. These devices are designed such that the isolation ishigh over the dc to 1 GHz frequency range. They have on-boardCMOS control logic, thus eliminating the need for externalcontrolling circuitry. The control inputs are both CMOS andLVTTL compatible. The low power consumption of theseCMOS devices makes them ideally suited to wireless andgeneral-purpose high frequency switching applications.Product Highlights −43 dB off isolation at 1 GHz. 0.8 dB insertion loss at 1 GHz. Tiny 8-lead MSOP/LFCSP.Applications Wireless communications General-purpose RF switching Dual-band applications High speed filter selection Digital transceiver front end switch IF switching Tuner modules Antenna diversity switching
