ADP5135ACPZ-R7
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADP5135 combines three high performance buck regulators. It is available in a 24-lead 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP.The high switching frequency of the buck regulators enables tiny multilayer external components and minimizes the board space. When the MODE pin is set to high, the buck regulators operate in forced PWM mode. When the MODE pin is set to low, the buck regulators operate in PWM mode only when the load is above a predefined threshold. When the load current falls below this predefined threshold, the regulator operates in power save mode (PSM), improving the light load efficiency.Buck1 and Buck2 operate in sync and Buck3 operates out of phase to reduce the input capacitor requirement. Regulators in the ADP5135 are activated through dedicated enable pins. The default output voltages can be externally set in the adjustable version, or factory programmable to a wide range of preset values in the fixed voltage version.Applications Power for processors, ASICS, FPGAs, and RF chipsets Portable instrumentation and medical devices Space constrained devices

ADP5301ACBZ-1-R7
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADP5301 is a high efficiency, ultralow quiescent current step-down regulator that draws only a 180 nA quiescent current to regulate the output at no load. The ADP5301 runs from an input startup voltage range of 2.15 V to 6.50 V, allowing the use of multiple alkaline/NiMH, Li-Ion cells, or other power sources. The output voltage is selectable from 0.8 V to 5.0 V by an external VID resistor and factory fuse. The total solution requires only four tiny external components. The ADP5301 can operate between hysteresis mode and PWM mode via the SYNC/MODE pin. The regulator in hysteresis mode achieves excellent efficiency at a power of less than 1 mW and provides up to 50 mA of output current. The regulator in PWM mode produces a lower output ripple and supplies up to 500 mA of output current. The flexible configuration capability during operation of the device enables very efficient power management to meet both the longest battery life and low system noise requirements. The ADP5301 contains a VOUTOK flag, which monitors the output voltage and runs at a 2 MHz switching frequency in PWM mode. SYNC/MODE can synchronize to an external clock from 1.5 MHz to 2.5 MHz.Other key features in the ADP5301 include separate enabling, quick output discharge (QOD), and safety features such as overcurrent protection (OCP), thermal shutdown (TSD), and input undervoltage lockout (UVLO).The ADP5301 is available in a 9-ball, 1.65 mm × 1.87 mm WLCSP rated for a −40°C to +125°C junction temperature range.Applications Energy (gas and water) metering Portable and battery-powered equipment Medical applications Keep-alive power supplies

The AD5428 / AD5440 / AD5447 are Dual CMOS 8-, 10- and 12-bit, dual-channel, current output digital-to-analog converters (DACs), respectively. These devices operate from a 2.5 V to 5.5 V power supply, making them suited to battery-powered and other applications. As a result of being manufacture on a CMOS submicron process, they offer excellent 4-quadrant multiplication characteristics, with large signal multiplying bandwidths of up to 10 MHz.These DACs utilize data readback, allowing the user to read the contents of the DAC register via the DB pins. On power-up, the internal register and latches are filled with zeros and the DAC outputs are at zero scale. The applied external reference input voltage (VREF) determines the full scale output current. An integrated feedback resistor (RFB) provides temperature tracking and full scale voltage output when combined with an external I-to-V Precision Amplifier. The AD5428 is available in small 20 lead TSSOP package, while the AD5440/AD5447 DACs are available in small 24-lead TSSOP packages.APPLICATIONS Portable battery-powered applications Waveform generators Analog processing Instrumentation applications Programmable amplifiers and attenuators Digitally controlled calibration Programmable filters and oscillators Composite video Ultrasound Gain, offset, and voltage trimming

The AD5532 is a 32-channel, 14-bit voltage-output DAC with an additional infinite sample-and-hold mode. The selected DAC register is written to via the 3-wire serial interface; VOUT for this DAC is then updated to reflect the new contents of the DAC register. DAC selection is accomplished via Address Bits A0–A4. The output voltage range is determined by the offset voltage at the OFFS_IN pin and the gain of the output amplifier. It is restricted to a range from VSS + 2 V to VDD – 2 V because of the headroom of the output amplifier. The device is operated with AVCC = 5 V ± 5%; DVCC = 2.7 V to 5.25 V; VSS = −4.75 V to −16.5 V; and VDD = 8 V to 16.5 V. The AD5532 requires a stable 3 V reference on REF_IN as well as an offset voltage on OFFS_IN.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS 32-channel, 14-bit DAC in one package, guaranteed monotonic. Available in a 74-lead CSPBGA package with a body size of 12 mm ×12 mm. AD5542LRZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD5541 / AD5542 are single, 16-bit, serial input, voltage output digital-to-analog converters (DACs) that operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. The DAC output range extends from 0 V to VREF.The DAC output range extends from 0 V to VREF and is guaranteed monotonic, providing 1 LSB INL accuracy at 16 bits without adjustment over the full specified temperature range of −40°C to +85°C. Offering unbuffered outputs, the AD5541 / AD5542 achieve a 1 μs settling time with low power consumption and low offset errors. Providing a low noise performance of 11.8 nV/√Hz and low glitch, the AD5541 / AD5542 is suitable for deployment across multiple end systems. The AD5542 can be operated in bipolar mode, which generates a ±VREF output swing. The AD5542 also includes Kelvin sense connections for the reference and analog ground pins to reduce layout sensitivity. The AD5541 / AD5542 utilize a versatile 3-wire interface that is compatible with SPI, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, and DSP interface standards. The AD5541 / AD5542 are available in 8-lead and 14-lead SOIC packages.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS Single-Supply Operation. The AD5541 and AD5542 are fully specified and guaranteed for a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. Low Power Consumption. These parts consume typically 0.625 mW with a 5 V supply and 0.375 mW at 3 V. 3-Wire Serial Interface. Unbuffered Output Capable of Driving 60 kΩ Loads. This reduces power consumption because there is no internal buffer to drive. Power-On Reset Circuitry.APPLICATIONS Digital gain and offset adjustment Automatic test equipment Data acquisition systems Industrial process control
